The COMET project aims to both understand and improve decision-making around research culture and strategy within institutions, by promoting evidence-informed practice.
To achieve this, the project is conducting a rigorous study with a sample of UK Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to understand how decisions are currently made. COMET is also working collaboratively with the sector and producing resources to help institutions improve their use of evidence within decision-making.
🔍 Explore and compare the use of evidence in decision-making processes within HEIs around research culture.

The podcast is hosted by Lizzie Ville, Research Associate at the University of Bristol, who works on the COMET project. This project is funded by the Wellcome Trust.
