Ep. 1 | The 15-Year-Old Who Taught Me the Hardest Spiritual Lesson03 Nov 202500:14:32

In today's episode, I'm sharing how one tiny dinner-table moment with my 15-year-old goddaughter catapulted me straight out of adulthood and right back into my teenage self — and how a Celtic prayer helped me find my way back to love.

Whether it's parenting, friendship, or just life being life, this one's about the messy magic of being human — and the peace that comes when we stop needing to be right and start showing up with an undefended heart.

Question to carry into your day:
What might happen if you set down your armor and chose connection instead?

The Daily Ascent with Molly Carmel (Trailer)03 Nov 202500:01:31

Welcome to The Daily Ascent — a quick, meaningful moment in your day to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. I'm Molly Carmel: therapist, coach, business owner, sister, godmother, dog mom, and a woman who's learned the hard way that real healing doesn't come from chasing fixes — it comes from finding truth.

Each weekday, I'll bring you real stories, simple insights, and honest reflections from my own winding path of recovery and growth. Together, we'll explore what it means to live with intention, stay grounded, and keep climbing — one small step at a time.

It's honest. It's hopeful. It's like your favorite morning ritual — the one that always leaves you feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and a lot more human.

122. There's No Healing Without Feeling Safe28 Jun 202300:39:10

In this episode of What You're Craving, you will listen to Leanne's story and her journey so far. Molly and Leanne talk a lot about the idea of being honest with the people around us, such as our friends and family who are supportive of our journey. When we are on a mission to quit an addiction - especially food addiction - we might think that sharing our struggles with others will make them leave. Leanne is living proof that is not the case.

It is important to be open with people we trust. But it is also essential to tell the truth to people you know will accept it, no matter what. On another topic, Leanne talks about the importance of having a community, a group of people she can trust - like the Breaking Up with Sugar group.

Episode Quotes

  • "I went to the group, I did the homework, I listened, and read, and really immersed myself in it but at the same time I realized that was this part of me that was just hanging on for dear life to my previous ways."
  • "If we are trying to establish safety and if you were to drop a bunch of weight like you would do on a quick-fix diet, I would actually think that would be rather disorienting. If you think about the weight as a shield."

About Molly Carmel

Molly is a leading addiction and eating disorder therapist and the founder of the BeaconProgram, which offers individual and group solutions to help people break free from their destructive relationships with food and dieting. 31. Here's Why You're Doing the Best You Can and What To Do If You're Not Sure or Don't Know If You Are29 Sep 202100:28:53
On today's Solo Pod, I'm talking about the HUGE lie we tell ourselves - and that diet culture has told us for ages - that we always need to be doing better. Diet culture is a thief and terrorist when it comes to us achieving peace and happiness - it tells us we're never enough and always need to be doing more. I'm talking today all about why I truly truly believe we are all doing the best we can, the ways to break out of our perfectionist mindset and change our belief system, and what to do if you're not sure if you're doing your best or are afraid you're not (and ps: you ARE).

30. Mia Kang on The Miracle of Connecting with Her Body and the Journey of Escaping Her Eating Disorder22 Sep 202100:40:48
In this episode, I get to have an incredibly insightful and authentic conversation (my favorite kind) with Mia Kang. Mia is a Hong Kong–born international model and author of the amazing book, KNOCKOUT. She discusses her story of struggling with her own eating disorder and addiction while working in the modeling industry, and how she unexpectedly found her solution in Indonesia at a Muay Thai gym, starting her on the path of true healing. We get to all the goods: how Mia is developing a new loving relationship with herself and her body (and how you can too!), why we should pay attention to our own internal wisdom, and how coming out of the shadows and into recovery is very, very possible.

Mia has graced the pages of Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Sports Illustrated, among many others, and has worked with many international brands. She is currently the host of Bravo's Spy Games. She lives in New York City, when she is not in Thailand practicing Muay Thai. Beneath her success is the story of a woman who once lived and died by her weight. In her first book, KNOCKOUT she opens up about her struggles with bullying, anorexia, bulimia, body dysmorphia, drug addiction, anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts, and how, in a true life-saving moment, she eschewed normative body standards and, with the help of martial arts, learned to redefine her sense of self-worth.

