Episode One - Tom Le Tissier, Alleyn's Regents Park

Season 1 · Episode 1

jeudi 25 juin 2026Duration 01:26:25

THE HEADS: Episode 1 - Tom Le Tissier, Head of Alleyn’s Regent’s Park
Forget the prospectus. This is the conversation school heads don’t usually have.
In our first episode, we sit down with Tom Le Tissier, founding Head of Alleyn’s Regent’s Park - the co-educational prep school bringing the Alleyn’s name into the heart of central London.

We discuss pressure, scaffolding and authenticity. Tom sets out the case for why he is a better leader since he has had children of his own. Tom also discusses how showing vulnerability, particularly around the passing of his father, is sometimes useful when talking to children in his school.

You can find out more about Alleyn's Regents Park at www.Alleyns-RegentsPark.org.uk

No PR script, no soft-focus answers. Just an honest conversation about what it actually takes to build a school from scratch, why the early years matter more than anyone admits, and what he wants every child walking through ARP’s doors to become.
If you think you know what a Head of School sounds like - think again.

An introduction to The Heads

jeudi 25 juin 2026Duration 01:14

A compilation of some of the questions and answers from our first three episodes. Coming soon.

Forget the prospectuses and the polished open days.

The Heads goes further - sitting down with the people running the most extraordinary education establishments on the planet, asking the questions everyone wants answered but no one dares to ask.

What’s broken in education today? What are they terrified of getting wrong? And what do they really think about the system they’re operating in?

The people in charge of your child’s future. Finally talking.

No script. No spin. Just the leaders shaping the next generation - unfiltered.

Each episode is a commercial partnership with the school - but the school get no say in the questions or in what gets shown in the episode #Ad.
