Today we'll be talking to Shawn who is a Family Nurse Practitioner, she's currently working PRN in an emergency room but she mostly operates her own concierge Practice where she focuses on basic primary care, sick visits, physicals, basic occupational care, and weight loss. She's needing assistance finding her niche as she's providing a variety of services.

In this episode we talk about the importance of understanding what your patients want, sometimes when you provide many services there'll be one or two of them that are way more successful than the rest, so it is sometimes a good idea to drop some of the other stuff you do and streamline your practice's services on those products that are selling really well. Don't be afraid to rebrand!!

Today we'll be Nadja who is a psych Nurse Practitioner, currently, she's working as a contractor 1 day a week and she has her own Psych hybrid practice where she works 3 days a week, the practice has been open for a year and a half and it's doing good so far. Nadja is needing assistance with marketing and how to scale her practice.

When your practice or business doesn't take off it's not a failure, you only fail if you stop trying and quit altogether.

Today we'll be talking to Christine who is Family Nurse Practitioner, she currently operates a concierge wellness practice that is growing at a steady rate, however, Christine it's having problems staying organized, she's looking for help on how to grow her practice, which services she should focus on and staying organized.

In our talk we get to a point we've mentioned a few times before, when your practice it's in its growing stages it's always a good idea to hire a new employee that can help you reduce the load and take care of the busy work while you put your attention and energy into income generating work and growing your practice.

In this episode, we'll be talking to Kaleena who is a family nurse practitioner, Kaleeena owns a Breastfeeding and lactation clinic that is doing fairly well, she's needing assistance on how to take her practice to the next level as well as how to open a totally different clinic, a Men's Health an HRT clinic.

What we get out of this conversation is that you shouldn't let one small thing stop you from starting a business, you only need to take the first step and once you do it everything else will come on its own, and very soon you'll have a fully operational business.