If you want to know more about Mia, you can find her on Instagram, and you can listen to her amazing TED Talk here

26. How to Deal with Imperfection in Your Relationship with Food25 Aug 202100:27:31
Perfectionism is a killer - in my experience as a therapist, I've seen perfectionism and unrealistic expectations of ourselves derail, deflate and even destroy people's spirits and relationships with food. I can honestly say it's one of - and maybe even the biggest obstacles I see to creating a loving, stable relationship with food. Diet culture has told us for far too long that there's only one way to "succeed" in stopping overeating and losing weight, and anything short of that is failing! This couldn't be farther from the truth. In this episode, I talk about a very different, and much more effective way to deal with the inevitable imperfections in your relationship with food that helps to keep you moving in the direction of your goals, while also releasing you from the shame and diet roller coaster we know all too well!

25. Sydel Curry Lee on The Importance of Faith, Prioritizing Our Needs, and Pursuing Our Passions18 Aug 202100:37:22
In this episode, I sit down with Sydel Curry Lee, who is an entrepreneur, athlete, mental health advocate and host of the podcast, Because Life. Sydel shares with honesty and vulnerability about her own struggles and how that inspired her to create a platform to help others, describing the lessons she's learned along the way. We get into debunking some of the stigmas around therapy, and we discuss the importance of putting your own self-care first and surrounding yourself with supportive and accepting people. Good stuff to say the least.

After receiving a scholarship in volleyball at Elon University, Sydel's dreams of being a star athlete came to an abrupt halt. After considering her own mental and physical health, Sydel invested herself in another passion – psychology. She now is developing her own lifestyle brand encompassing family, faith, food, mental health, and more.  Her show Sydel Takes On follows her journey of meeting other famous children and learning about their own lives and talents outside of the spotlight placed on them from the media. The discussion focuses on the exploration of challenges and advantages within their - often misrepresented - world. She is also active on YouTube where she inspires others to openly discuss all aspects of their life, while continuing to challenge the stigma around discussing mental health in an honest, yet spirited way.

You can find out more about Sydel by finding her on Instagram and listening to her new podcast Because Life.

121. Shift the Script and Realize You're Doing an Amazing Job21 Jun 202300:34:48

After breaking up with sugar and flour for four months, Sara still needs to accept that the little voice urging her to binge on something will still show up after her meals. After 25 years of having an unhealthy relationship with food, four months of recovery is not that much time if you think about it. Discomfort after eating is more than normal: it is expected.

In this episode of What You're Craving Podcast, Molly welcomes Sara to discuss her journey with the Breaking Up with Sugar community. Sara shares this sort of emotional urge to keep eating after her meals (specifically breakfast), and Molly advises her to try to shift the script a little. What is uncomfortable can also be exciting.

When someone is going through some kind of change in life, especially when it comes to healing food or alcohol addictions, it's easy to get caught up in perfectionism. We may feel like everything has to be perfect and easy, and no setbacks or unpleasant feelings are allowed. It is not going to be like that. It is a process, and creating too many rules and conditions in order to feel that you're doing an amazing job won't help.

Episode Quotes

  • "When we take the cravings so seriously, it's when they become problematic."
  • "Shame is protecting us from rejection."

21. The Importance of Self-Love, Slowing Down, and Setting Boundaries21 Jul 202100:45:53
In this episode, I talk to Faith Broussard Cade, whose Instagram account @fleurdelisspeaks is one of my absolute faves. Me, and over 214,000 others who have benefitted from a promise she made to herself in 2018 to write and post a daily note of self-affirmation, that has turned into a movement of self-love. We get into the real deal of sacrificing ourselves to please others, the addiction of busyness, and why it's so hard and (necessary!) to set boundaries in order to have true self-love.

18. The Surprising Similarities between Surfing and Addiction30 Jun 202100:42:27
In this episode, I dive into a discussion with author Thad Ziolkowski about the interesting and unexpected parallels between surfing and addiction, and his discoveries from his new book The Drop: How the Most Addictive Sport Can Help Us Understand Addiction and Recovery. Thad explains why it makes sense that he turned back to his first love - surfing - to get away from an unsustainable life of alcohol and drugs, the importance of finding joy to fill the void where addiction once lived - even finding healthier addictions - and how others can use similar tools to do the same.

