69. Your Ride or Dies: On Life Partnership with Women01 Aug 202500:12:44

Let’s be real…

By midlife, something sacred begins to reveal itself:

We don’t rise alone.

Sure, we have careers. Partners. Families. Growth work.

But the ones who keep us anchored through the fire?

The women.

The real ones.

The ride-or-dies who’ve seen us ugly cry in public, scream into the void, and still whispered, “You’re not too much. I’ve got you.”

This episode is a love letter to them.

And a wake-up call for what we need more of.

Inside this raw and rebellious episode, Natty shares:

  • The viral Instagram photo that cracked her wide open

  • Why your “life partner” might not be who you think

  • How sisterhood isn’t sentimental—it’s somatic survival

  • The day she fell apart in Fenway—and the woman who held her through it

  • Why patriarchal fairytales sold us a lie about where we belong

  • What sacred, midlife friendship actually looks like (spoiler: it’s not a curated girl gang)

This one is for the women who walk shoulder-to-shoulder through the wild spiral of midlife. The ones who show up. Stay present. And keep calling us into our power.

Because sisterhood isn’t optional.

It’s holy. It’s primal.

And it’s exactly what this season of life requires.

68. The Unbinding: How to Break Free From the Rules You Didn’t Know You Were Following25 Jul 202500:22:30

Let’s talk about what no one prepared us for.

You hit midlife, look around at your life—the career, the marriage, the kids, the schedule—and think:

Why doesn’t this feel better? Why do I still feel tight, bound, like I’m living someone else’s life?

This episode is about The Unbinding -the powerful (and often uncomfortable) process of breaking free from the roles, beliefs, and rules you didn’t even know you were following.

Inside the episode, Natty shares:

  • A deeply personal story about watching freedom from the sidelines and what finally cracked her open

  • How the “good woman” script gets written into our nervous systems, our bones, and our bloodlines

  • Why people-pleasing, overgiving, and exhaustion are not your personal flaws -they’re inherited survival strategies

  • The neuroscience and epigenetics behind why it’s so hard to stop overfunctioning—and how healing becomes your legacy

  • The Unbinding Practice - a set of 4 powerful questions to help you notice where you're shrinking and start reclaiming yourself, one rebellious micro-action at a time

You'll walk away remembering this:

✨ Your worth is not measured by how much you give✨ You don’t have to earn rest, pleasure, or freedom✨ You are not just unbinding yourself—you’re unbinding your lineage

Let this episode be a reminder that your life gets to feel like yours again.

Ep #60: Desire, Pleasure & Healing: A Conversation with Dr. Emma Smith23 May 202500:39:44

In this powerful and deeply validating episode, Natty sits down with Dr. Emma Smith—licensed professional counselor, certified sex therapist, and trauma specialist—to talk about reclaiming desire, expanding beyond survival, and redefining what healing really looks like.

Dr. Smith shares how her conservative upbringing and early career as a high school teacher led her to this profound work at the intersection of trauma and pleasure.

Together, Natty and Emma unpack:

  • Why traditional trauma therapy isn’t enough

  • The myth of returning to “baseline”

  • Arousal non-concordance and how it impacts women’s pleasure

  • The difference between wanting and liking

  • Why pleasure feels confronting for high-achieving women

We’ve been taught that orgasm is optional. A bonus round. A nice-to-have.
But what if I told you orgasm is actually one of the most powerful tools you have for healing, clarity, and resilience?

In this episode of The Feminine Rebellion, I’m breaking down the real science behind orgasm—and why it’s especially vital for high-achieving, midlife women who feel burned out, disconnected, or stuck in their heads.

We’ll cover:

  • What actually happens in your brain during orgasm (spoiler: everything lights up)

  • Why orgasm helps turn off anxiety and turn on clarity and joy

  • How to rewire your nervous system using The Pleasure Pump (my go-to daily pleasure practice)

  • The myth of “orgasm as a luxury” and how to reclaim it as essential equipment

Ep: 51: What The Feminine Really Is (and what it's NOT)07 Mar 202500:14:22

Nine years ago, if you had told me to embrace my feminine, I would have punched you in the throat. No joke. Because back then? I thought the feminine was some watered-down, docile, passive, waiting-to-be-saved bullshit.

But I’ve done a LOT of learning over the last nine years. And what I’ve discovered? The feminine is the source of your unfuckwithable, unshakable, beautifully boundaried, delicious power.

