Siân and Quentin Ball are a missionary couple with something of a unique story. They run an NGO, Biojemmss, which is helping children and families in Uganda. They run Biojemmss while working full-time in the UK. Siân, a trained social worker, founded Biojemmss in 2009 after falling in love with Uganda years before. Quentin, an electrician, joined her helping to run the NGO after they met and married in 2019, and he became an Elim Missionary along with Siân in 2023.