Thad Ziolkowski is the author of the memoir On a Wave, which was a finalist for the PEN/Martha Albrand Award in 2003, and Wichita, a novel. His essays and reviews have appeared in The New York Times, Slate, Bookforum, Artforum, Travel & Leisure and Interview Magazine. 17. Why Cutting Out Sugar is NOT a Diet23 Jun 202100:27:57
In this episode, I'm getting real about what it's like to be in my world, in my relationship with food. The great paradox that I get asked about all the time is how in the world I'm anti-diet AND don't eat sugar and flour. It's such a great question given all of the diet drama and trauma we've struggled with and how easily we can turn anything into something unhealthy. And for those of you who have broken up with sugar yourself, you know just how often people misunderstand sugar-free to mean a rigid, restrictive diet. This episode sets the record straight, laying out why it was so important for me to both break free from diet culture and my abusive relationship with sugar.

If you're interested in discovering if your relationship with sugar has turned abusive, you can take the quiz adapted from the Yale Food Addiction Scale in my book, Breaking Up with Sugar.

13. Intuitive Eating: Who is it For? with Elyse Resch26 May 202100:40:52
I'm not shy about my thoughts and feelings on Intuitive Eating, so when I had the opportunity to sit down with Elyse Resch, author of the book, Intuitive Eating, and founder of the movement, I jumped at the chance. Well, I got really nervous and overwhelmed and then I jumped at the chance…

Intuitive Eating is an approach that rejects the diet mentality, embraces listening to our own internal wisdom, and supports keeping all foods "on limits." As a therapist specializing in a harm reduction food addiction approach, I was quick to discover that while there are many differences in our approaches, there were also so many overlaps. An interesting and much needed conversation with a fellow eating disorder specialist on the other side of the aisle - I can't wait to hear what you think.

Elyse Resch is a Nutrition Therapist and author of The Intuitive Eating Workbook for Teens and The Intuitive Eating Journal—Your Guided Journey for Nourishing a Healthy Relationship with Food. She is also co-author of Intuitive Eating, The Intuitive Eating Workbook, and The Intuitive Eating Card Deck—50 Bite-Sized Ways to Make Peace with Food. She specializes in eating disorders, Intuitive Eating, and preventative nutrition.

120. Overcoming Hard Times through Mindfulness and Meditation with Lindsey Pearson14 Jun 202300:55:16

In this episode of What You're Craving, Molly connects with Lindsey Pearson. Lindsey is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher (MBSR), a Registered Yoga Teacher, as well as a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator from Mindful Leader. She has led international workshops and is the author of the Distraction Detox: A Self-Care Workbook.

Lindsey talks about the impact that practices like meditation and mindfulness had on her healing journey. Lindsey went through hard times a few years ago - relationship issues, losing her dream job, and on top of that, the pandemic - and she saw herself having to handle her biggest fears all at once. At that time, she had to make a decision: to relapse or to shift her perspective.

These trauma wounds inspired her to create her company and to help others experience more peace and feel happier, even when dealing with setbacks. In addition, Molly and Lindsey discuss guilt and how it plays an important role in our journey to change and how self-compassion is the best way to live daily life. Tune in!

Episode Quotes

  • "I saw very quickly that beating myself up for this pain was going to do nothing. Shaming myself didn't feel good and it was also not effective."
  • "You can be firm without being cruel."

12. How I Broke Free From Diet Culture19 May 202100:30:37
In this episode, I'm taking about how I broke free from diet culture - the drama and the trauma to  create a new, loving, peaceful *relationship* with food. So many people are unwittingly trapped in this diet drama - feeling it's impossible to ever ever ever have anything else but the cycle. Like they don't even know there is something else - and there IS. I'm talking all about the how and the why of it today. A loving relationship with food is so much different that a diet - It's about uncovering the knowledge about what is best for your own body, moving out of a punishing mindset and into a growth mindset, and agreeing to never ever give up on yourself.

11. Why It's So Hard to Ask for Help with Harry Cunnane12 May 202100:40:48

We talk about why it's so hard to ask for help, how fighting for our lives is the greatest gift we give ourselves, and how being enough and having enough is more than enough for him.

