Girly law of power #16: Master the art of silence30 Apr 202500:31:13

A big flaw of the patriarchy is that it assumes power is loud. The good news for the girlies is that because there’s so much emphasis on being loud and obnoxious, the power behind silence is completely neglected. That's where law 16 comes into play.

But also...WHY IS IT that when a man is quiet, he's "thoughtful." But when a woman is quiet she's "lost, confused, disengaged, a stupid idiot, blahblahblah..." Not only are we labelled a hundred things when we're quiet, but we're also expected to be people pleasers and fill the silence to make sure other people are comfortable. At our expense. Because silence is pretty uncomfortable. Well guess what, in this episode we're going to discuss:

  • How to stop taking silence as rejection
  • How to control the narrative using silence as a tool
  • How to use weaponized silence to get more info out of people than you would've by talking (this is NOT the same as stonewalling)
  • A comparison of the responses of two women who got cheated on in the public eye: Princess Dianna and Cardi B

✨Hope you love it and can use this law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

The Pinkprint of Power: CEO Daniel Pillai discusses that when women lead, the fabulous rise23 Apr 202500:48:31

I'm joined by Daniel Pillai, the Head Bitch in Charge (or the President & CEO, if we want to use technical terms) of Langton PR - a public relations & creative agency in Toronto, Canada.

Daniel came from a cultural background where he was expected to become a doctor/lawyer/engineer, marry a woman, and live a nice, traditional life. So when he came out as gay, started a career in TV, and eventually became the CEO of a PR firm, I guess we can say he broke a cultural norm or two. Daniel shares his journey of self-discovery, navigating fear & imposter syndrome, and what happens when you work in female-dominated spaces.

Oh and we close the episode with a tarot card reading🔮

Girly law of power #15: Let people underestimate you16 Apr 202500:25:51

Some guy from the 1600s is quoted saying "the truth is generally seen, rarely heard." That's the basis of this law, which is one of the sneakier girly laws of power. In this episode we're going to discuss:

  • How being underestimated puts you in a position of power, which I guess is good because as women we're often underestimated
  • The behaviours we need to unlearn so we can be more effective at controlling the narrative
  • Why you can only prove people wrong through your actions, never your words
  • The art of proving people wrong indirectly

✨Hope you love it and can use this law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

Beauty with a backbone: How Jenn Harper turned a 3 A.M. dream into a clean beauty empire09 Apr 202501:00:00

I sat down to talk with Jenn Harper, the founder & CEO of Cheekbone Beauty Cosmetics - the biggest Indigenous-founded beauty brand in Canada. Jenn opens up about mental health, intergenerational trauma, and the way she turned her life around by refusing to let her challenges define who she is. This conversation was so special, and Jenn shared some very personal and vulnerable moments. Regardless of where you are in life, I’m sure you’ll resonate with her story and learn a thing or two about yourself 🩷 I definitely did.

Jenn founded Cheekbone Beauty in 2015. The company’s journey began as an online business that took pride in its commitment to reducing environmental impact and supporting Indigenous communities. In 2019, Jenn appeared on Dragon's Den. She turned down the Dragons’ offers and went on to steer Cheekbone towards exponential growth, including contracts with major retailers in North America. This placed Cheekbone on equal footing with global industry giants. Cheekbone products are now sold in Sephora Canada and JCPenney in the USA. Jenn is a voice for topics that are reshaping the business landscape: social entrepreneurship, empathy, representation, inclusivity, and sustainability.

In 2022, Jenn was listed among the 100 Women of Influence by Entrepreneur Magazine (a list graced by the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian). In 2023, Jenn was conferred an Honorary Doctorate degree from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University. This honorary degree recognized her dedication to community betterment and sustainability. In 2024, Jenn was also named as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women.

Girly law of power #14: Always be the centre of attention02 Apr 202500:28:14

We live in a world where women are judged by their appearances. Instead of complaining about it, let’s flip the script and work backwards. Let’s decide how we want to be perceived, then dress for the part. That way, we’re in control of the narrative. Let the world judge us by our appearance allllllll it wants.

