We have jumped into the busy part of the year for new releases and after scoffing at Dawn of the Bloodwalker . . . Blood of the Dawnwalker? Eh, Not Witcher with a Vampire Geralt that found the Just for Men. The Entire Team has been playing Rebel Wolves debut title. Punk and Hunk are still hooked on Splatoon Raiders, while we also sampled Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, Star Wars Zero Company and WARDOGS.

Fresh out of a live stream of Geoff’s Opening Night Live and Sanbone had enough time to grab Pizza and urinate. Possibly at the same time. Bunker Punk, Drunk & Hunk break down the event and try to remember some of the games from mere moments earlier. Some of us paid more attention to shiny suits rather than co-op free to play titles.

Of course we talk about the GTA VI leaks, the reactions to Insomniac’s Wolverine online and of course, due to listener demand, continue to chronicle the demise of physical media. Halo: Campaign Evolved, Splatoon Raiders, Fields of Mistria and Restory: Chill Electronic Repairs continue to be played while Sanbone snuck out of The Bunker to go to an Arcade.

Bunker Punk went deep diving through the catacombs of Wikipedia to patch together the EA acquisitions story. He also may or may not have a 2 TB Galaxy Black Special Edition Series X for sale at recently hiked prices. Bunker Hunk is floored by the Arctic promise in this age of True Value Rollback. We are still banging on about Physical media and salivating over possible Switch 2 ports. Bunker Drunk may also be braving Facebook Marketplace in hopes of finding a Switch 2 to call his own.

Punk and Hunk haven’t been able to kick their Splatoon Raiders habit, Drunk has been playing through Halo: Campaign Evolved. Mistfall Hunter, Beast of Reincarnation, Fields of Mistria, ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs and of course Gear of War: E-Day’s Beta have all been played and we did chat some nonsense about all of them.

Although we have recorded together before across The Grumpy Gamers Podcast, WTFDYW?! And Pure Dead Xbox, however we still need your feedback on how to improve the show or just some nasty comments to cause us to bicker on recording.

Bunker Punk is having one of his patented misanthropic episodes in which he picks a fight with both Bunker Hunk and Bunker Drunk. Even picks a fight with a crow at one point in the recording. We cover Bethesda’s announcement which was ten announcements in one. We do cover Playstation’s physical games situation despite cowards asking us not to talk about any further. We also dip our toes into Nintendo keeping their tariff fees and EA packing up for Saudi Arabia.

Bunker Punk lived his best life in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag: Resynced, sinking the English, Drinking Rum and stabbing waves of people. Denshattack!! and Ascend to Zero didn’t get the same amount of love. Bunker Punk and Bunker Hunk have both dropped into Splatoon Raiders. Meanwhile Bunker Drunk has been running around The Bunker wearing nothing but a pair of gloves. He claims this makes him a better racer . . . He did finish the new DOOM: The Dark Ages DLC though.

Glad to be locked inside our little sweaty Bunker lately, the gaming landscape is on fire and nobody wants to grab their hose. That is not a masturbation joke. Sony created their all digital Berlin Walled Garden by taking away physical media in two years’ time. Kinda. Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear. Microsoft has a massacre in their offices, yet all studios and games survive to tell the tale, Confused and caked in the blood of others. Gaming Journalism tries to brand THE RED LIGHT OF DEATH onto the Steam Machine only for Valve to shrug it off. We personify the “Leave the Multibillion Dollar Company Alone” meme accidentally at points.

There is a curse. They say: may you live in interesting times.

Bunker Punk finally got to play Pragmata, so Bunker Drunk and Bunker Hunk await the contrarian’s opinion with bated breath. Ben has decided to become a pirate despite his undying love for corporate overlords in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag: Resynced. Sanbone has returned to DOOM: The Dark Ages and its DLC Revelations. The Bunker Drunk also managed to smuggle a three monitor gaming set-up into the Bunker somehow. So he’s been playing ultra-widescreen Assetto Corsa EVO and Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

We convene in the Games Bunker once again to speak of the latest happening in the videogame apocalypse locked safely outside our little slice of fortitude. Plane Crashes, GTA VI shows off its . . . Artwork, Steam Machine prices cause a stir, PlayStation Gut Bungie in real time and it looks like XBOX may show them how it's really done. Nintendo has been having a grand old time as long as you're not a shareholder. There was also an excuse to mock David Cage and we can never resist the urge to do that.

Been a weird couple of weeks for games as the Bunker Punks were all embracing a shadow drop that never happened over the Not-E3 period. Bunker Punk has fallen back into the warm embrace of Hades 2, Bunker Drunk has relapsed into Minecraft with a dash of Meccha Chameleon and Bunker Hunk has been playing an N64 with a lick of paint. Star Fox on the Switch 2. The quiet time has given us an excuse to visit the Steam Next Fest for some demos; namely Tanuki: Pon's Summer, ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs, Wild Blue Skies, Screenbound and Hollow Home.

Sony take an awful kicking in this recording but to be fair, it's about time somebody did it. XBOX are showing off logos and people don't take kindly to that sort of thing. We suffered from Meme theft on the socials. The Steam Deck price hike had more wet eyes than an onion wathcing its parents being butchered. Star Citizen scammed a BILLION Dollars out of people with a space fetish. Witcher 3 and Dragon Quest celebrated big anniversaries, while Modern Warfare 4 wasn't the balm required for the sore hoops dealing with the Fable delay stinging that had recently developed.

007 First Light has taken the Bunker by Storm, but hasn't kicked Forza Horizon 6 out of bed yet. Bunker Hunk Ben has fallen victim to another dose of Football manager whilst Bunker Punk has been delighting in Absolum, Mina the Hollower, Zero Parades: For Dead Spies and Echo Generation 2.

We cover buyer's remorse over Bungie, revel in Slippy's shininess, Yakuza drug policies, Sega's binned SUPER GAME and much more.

Vampire Crawlers has taken hold of one Bunker Punk, Diablo IV and Star Citizen for another and Subnautica 2's inky depths have been an escape for another Bunker Resident. Mixtape has been 'played' by two members and Forza Horizon 6's early access has been sampled by the two that aren't frugal enough to wait a few days . . . also Star Citizen. Which is less of a game than Mixtape.

Complete and utter nuclear annihilation may sound bad on paper; but at least we got a brand new podcast out of it. Silver linings! Your Host DeadbeatpunK was showing off his mid life crisis project to fellow nerds, Sanbonesolo and Grumpy Gamer Ben. Where most people make a man-cave or bar, DeadbeatpunK has been stealing Blue Pallets from his workplace and created the greatest Doomsday Bunker built on a shoestring budget. It has a water source, kind of, you might have to kickstart the hose with a sneaky suck. It has electricity, but that’s more dangerous than the radiation outside the compressed wooden fortress. The toilet hole works. Well as luck would have it, as DeadbeatpunK was giving his two dearest . . . acquaintances a tour of the bunker; disaster struck. The world has ended and the trio have been trapped inside.

Tensions are high and to stave off the urges to eat, kill or sexually assault each other, they decided instead to distract themselves with Videogames. Somehow we are still getting news from the outside world about our favourite pastime. It could just be cabin fever or haunted recording echoing from the past. But for now, The Bunker Punk, The Bunker Drunk and The Bunker Hunk have formed to become: The Games Bunker!!