The problem is—90% of what you see online about feminine energy is complete and utter BS.

So today, I’m breaking it ALL down for you:
🔥 What the feminine actually is (and what it’s NOT)
🔥 Why true feminine power is boundaried as fuck
🔥 How to stop rejecting the feminine and start claiming your full power

If the word “feminine” has ever made you roll your eyes, THIS episode is for you. Let’s f*cking go.

67. Your Holy Inner B*tch: We’re done and I’m here for it17 Jul 202500:14:44

Your Holy Inner B*tch: We’re done and I’m here for it.
Let’s cut to it.

She’s the part of you that’s DONE with fake smiles and swallowing truth. The one who rolls her eyes at performative perfection. The one who wants to burn the rulebook and finally say what’s real.

You’ve been told to silence her your whole damn life. But here’s the truth no one talks about:

Your inner b*tch is holy.

She’s not here to ruin your life - she’s here to reclaim it.

In this fire starter of an episode, Natty breaks down:

  • Why patriarchy made you fear your power (and labeled it “b*tchy”)

  • How your Inner B*tch is actually the fiercest protector of your pleasure, boundaries, and truth

  • What happens to your nervous system when you exile your anger

  • A 3-step practice to reconnect with her and extract her sacred wisdom

  • Real stories from the rebellion—of women who stopped apologizing and started living

Manifestation + "Lucky Girl Syndrome": Real or BS?14 Feb 202500:21:02

You’ve seen it all over TikTok—Lucky Girl Syndrome. Just believe you’re lucky, and the universe will bend in your favor. Sounds nice, right? But here’s the real question: Does it actually work?

Today, I’m breaking down why mainstream manifestation misses the mark, why affirmations alone won’t change your life, and what ACTUALLY rewires your brain for success, abundance, and ease.

We’ll talk about:
🔥 Why the universe doesn’t respond to wishful thinking—it responds to who you become
🔥 How patriarchal programming has conditioned us away from our power (and why that sh*t is still running the show)
🔥 The Reticular Activating System (RAS) and why your brain is filtering your reality based on outdated beliefs
🔥 Unbinding—the essential process of peeling back layers of conditioning so you can fully step into the most powerful, confident, untamed version of yourself
🔥 A neuroscience-backed Morning Mental Rehearsal practice that rewires your brain and nervous system to actually feel safe in your own bigness

Because here’s the truth: We’ve been trained away from our own power, and unbinding is the key to taking it back.

Curating Your Power Circle ⭕️ : Surround Yourself with Women Who Light You The F Up (And Can Hold Your Darkness, Too)07 Feb 202500:10:41

If you’ve been feeling stuck, drained, or like you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, it’s time to look at the people in your immediate circle. Are they lifting you higher or keeping you small? Do they celebrate your wins, hold you through the messy moments, and challenge you to be your boldest, most powerful self?

In this episode, we dive deep into the power of curation—getting hyper-intentional about who has access to your energy, your emotions, and your space. This isn’t about fake “high-vibe only” friendships. This is about real, deep, unshakable sisterhood—women who can handle your rage, your grief, and your ‘too muchness’ without flinching. Women who see your power and REFUSE to let you shrink.

We’ll cover:
✅ Why your inner circle is either accelerating your growth or holding you back.
✅ The myth that “old friends are the best friends” and how that belief keeps us stuck.
✅ The neuroscience behind how the people around you literally rewire your brain.
✅ Why outgrowing relationships—including family—is normal (and necessary).
✅ How to call in your ride-or-die, powerful-as-f*ck women—and let go of those who can’t meet you at your level.

Your challenge this week: Do an Energy Audit—look at who you’re giving your time and energy to. Then, start making shifts. Set boundaries. Call in the women who light you up. You are the curator of your life. Choose wisely.

  • Why so many midlife women feel stuck and disconnected (hint: The Patriarchal Path).
  • How to stop living by everyone else’s rules and start following your own desires.
  • The first step in the Desire Mapping process—plus 3 transformative questions to guide you.

  • The Patriarchal Path
  • Desire Mapping: The process to reconnect with your desires.
  • Questions to explore one sticky area of your life and start moving toward your purpose.

The Self-Loving Power of Erotic Energy with Meena Bhasin30 Nov 202300:50:36

Meena has been on a rewilding journey, peeling back layer by layer the conditioning she has received throughout her life that has made her feel like she's broken, for not fitting neatly into societal structures.

