He is a distinguished professional who inspires us all to be the change we wish to see. He is a long-time employee of the City of Dayton and a two-time recipient of the City of Dayton's Joseph T. Cline Award for employee excellence. Currently, he serves as the executive director of the City of Dayton's Human Relations Council (H.R.C.).

For years Kevin Kelly has championed the cause of peace in Dayton through his work with the International Peace Museum. Starting as a volunteer and working his way up to Executive Director, its been a wild ride for the former educator.
