Hello dear friends,

I am very excited to share with you my first podcast episode. I have been contemplating beginning this journey into a new medium for a while now, excited to talk to you more directly. I’m thinking of these as little voice notes, from me out to you. (Bare with my microphone - this is coming to you truly as a little voice note to your inbox, with a little background buzzing and all)

I’m sure this podcast will morph and change just as I do, but for now, my hope is to find a space of gentle, yet deep, conversation, reflection, and vulnerability, as I share my own thoughts and inner journey.
