Zoe discovered the sheer determination of a young woman who came from a single-parent household and went to university to become a teacher; realising that wasn’t the career for her, she took up a position as a Receptionist for Softcat Manchester while she figured out what she wanted to do with her career.

Soon discovering a passion for working with people, she built her career in Talent Acquisition within Softcat, eventually becoming their Recruitment Manager and a CRN Women and Diversity in the Channel award winner.