In this episode we’ll discuss:

  • Why looks hold power & how being the centre of attention puts you in a position of power
  • Why visibility = value and enables you to command respect, making it easier to bring peoples’ defenses down so you can get what you want
  • 3 tips that will help you dress in a way that puts you in control of the narrative
  • The easiest way to stand out in any crowd

I highly recommend you listen to law 9 (act like a queen to be treated like one) and law 3 (so much depends on your looks, use that to your advantage), as they have many parallels to this law!

✨Hope you love it and can use this law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

Girly law of power #13: Think of everything as a business to ensure the best outcome for yourself19 Mar 202500:25:36

If your relationships were a business would you be bankrupt because you're giving too much? Probably....

As women, we need to get better at standing on business. That's why we need to start thinking of things as a business. And take a shot every time I say "business."

In this episode, we'll discuss:

  • Why we're conditioned to give aimlessly
  • The dumbest currency society as told us we have to pay with
  • The actual currency we should be paying with
  • 2 easy ways to become ensure all of our "businesses" are profitable (aka we're not depleting ourselves and giving too much)
  • An example of how I spent 5.5 YEARS giving my time, energy, and money to a relationship that was basically a black hole

✨Hope you love it and can use this Law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

How to be a bitch 💄 (with Cami Sophia)12 Mar 202500:45:40

Today we're joined by the lovely Cami Sophia as we discuss one of the best books of all time, Why Men Love Bitches. The fact that this author hasn't won a Nobel Prize is beyond me.

The pretty girls are already familiar with what we mean by "bitch," but in case you need a refresher - a bitch is a woman who holds her own, doesn't need anyone's acceptance, and doesn't compromise on her standards. Aka she's someone who loves herself unconditionally.

In this episode, we get into:

  • How women are conditioned to be doormats and men are conditioned to be bitches (+ obvi how to become a bitch)
  • Our own stories of how we went from doormat to bitch in our past relationships
  • How Cami manifested her man (the power of writing things down you guys!!!)
  • Why the only important form of validation is self-validation
  • Cami's patriarchy hacks

Love,

Girly law of power #12: Receive more than you give to be treated like a princess05 Mar 202500:29:57

In order to take advantage of the patriarchy and be the universe's passenger princess, you need to be comfortable in the receiver role. That means you're able to receive favours, gifts, compliments, help, etc.

I understand that lots of women struggle with being comfortable as a receiver (I struggled with this for a long time). That's why law #12 is all about how to RECEIVE 💕

In this episode, we'll discuss:

  • Why you're sososo worthy of receiving
  • Why it's important to stop hating men if we want to truly take advantage of the patriarchy
  • How to change our mindset so we can get more comfortable with receiving
  • Small actions we can do to start receiving things
  • Why if we don't assume the receiver role, we'll attract someone who does (aka a feminine, sassy man)

✨Hope you love it and can use this Law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

The science behind delulu is the solulu, manifestations & emotional fitness (with Dr Laura Beavin-Yates)26 Feb 202500:49:08

HELLO IT’S OUR FIRST GUEST EPISODE💓

You know how I always tell you that mentally I’m in Barbieland and I’m kind of delusional? Well it turns out that having a positive worldview can actually rewire our brains. You don’t have to take my word for it, that’s why I invited a scientist onto the show.

Today, the baddest bitch in the building is Dr. Laura Beavin-Yates, PhD. She’s the Chief Marketing Officer of SIX, an app which helps you measure and find the hidden moments in your daily life that shape your emotional wellbeing. The app uses 20 years of neuroscience research and links to your wearable technology (e.g. your Apple Watch) to pick up the automatic signals your brain sends throughout the day and measure how your body responds to different experiences. Prior to filming this episode, I used the app and found out some fascinating stuff about my daily activities.