Harry is an author and an active member of the addiction recovery community since his recovery began more than seven years ago, participating in a twelve-step program and volunteering at rehabs and jails around Philadelphia to spread a message of hope. 119. Regulating the Nervous System and Healing Childhood Wounds with Dr. Alisa Kriegel07 Jun 202300:55:24

In this episode of What You're Craving, Molly welcomes clinical psychologist Dr. Alisa Kriegel. Dr. Alisa shares her perspective on two relevant topics that have a lot of evidence nowadays: how our childhood wounds impact our relationships and how the nervous system maintains balance in the body.

According to Dr. Alisa, in our relationships, we tend to repeat the same patterns we learned during our childhood. All the lessons, the emotions, and the wounds can be a significant part of how we interact with our partners. The key here is to learn to heal those wounds first instead of focusing on fixing the external world around us.

When it comes to regulating our nervous system, it is fundamental to identify when we are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or triggered. By being aware of it, we can start regulating the nervous system with a few techniques. Dr. Alisa also explains the differences between the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous system and the reactions we experience when we become anxious, known as fight or flight reactions.

Episode Quotes

  • "I'm a big believer that you have to understand what happened in the past. Not to blame it, but to learn from it, to understand yourself, and to use it, because that's going to dictate what comes up for you."
  • "Ideally, in a relationship, you can be co-regulators for each other, but what that requires is first recognizing your own nervous system responses and what helps you to feel soothed."

1. How I Overcame An Eating Disorder and Took Control of My Life10 Mar 202100:29:46

Welcome to What You're Craving! In this get-to-know-you first date episode I explain the ins and outs of me - I'm a long time eating disorder and addiction therapist who has had a pretty gnarly journey struggling in a destructive relationship with food. I was trying everything I could get my hands on to heal and living a double life as an eating disorder therapist with a serious eating disorder. Now I have had this really amazing recovery where I've changed my life and helped lots of others do the same. If I could only tell you one thing, it's that healing, growth and changing your life for good is absolutely possible.

My goal is to stop talking about all of the obvious things that come with eating disorders and addictions, that seem to be getting us sicker and sicker. I deeply understand that the root of our problems aren't simply the problems themselves (food, alcohol, relationships, social media), but something deeper that we're craving. And that's what we're going to do together - learn, grow, connect, laugh (a lot I hope) and truly heal.

2. Finding Your Own Voice and Path When It Comes To A Relationship With Food with Jessica Cording10 Mar 202100:41:26

In this episode, I'm talking with my friend Jessica Cording - a registered dietician, health coach and writer. We had a whole list of things to talk about and then the night before the podcast we pivoted to talk about (among other things) cyber bullying in the world of wellness (and how it impacts us as helpers), the stigma around speaking out against intuitive eating, being conditioned by diet culture to doubt our choices, and finding our own voice and path when it comes to a relationship with food.

Jessica Cording, MS, RD, CDN, INHC is a registered dietitian, health coach, and writer with a passion for helping people streamline their wellness routine and establish a balanced relationship with food and exercise. She is the author of The Little Book of Game-Changers: 50 Healthy Habits For Managing Stress & Anxiety (Viva Editions). 118. Is the Diet Industry Preventing You from Forgiving Yourself?31 May 202300:26:44

Join this week's episode as Molly talks about how women can break free from the unrealistic beauty standards imposed by diet culture. Women of all ages suffer every day, trying to achieve unrealistic goals. These goals are not their own; they result from decades and decades of what society thinks is right.

During this process, we start to feel guilt, frustration, and a sense of hatred for our own bodies. We tend to hold on to the wrong beliefs - and the crazy diets. How do we break free from this cycle? How do we drop the scarcity mentality and embrace the part of us that wants to heal? How do we stop believing in a culture so ingrained in our minds?

If you don't have answers to these questions, this episode is for you. It's time to regain control of your own self-worth and self-esteem. Healing takes courage, but believing you can is the most important first step.

Episode Quotes

  • "We are really stuck in this abusive relationship with diet culture, that is draining all of our energy."
  • "Choice is the most powerful tool around. We choose to forgive, we choose to get out of this relationship… imperfectly, but we do it."

117. How to Safely Stop Psychiatric Medication with Dr. Mark Horowitz24 May 202300:57:46

Join this episode of What You're Craving as Molly connects with Dr. Mark Horowitz. Dr. Mark is a Clinical Research Fellow in Psychiatry North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT), and today he talks about depression, the different symptoms and treatments of this condition, antidepressant withdrawal, and the side effects of discontinuing it too quickly.

