When I first started teaching, I had no roadmap. I was running a nonprofit meditation school in Hawaii, living simply, and pouring everything into my work. But I knew I wanted something more—to create freely, to reach more people, and to build a life that aligned with my nature.

One of the biggest steps in that journey was discovering Insight Timer—now the world’s most-used meditation app. It became a platform where I could share my teachings, reach a global audience, and build a sustainable career.
