They discuss Peter Homa's long career working in the UK healthcare system, and in particular what he has learned as the new DG of Defence Medical Services including how the armed forces responds to crises, adapts, and looks after its staff.

Leadership Development Frameworks

Our second episode features a discussion between Alexis Hutson and Sanjay Agrawal on the value of using a leadership development framework.
The Harthill framework is the particular one discussed here, and it provides a number of useful insights into the way we each make decisions along with any accompanying blind-spots and strengths that go with these.
Alexis is an FMLM Applied Associate and Coach, and Sanjay is a consultant in respiratory medicine in Leicester.