With a background that very much matches his line of study today, Dr. Mark has been researching how depression works, what the causes and life experiences associated with it are, and the many health conditions produced by medication withdrawal. Also, according to him, the idea that depression is merely a chemical imbalance is a misconception.

Dr. Mark explains that everyone has gone through some depressive state in their lives, and everyone has or will have depression to some degree. This condition can be caused when our emotional needs are not being met, and everyone is susceptible to this situation. Tune in to understand more about antidepressant withdrawal, the placebo effect, the correlation between depression and weight loss, and much more.

Episode Quotes

  • "You hear these people that have perfect lives but then depression just drops in their lap… I have never met such a person. Everybody that I have met that has been depressed has had clear reasons in their lives."
  • "It appears that we become depressed as a response to things in our lives."

116. What If Shame and Fear Take Over?17 May 202300:28:36

To feel shame and fear for whatever reason is not an easy process. Both feelings are not simple feelings to live with, especially when we know what it feels like to live without them. But what to do when we feel sad, frustrated, and overwhelmed by something that happened to us, leading to feelings like shame and fear?

In this episode of What You're Craving Podcast, Molly talks about a personal matter that has been very challenging for her. Molly shares how she has been responding to this situation, how she has been getting the help needed, and how she was confronted by an old version of her - a rebellious version - throughout this process.

When we worry too much about things we can't control, we give our power away. We adopt a victim mentality that simply does not serve us or help to solve the problem. So the initial steps not to let shame and fear take over are: recognizing these feelings, not reacting to them immediately, and having compassion for yourself.

Episode Quotes

  • "I was so busy screaming for everybody to help me that I stopped the behaviors that help myself."
  • "Sometimes I have to get really, really quiet in order to learn the lessons that I need to learn in this life."

Caleb Campbell is a dynamic keynote speaker, coach, and mental health advocate known for his authentic and transformational message on high-capacity leadership, whole-person success, and emotional well-being. In this episode, Caleb shares more about his story, childhood, and how he always had that itch to seek more in life.

We all tend to live adulthood as a reflection of our childhood, and Caleb's story is no different. Ever since he was a young boy, he looked for his mom's approval, and that eventually made him feel pressure to be the best in all areas of life. Growing up, he also felt the need to establish some boundaries for all his relationships - something we all can relate to.

Caleb talks about difficult moments when he used to feel self-hatred, disempowerment, and the need to sustain a happy external image when, in reality, he was falling apart inside. After identifying all these signs and red flags, Caleb sought therapeutic help, which changed his life and gave him new perspectives. With this guidance, he could choose himself over others and find inner rest.

Episode Quotes

  • "Moving our life forward is not by doing more, is not by hustling more, is not by holding on tighter; it's actually learning to let go."
  • "There is no healing without feeling safe. It's hard to heal when you are living in an environment where you're barely getting by."
  • "I was hating myself because I knew the way I was doing life was working against me."

Key Highlights

  • Caleb always had the intuitive knowledge that there is more in life.
  • Caleb started therapy to heal childhood wounds.
  • The importance of boundaries and not carrying our parents' burdens.
  • Listen to your own intuition and listen to your own body.
  • Caleb shares how he was able to recognize he needed therapy help.

114. From Food Addiction to Forgiveness and Freedom03 May 202300:46:33

Are you struggling to break free from your addiction to food? Do you turn to food as a coping mechanism during tough times? In this episode of What You're Craving, Molly chats with Felicia, a current member of the Breaking Up with Sugar community and the All In Intensive coaching group. Felicia is a fighter and survivor of trauma who shares her inspiring story of transformation and regaining control of her life.

For years, Felicia battled with her weight and tried various diets, including intermittent fasting, Weight Watchers, and low-carb approaches, but nothing seemed to work. She realized that food had become her go-to coping skill when the world felt out of control. Even when she tried to fix things with a relationship, her food issues worsened. Feeling suicidal, desperate, and with children to care for, Felicia knew she had to make a change. She borrowed money from a friend and joined the All In program, where she learned to set self-determined goals and embrace a beginner's mindset, despite her initial resistance.

