Frank is currently the founder and CEO of Maavee, a consumer-led "population wellness" SaaS platform that connects humans to their highly personal, fluid and lifelong journeys.

Frank began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he focused on product lifecycle management and salesforce effectiveness in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries for companies such as Astra-Merck, AstraZeneca and Amgen.

In 1999, Frank “caught the Internet wave” and worked for several technology companies at the forefront of their respective fields including more.com and DigitalThink. From 2005 to 2018, he served on the executive team at Cornerstone OnDemand, one of the most successful cloud software companies in the world. During his tenure, he architected the company’s client retention and growth capabilities including its innovative client success model, launched and led its international businesses in Israel and nine countries in Asia-Pacific, and finally served as Chief Customer Officer. Over the 13 years that Frank called Cornerstone home, the company grew from $0.5 million to just shy of $500 million in annual revenue with a successful IPO in March 2011. After a short break from the corporate world to reset, Frank served as the Chief Business Officer for Thrive Global, founded by Arianna Huffington, where he led the pivot from a media and content company to a technology company.

Los Angeles is home; however Frank spends about half of his time outside of the U.S.A. being a global citizen. He has also lived in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, Healdsburg, and Antibes.

Jeff Smith is a Subsea and Seabed Warfare Consultant with Poroy Global Advisors. Prior to recently joining PGA, Jeff was the VP/GM for Autonomous and Undersea Systems at Saab, Inc. responsible for growing a new US division focused on UUVs, ROVs, USVs, and Autonomy. Jeff stood up the AUS Division securing over $300M in long term programs, building out multiple new facilities, and staffing an exceptional team in less than 3 years. Prior to joining Saab, Jeff was a Chief Scientist for UUV Systems for BAE Systems FAST Labs. Jeff was the president and founder of Riptide Autonomous Solutions, a major market disruptor in the unmanned undersea vehicle (UUV) market and brought the company to acquisition by BAE Systems in 4 years. Jeff has spent 30 years supporting the US Navy through his industry roles at General Dynamics, Bluefin Robotics, Riptide, BAE Systems, and now Saab. Over the past several years, Jeff has been selected as a UUV subject matter expert to participate in numerous war games and study panels focused on the future of undersea warfare. Jeff also holds patents in robotics, electro-optical systems, rapid prototyping, subsea battery safety systems, biomedical devices, and in a counter- sniper system, with additional patents pending. Jeff was formerly an advisor for Open Water Power, prior to their acquisition by L-3 Technologies. Jeff is also a member of the Board of Directors for Aretê Associates and numerous non-profit boards for defense, innovation, and blue technology.

Eran was an early employee at Plated, where he focused on building planning and sourcing programs. The team's collective efforts led to a $300M sale to Albertsons.

He then went to join Nuts.com, one of the world's largest nuts and specialty ingredient e-commerce companies. He was quickly elevated to COO and quadrupled capacity to support growth in 2020.

Fun Fact: Eran took a gap during college to attend culinary school, where he solidified his love of food.