In this episode we discuss:

  • Whether it’s a myth that women are more emotional than men
  • A surprising finding about feelings (hint: they’re not actually objective reactions to the world)
  • The neuroscience behind being delulu, manifestation, and the law of attraction
  • How we can rewire our brains and create more positive outcomes for ourselves
  • How to build our emotional fitness (just like we build our physical fitness)
  • How to identify daily experiences that give us fulfilment and take control of situations that make us feel not so fulfilled
  • Laura’s two patriarchy hacks

This episode is especially relevant for anyone who feels like they’re in a rut or struggling to find their spark.

Love, Neeki xo

How morality has held women back for millennia18 Jun 202500:52:39

I'm back with Talia and we're discussing one of our fave topics: mOraLitY. In this chaotic convo we dive into:

  • What morality even is
  • How she's related to her evil, ugly step sisters (guilt, shame, and fear)
  • Why morality a tool used to control women and convince us that we need to be good girls
  • What to replace morality with
  • Sabrina Carpenter and Sexyy Red (the duo no one asked for) as examples of why it makes no sense to label things as "morally wrong/right"

Girly law of power #11: Use the power of suggestion to always get your way19 Feb 202500:33:54

People don't like being told what to do. But you need people to do things. So WHAT is a girl to do?!? A girl needs to stop telling people to outright do things, and she needs to learn how to use the power of suggestion.

Using the power of suggestion is like planting a seed, and letting the other person fill in the gaps. You want your man to buy you flowers? Start admiring flowers when you go out and stopping by flower shops to smell a bouquet.

I mean, you could ask him to get you flowers...but the magical thing about nagging your partner is that it makes him do the exact opposite of what you want. And you also don't want to set the precedent of "if she wants something, she'll just ask." The same applies to friendships, work, roommates, and all other dynamics .

In this episode, we’ll discuss:

  • The fundamental aspects of psychology and human nature behind why people need to feel a sense of autonomy behind their decisions
  • How to make people lower their defences by priming your relationships (aka getting the soil ready to plant the seed) so that you make people feel safe in your presence, which will allow the power of suggestion to work almost effortlessly
  • Examples of how to use the power of suggestion with someone you're dating, your significant other, your colleagues, your roommate, and yourself
  • Psychological and hypnotic tricks on how to make your suggestions more compelling

✨Hope you love it and can use this Law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

Unscripted: Is marriage a scam?12 Feb 202500:23:32

Hello to all the pretty girls tuning in…so hello everyone. Y’all asked for more unscripted episodes, so that’s what I’m bringing to the table today.

Here’s some context for the new baddies: In between the girly laws of power, I'll be dropping these off the cuff, unscripted episodes. 24 hours before filming, I put a poll on my Instagram story for the baddies to pick a topic. The one with the most votes becomes the topic of the episode.

There was actually a tie in the last poll, “is marriage a scam” and “are pick mes a product of the patriarchy” both got 44% of the vote! We’re going with the marriage topic, since a lot of you have messaged me over the last few weeks asking me to talk about whether marriage is a scam for women. Which is surprising given I’m not married nor have I ever been!!!!

Anywhoooo I hope you enjoy hearing me yap about this. Let me know what you think - is marriage a scam? Or are there ways for women to negotiate a favourable outcome for themselves? I'll be responding to all comments and DMs 🩷

Love, Neeki xo

Girly law of power #10: Be selective with who you give your truth05 Feb 202500:26:52

As a woman, your truth is one of the most sacred and valuable things you have. What I mean by your truth is all your life experiences, thoughts, goals, insecurities, traumas….everything that makes you, YOU.

Your truth is a garden that most people don’t deserve to access. The problem is that the patriarchy understands how valuable a woman’s truth is, and people are lying to you from every direction to try and access your truth. Telling the truth isn’t the default for most people.

