Owner/Founder Joel Moody had the desire and knowledge to create something new and refreshing in the golf world. Being fascinated (let’s face it obsessed) with Japanese clubs (check out our JDM offerings), having owned over 150 sets of “cult classic” irons from Miura, PRGR, Bridgestone, ON/OFF, Kyoei, Mizuno, Srixon, and many more,  Joel set out to design and bring to the market a modern forged iron with the  looks of a Players iron and tons of love that a forgiveness iron can give you, to create one of the cleanest high quality irons that anyone from a 5-25 handicap can play with ease.

I take some time to talk to a long time friend in the golf shaft business. Tyler and I played baseball together and after many years, we reconnected over golf. He now works with VA Composites and opens my mind to newer technology and the special products that VA Composites creates for golfers or all levels.

Big news! The Bumbling Golfer Podcast is now part of the Golfer Gang Network. Also, I traveled to Edison NJ for the NJ Golf and Travel show to help out with some logistics and got to hang out with the nicest group of people. The staff with North Coast Golf Shows are by far, the nicest group of people you could meet. Had a fun dinner and got to drive some go carts.

I talk about my year in coaching high school golf for the first time. What an amazing experience coaching these student athletes. My take away is pretty simple, I met some great young men and women during this season as well as coaches that I have a ton of respect for.
