Listen guys, this podcast might as well just be the unofficial Celiac Cruise podcast and this episode is no different. Over a few days in Australia, I got to talk to Ben and we are airing this episode on both of our podcasts. I highly encourage you to listen on his platform for his perspective on our conversation.

BONUS: Exploring the Idea of Soul Mates with Judith Costa!

vendredi 12 avril 2024Duration 48:40

Past Lives, Soul Mates and Self-Love, Oh my! My guest for this weeks episode is Judith Costa. Over the past year, I have been country hopping and learning a ton about myself on my travels. If you’ve kept up with my blog or listened to the podcast previous episodes, you’ll know I’ve been struggling and on a journey of learning how to love myself. I’ve had some epiphanies along the way and have made some progress. But, what do you do when you have all this information and don’t know how to put the pieces of the puzzle together? Today, I spoke with Judith Costa, an Unconditional Love Coach that works with past life regression in a way that helps you love yourself and even potentially to find your soulmate. In this conversation Judith and I explore what it means to have a soulmate, tips for learning what it means to love yourself, and exploring how to explore past lives. I hope you enjoy this conversation.

BONUS: Female Solo RV Travels with Jenell Jones!

mercredi 10 avril 2024Duration 55:13

My guest today is my new hero. As I’ve learned over the past year I have been very closed minded in how I was willing to travel. I’m a travel princess, I like to be comfortable. But the wonderful Jenell Jones has opened my mind to RV travel, which in my mind, that was for the boys. Jenell was very patient with me in breaking down the stereotypes and the mental barriers I had when it came to this type of travel. She also just gave really great tips for traveling in general. She owns the Wandering Individuals Network which provides a community feel to RV traveling. Which, after almost a year of traveling solo, I have definitely been craving that! To find out more information about WINS, please look below:

Wandering Individuals Network RV Club is a woman founded (1988) and owned club that caters exclusively to the solo RV traveler. Providing trip itineraries and a ready-made community of like-minded people, this is the club to join if you have ever considered a fulfilling life on the road or want to vacation for a week or a few months with your new road friends. At 60 years old, Jenell Jones sold everything she owned, bought a 36-foot RV and drove off by herself with no plan. Since then, she has traveled to Alaska, looped the US three times and visited 41 of the 62 national parks. At 63 she bought the Wandering Individuals Network, an RV Club dedicated to the solo RV traveler. She creates exclusive itineraries, lead trips and teach others practical tips and how to thrive in a life of RV travel.

BONUS: Discussing Human Design Profiles w/ Marina Pearson

vendredi 5 avril 2024Duration 57:04

For this special bonus episode of Eat. Explore. Love. I spoke with Marina Pearson, who is just an incredible person. I spoke with her about Human Design Profiles, what it means to be a “Manifestor” and how to live life on your terms. For some background on Marina, she is a bestselling author and speaker. Over the past 15 years she has been helping women through retreats, guiding circles and podcasts unshackle themselves from the people pleasing chains and living their authentic life. She has written two books, “Goodbye Mr Ex” and “The Joy of Being”. Her work has also been supported by Marie Claire, New Magazine, BEST, Sky TV, The Guardian, and This Morning,  to name a few. I hope you enjoy listening to this conversation as much as I loved being part of it.

BONUS: Chatting About Solo Traveling with Angie Orth!

mercredi 3 avril 2024Duration 57:50

On the Eat Explore Love Podcast, we are now delving into discussions about self love and travel with other folks that have walked similar paths to mine. I’m so excited that my first bonus episode is with Angie Orth, author of the book Flirting with Disaster, which was released to the world on March 12th. She hosts a podcast with her sister, “But did you die? With the Jet Sisters” and “Traveling with AAA”. As a travel expert and content creator, Angie has visited more than 60 countries. Her story is eerily similar to mine - so I am going to stop talking and send you to listen to this great conversation I had on the podcast.

If you’re interested in reading Angie’s book, which I highly recommend, you should check out the link here to purchase it: https://angieaway.com/flirting-with-disaster-book/
