153. The Body Keeps Score: You Can’t Regulate What You Haven’t First Repaired04 Nov 202500:53:05

Dr. Tony Ebel reveals the critical difference between nervous system REPAIR and nervous system REGULATION—and why getting the order right changes everything. While tools like breathwork, craniosacral therapy, and neurofeedback are trending, they can't work effectively until foundational trauma is addressed first. He explains how physical, chemical, and emotional stress gets locked into the body through subluxation, creating sympathetic dominance that blocks healing.

This episode provides a roadmap for sequencing your healing journey correctly, knowing when you're ready for regulation tools, and why some families need years of foundational chiropractic care before other interventions will stick. If you've tried everything and feel stuck, this is your answer.

152. Q&A: Why are Conventional Medical Doctors So Triggered by Chiropractic? Dr. Tony's Response to the Online Bashing31 Oct 202500:43:19

In this powerful Ask Dr. Tony episode, Dr. Tony Ebel addresses the recent wave of anti-chiropractic content flooding social media from conventional medical doctors. Rather than responding with anger, Dr. Tony offers a thoughtful, science-based perspective on why natural, neurologically-focused healthcare is exploding in popularity—and why some in the medical community feel threatened by it.

Dr. Tony emphasizes that this isn't about "us versus them," but about giving families effective options. He shares his deep respect for emergency medicine (which saved his son Oliver's life) while making a compelling case for why drug-free, neurological approaches should be the first line of defense for chronic conditions. Throughout the episode, he dismantles common criticisms with updated neuroscience, real-world outcomes, and the principle that being effective matters more than being right.

141. More Than Tylenol & Toxins: Root-Cause, Drug-Free Autism Help for Parents23 Sep 202501:05:06

In this episode, Dr. Tony Ebel breaks down the truth about autism — why cases have skyrocketed, what’s really behind it, and most importantly, what parents can do to help their child thrive.

He explains how autism isn’t genetically predetermined but develops from a “perfect storm” of stressors that overwhelm the nervous system — from birth trauma and toxins to prenatal stress. A key focus is the vagus nerve, which connects the brain to every organ system and often gets injured during birth, leading to inflammation, stress overload, and developmental delays.

The good news: when the nervous system is restored and regulated through Neurologically-Focused Chiropractic care, kids can unlock their potential. Parents will leave this episode with clarity, confidence, and hope for healing.

140. Q&A: The CDC Took Crawling Off the Chart — But Is It Still an Essential Milestone?19 Sep 202500:28:19

In this Q&A episode of the Experience Miracles podcast, Dr. Tony Ebel dives deep into why crawling matters so much for child development and why the CDC's 2022 decision to remove it from developmental milestones was a critical mistake. He explains the neuroscience behind crawling, how it wires the brain for everything from motor coordination to cognitive function, and why skipping crawling can lead to issues like ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and emotional dysregulation later on.

Dr. Tony introduces the concept of "stanky leg" crawling (asymmetrical crawling patterns) and explains how subluxations can cause compensatory movement patterns that affect overall brain development. He emphasizes the importance of getting children's nervous systems checked and adjusted to restore proper developmental sequencing.

18. Overcoming Anxiety, A Drug-Free Approach in the Digital Age30 Apr 202401:41:32

In this deep dive episode on anxiety, Dr. Tony Ebel discusses the anxiety epidemic impacting kids, teens and young adults today. He explains how anxiety has physical and neurological roots, often starting with triggers in pregnancy, birth trauma, and early childhood development that shift the nervous system into a stuck sympathetic "fight or flight" state.

This leads to dysautonomia and an imbalance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

While factors like technology overuse, lack of movement, and toxins can worsen anxiety, Dr. Ebel explains that the core issue lies in subluxation and nervous system dysregulation impacting key brain areas like the cerebellum, vagus nerve, amygdala and prefrontal cortex. The solution lies in addressing the root causes through Neurologically-Focused Chiropractic Care that helps restore nervous system balance and function. This allows kids to get out of the anxiety storm and experience their optimal potential.

Nancy Monica Bio – In 1994 my 4th daughter was born, due to delivery complications, she began having seizures at 12 days of age.

This changed the life of our entire family.  I went from working at Motorola in Marketing, to a full on crusade to combat epilepsy.  I co-founded CURE, Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy, which has raised more than $1B to fund cutting edge research for epilepsy worldwide.  I served on several boards and committees including, Options & Advocacy, Families ETC., CDC Expert panel participant for the IDEA, NIH Benchmark Committee Member and Co-chair and founder of Advocates for Epilepsy.  Epilepsy has become a special interest of mine, due to being directly affected by this life robbing disorder with my daughter.

In 1998 I began serving individuals in McHenry County with epilepsy.  In 2010, as the Director of Telehealth, I co-founded the first ever epilepsy telehealth program in the U.S. along with Marvin Rossi, MD., PhD., Epileptologist.  This unique model combined state-of-the art subspecialty medical care, mental health, pharmacist consultation and community based social services.   Data collected over this 10 period proved healthcare cost savings by reducing local emergency department visits.  This program was monitored by the CDC with hopes to replicate throughout the U.S.
