Whew, this conversation was RAW and REAL! I sat down with Erin Davis; breast cancer survivor, mother of two little girls, and multipreneur. We discussed the loss of her identity as she navigated heavy storms in a few short years and how she found her silver lining. Her story is so POWERFUL and she truly shares so much wisdom!

Erin was diagnosed with Stage 3B Invasive Ductal Carcinoma at the age of 39 when her daughters were aged two and four, Erin receives ongoing treatment as she continues to heal and thrive.

As a Business Leadership Mentor and Wellness Educator, Erin has a deep desire to help others pursue their passions and support their own wellness. A former high school teacher who is also certified in reflexology, yoga, breathwork and flexibility coaching, Erin teaches people how to reconnect with their body, create sustainable, healthy habits, and lower their stress levels. Erin combines her experience and skills as an educator, her background in wellness, and her personal experience of growing through Cancer to deliver thoughtful, clear, and engaging lessons and workshops. Through her corporate wellness workshops and private coaching sessions, Erin demystifies the practices of yoga breathing, reflexology, mindfulness, and meditation to teach actionable and effective wellness practices that can be self-accessed at any time.

She placed an emphasis on her passion to follow her heart in functional medicine and develop her very own practice so that she could be a total boss babe of her own life!

Bio:

Elisabeth Wygant is a Doctor of Pharmacy, founder of BioLaVie Health Consulting, a functional medicine practice and host of the Thrive Mama! Podcast. Her specialty is guiding busy working women feeling overwhelmed, fatigued and short on time, to gain work-life balance +  lead healthier lifestyles. She utilizes her signature program, Flourish, to guide clients through personalized nutrition plans, tailored supplement support, nutrient panels, and so much more! 

Prior to launching BioLaVie Health, she worked in the pharmaceutical space for 14 years, the last 5 spent managing a local independent pharmacy. After experiencing health issues as a new mama and finding the power in functional medicine, Elisabeth found her heart’s calling in providing tools to help others lead healthier lifestyles.  Fueled by a mission for functional wellness, she changed from her pharmacy path, starting her own health consultancy to heal patients her way.
