In a post to social media early Friday morning, the Columbus Blue Jackets have confirmed the death of forward Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew. 

One of hockey's best, Johnny will be remembered as a great player and an even better person. Johnny is survived by his wife, Meredith, and their two children, Noa and Johnny.

As NBA training camp approaches, the Toronto Raptors are looking to bounce back from last season, but opinions are divided on how well they'll perform. With few roster changes, the team is banking on player development under Masai Ujiri and Bobby Webster.
