Coping with major changes to your physical body - pre and post trauma

When we experience a significant change to our physical body such as disfigurement from a burn or an amputation for example, it can be difficult to really learn to love ourselves for who we are and see past the physical. Being able to embrace the 'new you' and love what you see in the mirror is essential to leading a happy life! Moving past the diagnosis

My personal cancer journey ended up with a full blown spiritual awakening.