And in the process, she has come face to face with a clarifying truth. And listen here, people. It is not she who is broken but the systems that need radical repair. Systems that have suppressed the feminine for thousands of years and do not reflect the values she has come to embody.

And at age 39, she's paving a new path forward in which radical self-love and pleasure are her compass. As she sources from erotic energy, the foundation of our feminine power, creativity, and wisdom, she is unlocking new forms of creative expression as a mother, a musician, a cultural curator, a sacred sensuality guide, an activist, and a spaceholder.

Her devotional work supports women to come home to their bodies, stoke their inner fires, unleash their fullest expression, and fuel our collective power.

Meena's story is a wake-up call, a fiery challenge to the broken systems that have long suppressed our feminine essence. In this episode, Meena opens up about her transformative journey, how she's rewriting the narrative, and why pleasure + self-expression are the ultimate acts of rebellion.

It's raw, it's real, and it's exactly what we need right now.

Building a Business Without Burnout with Taylor Elyse Morrison01 Aug 202300:58:28

Hey there, Rebels! Today on the Feminine Rebellion podcast, we're shaking things up with the badass self-care revolutionary, Taylor Elyse Morrison, as we redefine self-care, not just as a temporary band-aid, but as a motherf*cking lifestyle. Taylor's journey from a workaholic burning the candle at both ends to a grounded goddess of self-care is exactly the inspiration you need to start honoring your own body and soul.

This isn't your usual wellness guru. Taylor, named as one of Fortune’s 10 Innovators Shaping the Future of Health, is rewriting the damn self-care script. She's the brains behind the media company Inner Workout and the author of a groundbreaking book that goes by the same name.

We're going deep, love, diving into a chat about wellness that's way beyond those glossy Instagram posts and aspirational fluff. Forget about green juice and rose petal baths, Taylor's version of self-care is a hell of a lot more real + it's about time we all got a taste of it.

From workshops at Fortune 100 companies to TikTok talks with high school students, Taylor doesn't just walk her talk; she's sprinting. She's on a mission to make personal development and well-being accessible + actionable for everyone.

In this episode, we'll unpack her book, "Inner Workout: Self-care Done Differently," + redefine self-care in an authentic and powerful way.

Taylor reveals her journey towards a new paradigm of self-care, one that she says was born out of necessity. She recounts her struggles with workaholism + the illusory satisfaction of treat-yourself style self-care. The discussion traces her transformational process from experiencing repeated burnouts to understanding self-care as a constant conversation with oneself, as opposed to short-lived, band-aid solutions.

We explore the limitations of the 'treat yourself' approach and emphasize the importance of listening to one's inner voice to avoid burnout and truly care for oneself.

Get ready for a raw, real, ridiculously enlightening conversation. It's time to say goodbye to burnout + hello to a bold new approach to self-care. We're doing this right here, right now, on The Feminine Rebellion. And trust me, you're not going to want to miss this. Let's f*cking go.

Bonus Episode: Pregnant with Futures With Amanda Star Kingsley14 Jul 202300:42:05

Surprise, surprise Rebels, we have a special treat for you 🍭🍦🍫 This BONUS episode recaps a powerful conversation with the incredible Amanda Star Kingsley on a topic that holds great significance in our lives: abortion.

Stepping out of shame + reclaiming one's story isn't easy. It's not something to be taken lightly. Speaking on a public podcast about it has brought up a lot for me. And I'm here for all of it.

For thousands of years, The Patriarchy has had a tight grip on women's throats - keeping us from sharing the truths about our lives + our bodies.

And what I know, deep down in my bones, is that sharing our stories is not only healing for the individual but for the collective as well.

I hope that this podcast episode - whether or not you have had an unwanted pregnancy - reminds you of the importance of your own story and the impact it can have on those around you. ✨

The Pleasure Pivot: How Erin Keating Went From Corporate Queen to Hotter Than Ever

    Description:
Today’s episode is for every woman who’s ever looked around her “perfect” life and thought… Is this it?

Meet Erin Keating—founder of Hotter Than Ever, media powerhouse, and the voice behind the Hotter Than Ever podcast. At 50, Erin detonated the good-girl script: she left a sexless marriage, got laid off from her high-powered media career, and cracked herself open to a life that’s now dripping with freedom, pleasure, and possibility.