Through the guidance and support of the All In community and her coach, Molly, Felicia was able to redefine herself and begin to let go of the shame and guilt she felt about her addiction. Although Felicia acknowledges that her journey has not been without its challenges, she is now 66 days without sugar or flour and has seen a significant improvement in her blood sugar levels. Felicia plans to continue her growth journey by taking another round of the All In coaching program.

Key Highlights

  • The role of grief and shame in Felicia's journey
  • Felicia's story of joining Breaking Up With Sugar & All In
  • Tools Felicia used to stop self-harm
  • Addressing cognitive distortions and qualifying the positives
  • Felicia talks about her goals for forgiveness and redefining herself
  • Felicia talks about Feelings vs. Facts

Episode Quotes:

  • "Recovery is not linear, but my brain wants it to be linear so when it's not linear, it turns lemonade back into lemons."
  • "I have tools. Having tools isn't my problem. The problem is when I get dysregulated, I forget the tool box even exists… Why am I okay today? It's because I used all of my tools and I had a huge support network that All In allowed me to build. I just needed somebody I trusted to tell me it was going to be okay."

113. From Chronic Illness to Wellness with Krista Joy Palmer26 Apr 202300:50:31

Krista Joy Palmer is a health coach and advocate for essential oils who has a unique story of healing herself with the help of plants. Despite suffering from autoimmune symptoms that confined her to bed, hospitals, and wheelchairs for years, Krista was able to heal herself and rediscover her passion for healing others. In this episode of What You're Craving, Krista shares her journey to healing and how she now travels to teach others about the power of essential oils. She and Molly also recount a story of how Krista used her essential oils to cure an allergic reaction that Molly had on the day they met.

It took Krista four years to receive a diagnosis for her autoimmune illness, during which time she had to balance raising her teenage children while dealing with her symptoms. Despite this, Krista continued to work as much as she could, focusing on what she could do rather than what she couldn't. When doTERRA approached her to help build their business and offered her a new solution for her healing journey, Krista decided to give it a try. Through doTERRA supplementation, she was able to heal more rapidly and went on to continue her work of sharing the tools and natural solutions that have helped her with others.

110. You Always Have A Choice05 Apr 202300:29:32

When we feel like a victim of our circumstances, we often forget that we have choices. In this episode, Molly encourages you to bring yourself back to the present moment by reminding yourself that even if you feel stuck, you always have choices. Some situations can feel so painful that it seems impossible to actually have a choice in the matter, but you always do. Bad things may happen to you, but there are infinite ways that you can respond to them. Your choices are to solve the problem, change your feelings about the problem, tolerate it, stay miserable, or make the problem worse. This isn't all to say that it will be an easy road, but there is tremendous power in knowing that you don't have to just lie down and let the pain take over. This is your season of taking your power back.

If a problem arises that you truly don't have control over, you still have the power to change how you feel about it. For so many of us, we have been bombarded with failure experiences, shame responses, and rejections. If you have been in these cycles, your first response is most likely to play dead, but a much more powerful option is to work to feel better about the problem.

In this episode of What You're Craving, Molly wants you to know that there is so much more in your control than you think. You never have to feel like a victim in your circumstance. It is time to take your power back because if any problem coming up causes you to fall over and be a victim, there is so much of your power that is just roaming out there. Molly wants you to get it back.

In this episode of What You're Craving, Molly interviews Jennifer Steinman Sternin, an award-winning filmmaker with over 20 years of experience in television and filmmaking. Jennifer is passionate about creating films that speak to the heart and has gained incredible insights into the human spirit through the process of creating her documentaries, which involve deep dives into people's lives.

During the conversation, Jennifer discusses the ways she has healed through being of service to others and finding bigger problems than her own, which she feels can help shift one's perspective. She shares her personal journey of breaking up with diet culture and finding freedom from societal expectations as a woman. Jennifer talks about her struggles with food, eating, and weight and how she continues to work on loving her body, regardless of its size.

Jennifer highlights the need for women to be furious about diet culture, not themselves, and discusses the importance of accepting and loving one's body for what it is, rather than striving for unattainable beauty standards. Her insights and experiences offer valuable lessons for anyone struggling with similar issues. Join us as we dive into the impact of societal expectations on women's self-esteem and learn more about Jennifer's filmmaking process.
