So I took some time to check on the goals I had for this year and I’m proud to say that I mostly achieved them. More for the podcast as for my running, but that was due to a medical situation, so I had to change my plans. For next year my path as a podcaster and runner is planned. I just need to follow what works best for me and the results will come.