    We talk:

    • The real story of hitting reset at midlife—and why Erin describes her hospital stay with COVID as a “spa vacation.”

    • What it’s like to leave a 20-year sexless marriage and rediscover your sensual self (hint: it might involve a Dom, burner phones, and a French photographer).

    • Why dating younger men is so in the water for midlife women right now.

    • Trauma bonds, breaking patterns, and how divorce helped Erin resolve decades of family-of-origin wounds.

    • The truth about midlife horniness, perimenopause, and why your estrogen drop might actually be the best thing ever.

    • Why Erin believes “older women are a treasure”—and how to own your power and pleasure unapologetically.

    • Her next chapter: Broad Collective, a new platform supporting women entrepreneurs in the creator economy.

Erin is bold, hilarious, and refuses to dim down her truth—and you’ll leave this episode turned the fuck on about what’s possible for your own midlife pivot.

Breaking the Taboo of Menopause with Jo Visser 01 Jun 202300:42:15

    Hellooo Feminine Rebellion!

In this groundbreaking discussion, Jo Visser—a revolutionary in her own right—challenges the taboo around menopause and invites us to embrace this transformative phase of life. Discover how to tap into your inner power, embrace your wisdom, and create a vibrant, fulfilling life beyond menopause. 💃🔥

Why does menopause get such a bad rap, anyway? Jo breaks it down for us while simultaneously breaking the taboo around menopause by encouraging women to channel their power. "How can we change the narrative beyond the doom and gloom... into 'this can be a very exciting time in my life,' and help to empower women?" says Jo.

She's fierce, bold, and actively working to swap the story of menopause from an inhibition mindset ➡️ daringly inspirational one.

Jo is a midwife, storyteller, businesswoman, educator, facilitator, and a trained co-active coach and leader. Her empowerment lies in the area of conversations around perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, change, growth and power. She supports women as they transform their menopause narrative, not in spite of menopause but because of it. She believes that women's midlife, menopausal health, well-being, knowledge, empowerment and advocacy are integral to their leadership and their own life.

I mean, how boss is that?! There is so much insight to uncover in this hearty episode.🌟❤️‍🔥

    Key topics include:

    • How to tap into your inner leader within
    • Finding power from loving your body
    • The journey of menopause (from the lens of a midwife)
    • Dealing with anxiety and depression
    • Learning how to listen to your body throughout all stages

Navigating Transcendence with Cymande Baxter-Rogers 12 Mar 202300:55:00

    Hello, Feminine Rebellion!

These days it is all too easy to get sucked into the negativity that seems to wait for us around every corner. How do we transcend the bullshit and live meaningful, purposeful lives? How can we navigate transitions and life changes with grace when the world continues to bombard us with trauma, suffering, and pain?

Well to start, this conversation I had with Cymande Baxter-Rogers was like a soothing balm full of wisdom and promise. I needed it. Honestly, it expanded my mind and my heart.

Cymande is a psychiatric and family nurse practitioner living in the woods of NH while plotting her global impact as a psychedelic therapist. She has been in practice in western medical spaces for over 20 years, has spent the last few years studying psychedelic medicine and is graduating from the California Institute of Integral Studies psychedelic therapy and research program this year. She is Afro indigenous and Celtic, born on the west coast, lives on the east coast and has lived in the south, all experiences that have shaped her perspectives on the deep roots of our current internal and community struggles. She will be among the first group of medical providers to be board certified in psychedelic medicine and therapy.

Cymande currently works with an innovative home ketamine provider and has just completed her service in community mental health. She is beyond ready to help reshape our understanding of what it means to care for each other.

I hope you enjoy this beautiful conversation that left my heart feeling full of promise. I feel better about the world after talking to Cymande. I am sure you will be equally inspired and soothed.

    Topics we discuss:

    • Cymande’s experience as nurse and her journey to her current work
    • Transitions and transcending
    • The value and importance of community
    • Perspective on the individual and the collective

Why Diets Are Bullshit When it Comes to Health, Wellbeing and Sustainable Weight Loss with Dr. Aileen Alexander05 Mar 202300:32:18

    Helloooo, Feminine Rebellion!

About a month ago I saw a TED Talk that lit a fire in my heart.

