Cait Wotherspoon is a grief and bereavement therapist. Early in her life Cait completed a Bachelor of Nursing and became certified in Oncology and Palliative Care. Cait had experienced grief and loss through her late 20’s and felt called to be a healer. So later on, she would gain a Bachelor in Teaching and a Bachelor in Education and be trained as a Transactional Analyst in psychotherapy. Cait opened up a counselling practice in Penrith where she helps people with their bereavement so they can rediscover joy. She completed  a graduate Diploma of Psychology and continues enhancing her own learnings by completing certifications in all different areas of therapy.

Magnesium! The magic macromineral we don't get enough of. At least 60-70% of Australians don't meet the daily minimum requirement for magnesium. This nutrient is responsible for around 600 chemical reactions in our body that help us function. We need magnesium to metabolise glucose, to maintain our bone structure, regulate our nervous system, to keep our blood vessels dilated and our heart pumping steady.
