Either they’ve already done it or they’re about to. Sadly, we should expect this to continue. -ron butlers bet on boc rate -”I am noticing a significant uptick in defaults and general economic hardship at my office over these past two months. People are hurting out there.” -”Aggregate res volumes are down (though not in our firm: humblebrag). Refinances of 2nds/3rds are up noticeably. I hear rental market demand is falling. Significant % uptick in new build defaults. Things feel shaky going into spring/summer.”
