I’m an introvert - I enjoy my own company and use alone time to recharge. I don’t like big crowds and prefer hanging out with just one or two friends at a time. But, I also have no problem going live in front of hundreds of people, doing a presentation, or showing up on social media.

This wasn’t always the case, and it’s not the same for everybody - we all experience things in our own way.

There are only so many hours in the day, and when you’re starting a business, you want to be strategic and focused. Part of that is choosing your profitable niche as a yoga teacher, healer, or coach. 

The truth is, not all niches will help you turn a profit.  And not all of them will fit your interests and personality. You want to choose a niche you are passionate about, definitely, as you will spend a lot of time and effort working within it. But you also want to become profitable and choose a niche and topic that people are willing to pay for.

Creating in-depth content takes a lot of time and effort. You want that content to be really good after all, so you put your all into it.

So many of us will share it on Facebook and Instagram once and if it’s a good week, share it to our email list. Then get straight back on the content hamster wheel and start creating next week’s content...

I am so excited about this episode and to share with you what I’ve learned in my business in 2021, what worked and what didn’t work, so you can learn from my mistakes and successes as well.

One of my biggest learnings from this year: it’s great to make plans and have it all mapped out, and I did, but sometimes you need to adapt and be flexible, so you don’t get lost in trying to chase goals that are irrelevant for your quality of life.

One of my mistakes I made this year: I focused too much on content creation, not enough on selling. I did quite a number launches but they all weren’t as successful as my biggest launch in 2020 and I didn’t do anything to grow my audience beside my podcast…
