What does it take to go beyond a ten⦠and become an ELEVEN?
Welcome to the ELEVEN Podcast - where lifelong runners Josh and Natalie Mitchell dive into the grind, the growth, and everything in between on the road to excellence. From Joshās Division I experience to Natalieās journey as a masterās athlete, this is where real stories meet next-level performance.
Weāre fired up to welcome our first-ever guest - Whitney Heins.
Whitney is the force behind The Mother Runners, a powerhouse community she launched in 2019 to support women chasing big goals in running and life. Sheās also the host of The Mother Runners Podcast, a dedicated coach, and a sub elite competitor throwing down serious times - a 2:54 marathon and a 1:20 half marathon. And sheās not done yet - sheās gearing up for the Carmel Marathon this April.
In this episode, Whitney keeps it real. Weāre talking about the highs, the setbacks, the juggle of building a business, raising a family, and still showing up to train at a high level. Itās raw, itās motivating, and itās packed with lessons for anyone chasing more.
If youāre ready to level up, this is it.
