Everyone has to endure. Whether it is the pressure to perform, the weight of expectation, the fear of not being enough, or the challenge of finding purpose beyond what we do.

The Endurers is a podcast about what it really takes to keep going. Hosted by Tim Ford and Will McCloy, each episode features open and honest conversations with elite athletes who have faced more than just physical tests.

This is not a podcast about training tips or race results. It is about resilience, identity, mental health, self-worth, and the universal lessons sport can teach us about life.

Because endurance is not just for athletes. It is for everyone.

Jamie Riddle - Redefining What It Means to Win

Season 1 · Episode 6

dimanche 1 juin 2025Duration 01:29:57

South African triathlete Jamie Riddle has never shied away from speaking the truth, especially when it comes to the uncomfortable parts of chasing success. In this deeply personal conversation, Jamie opens up about the emotional toll of Olympic disappointment, the crushing weight of self-imposed expectations, and how he nearly lost himself in the process.

From spiritual awakening to building mental resilience, Jamie shares how he found strength not in results but in vulnerability, faith, and community. He talks candidly about identity, burnout, and the burden of being a public voice for others, and explains why learning to let go became his most powerful tool for growth.

This isn’t a story about medals. It’s a story about meaning, about redefining success on your own terms and what it really takes to endure when the finish line keeps moving.

Tim Don - The Scars You Can’t See

Season 1 · Episode 7

dimanche 8 juin 2025Duration 01:43:51

A moment completely out of Tim Don’s control changed everything and forced him to live through some of his worst fears. Hit by a car while training, he broke his neck and spent months in a halo brace. But it wasn’t the physical injury that stayed with him. It was the fear, the silence, and the sudden loss of control.

In this conversation, Tim opens up about the trauma that followed, the fear of losing everything, and the emotional scars that don’t heal as easily as broken bones. He shares what it took to keep going, how he found strength when it felt like there was none left, and why the hardest battles are often the ones no one else can see.

This episode is about survival, fear, identity, and the resilience it takes to rebuild yourself from the inside out.
