Did we all not know this had a name? Today’s millennial word of the day, girl dinner, is going viral. Kelly and Lizz’s favorite no-cooking (or not-much-cooking) required dinners include tortilla’s with PB&J and salami with cream cheese and pickles.
Once the Fourth of July passes, is it time for Halloween? Lizz says no way. It’s too hot to be looking at pumpkins. And Kelly chimes in about inauthentic holidays on today’s driveway dumps. Baby James has a bit of baby acne and dandruff, so Lizz has Tubby Todd’s Bye-Bye Cradle Cap on order, Kelly is loving laughing at the same mom things with Lizz, and Mattie is putting a cramp in the family photo scheduling with a black eye from rugby. The gals are ready to crown a winner in the great eight of things you get to do when you’re not pregnant. Up for the win are: laying on your stomach, having a drink, putting on your socks and shoes, being able to hug your husband again, the post-shower towel wrap, getting down and up off the floor, not having to pee every five seconds, and fitting into your clothes again.
In industry news EVs are feeling the heat wave, losing capacity, and raising questions about the longevity of their batteries. Ford attributes price drops on their Lightning trucks to cost-of-supplies decreases, but Kelly thinks otherwise.
