One of the more disturbing things I witness among attorneys is when their motivation evaporates.  They start settling for much less and  take jobs that don’t challenge them.  These people have become victims of the negativity that surrounds most professions.  People often want to see you fail and will do almost anything to make that a reality.  You have to prepare for that fact bt building up your confidence.