Body image issues are an unfortunately common and almost inescapable experience for women in our culture. It is a symptom of our patriarchal conditioning that we believe we have to strive for a perfect body and certain type of appearance, the effects of which can lead to low-self esteem, mental health issues, and even eating disorders.

We just want to feel good in our bodies.

Meet Dr. Aileen Alexander. Dr. Aileen is doing things differently. After I saw her TED Talk, called “Why traditional diets don't always work,” I knew I needed to share her brilliance with my people.

Dr Aileen is a medical Doctor and  online women's health, wellbeing & weight loss coach. For the last 7 years she has helped professional women identify and treat the root cause of their weight gain, fatigue, and stress concerns without rules or restriction so they can live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

In our conversation, Dr. Aileen sheds light on some of the things that we've been told about weight loss and talks about the unique and effective (and dare I say rebellious?!) ways that she works with women.

    Topics we discuss:

    • Why Dr. Aileen left traditional healthcare and to coach women
    • Why food soothes us and the hormone imbalances behind it
    • How to stop demonizing food and pleasure
    • How Dr. Aileen works with women and some of her practices
    • The importance of self care, self compassion, and true nourishment

    64. From Shrinking to Expanding: How to Start Living BIG27 Jun 202500:21:15

🎙 Episode Title: How to Stop Shrinking and Start Living Big

In this fiery and deeply honest episode, Natty pulls back the curtain on the real reason so many midlife women feel stuck, small, and disconnected from their power.

Shrinking doesn’t always look dramatic—it often shows up as saying yes when you mean no, keeping the peace when your truth wants to roar, or playing small to stay “safe” in a world that was never designed for your fullness.

    But midlife is your portal.

It’s the moment to choose expansion over invisibility.

Tune in as Natty walks you through:

    • Why shrinking is a nervous system survival strategy (and not your fault)

    • How the patriarchy benefits from your smallness—and how to disrupt that

    • A 3-step framework to reclaim your authentic self, one bold moment at a time

    • The neuroscience of expansion and how to rewire your brain for power, pleasure, and possibility

You’ll leave this episode with a full-body permission slip to stop performing, start living, and take up some damn space.

The Comeback is Natty’s 6-week foundational group experience for high-achieving midlife women who are ready to reclaim their pleasure, power, and purpose.

When you join, you also become a Founding Member of The Feminine Rebellion community.

The Practice of Knowing, Asking For, and Getting What You Want with Sophie Luxton 20 Apr 202200:43:39
What is your relationship with desire? Do you find it difficult to ask for what you want? The seemingly simple practice of asking for what we want is RIPE with opportunities and POWER. I am so excited to take a deep dive into desire on this episode of The Feminine Rebellion podcast. This is such a juicy topic and an even JUICIER guest. Sophie Luxton is a teacher of Epic Self-Care for Women, How to Get What You Want From Your Man,  and creator of Spiritual Strip Tease. In this conversation, Sophie shares her (very relatable!) story of how she had done a lot of "empowering" work on the feminine, only to realize that the power that she wanted to experience wasn't just a feeling on the inside but it was inside relationships. Now Sophie teaches women how to ask for what they want from their men. Her work includes helping women tap into what they want, feel confident in their worthiness, become aware of how they self-sabotage in conversation, how to deal with getting "no" or hitting resistance and the art of receiving. Sophie believes that any woman with big and juicy dreams for her life needs to learn how to speak her desires into her relationships in order to make them come true. Topics we discuss: How marriage and motherhood unexpectedly fueled her spiritual work The re-education of a badass woman who chooses allegiance to herself The Spiritual Striptease and why it’s so powerful Exercises to tap into your knowing and desire How to handle being told “no” The dynamic between men and women due to conditioning and how it plays a role in asking The art of learning how to receive Our Guest 👇🏼 Sophie Luxton’s website: www.sophieluxton.com Sophie Lexton on Instagram: @juicysophieluxton https://www.instagram.com/juicysophieluxton/ Sophie Luxton’s Personal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=710000510 Sophie Luxton’s Private Facebook Group “Epic Self Care for Women Breaking Rules”:  http://www.facebook.com/groups/escforwomenbreakingrules Important Links 👇🏼 Natalie’s Website https://www.thefemininerebellion.com/ The Feminine Rebellion 👇🏼 The Feminine Rebellion on IG: @thefemininerebellion https://www.instagram.com/thefemininerebellion/ --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/thefemininerebellion/message