In this episode, we’ll discuss:

- The different tiers of people who want to access your truth

- An example of a silly man from the 1500s who made it known he was using the truth for bad intentions, and how people came together to send him on a 2000-mile wild goose chase for 1.5 years

- A technique for testing someone’s reaction to your truth, without actually sharing your truth and making yourself vulnerable

- How and why withholding your truth is different from “lying”

✨Hope you love it and can use this Law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

Unscripted: Is building a career a capitalist scam?29 Jan 202500:25:26

The baddies asked and I have delivered. I'M DROPPING WEEKLY EPISODES!!! In between the girly laws of power, I'll be dropping these off the cuff, unscripted episodes. 24 hours before filming, I put a poll on my instagram story for the baddies to pick a topic. The one with the most votes becomes the topic of the episode.

The baddies chose "is building a career a capitalist scam," so that's what we're yapping about today. I share my own experiences of getting my soul sucked by working in a corporate job. After working with CEOs, execs, and boards, I've seen some STUFF. And I lived to tell the tale. I'll also discuss a way to save ourselves from the dementors.

I feel like this might (??) be less applicable to jobs in certain fields (e.g. healthcare, teaching, etc.). But the capitalism pandemic is everywhere, so I'm curious to hear from the non corporate baddies. Drop a comment and lmk! I'll be responding to all comments 🩷

Girly law of power #9: Act like a queen to be treated like one23 Jan 202500:33:39

We keep getting told to “know our worth” but like…how much is our worth? In the same way that Hermes will charge $50,000 for a bag, we can set our own price and make it as high as we want. The only catch is that we have to actually believe we’re worth that much.

In this episode, we’ll discuss:

- How to set your price, believe your worth, and stand on business

- Why the way you carry yourself reflects what you think of yourself

- How to set yourself apart from other people by using what I call the triple Ds (not to be confused with double Ds):

1. Dignified: Having unconditional self love

2. Different: Choosing not to blend in

3. Distinctly feminine: Being feminine in the way you act and dress (heavy on the “acting”)

And guess what. Men have to be loud and obnoxious to command attention. Women can literally just ✨enchant✨ people with their presence. So we’re also going to talk about how to do that.

✨Hope you love it and can use this Law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

Girly law of power #8: Know when to act dumb to get what you want09 Jan 202500:33:41

There’s a Japanese proverb that says, “The nail that sticks up will be hammered down.” A lot of the time, showing people how smart you are works in the opposite way you intended. People will feel envious, threatened, and jealous. So…sometimes, the smartest thing you can do is to play dumb. In this episode, we’ll discuss:

  • Two elements of human nature that we NEED to understand in order to effectively play dumb
  • Why making people feel good about themselves (and especially making them feel intellectually superior) will make you magnetic
  • Why most people are imprisoned in their own minds, and how to break out of prison and mentally free yourself
  • How to act dumb with men versus with women

Here are my viral/popular reels that I mentioned:

Reel 1

Reel 2

Reel 3

And here’s the book I referenced, “Why Men Love Bitches

Girly law of power #7: Remove guilt from your emotions11 Dec 202400:26:31

If you want something, it's because you KNOW you deserve it. And if that makes you feel uneasy, then it's time to talk about guilt - the most useless emotion to ever exist. In this episode we dive into:

  • How guilt is a miscommunication between the past and the present
  • The ways in which feeling guilty for things you did/want is holding you back from unlocking your power
  • Why feeling guilt for things that happened in the past means you’re mentally stuck in a location you physically left
  • How to rewire ourselves to stop feeling guilty about ANYTHING

Let's get rid of this stupid guilt!! Let me know your thoughts in the comments 🩷

✨Hope you love it and can use this law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

Girly law of power #6: To succeed at anything, you must be emotionally detached28 Nov 202400:24:43

Hello to all the pretty girls (so hello everyone, because I know only pretty bitches listen to this podcast). In this episode, we're getting into law #6: to succeed at anything (and I mean ANYTHING), you must be emotionally detached.

We'll be discussing:

  • What men are doing RIGHT and how we can learn from their behaviour (I literally never thought I would say that)
  • Why emotional attachment leads to expectations, which leads to hurt and disappointment
  • Why women are almost always the ones who get hurt in dating/relationships
  • How, if your emotions were money, you would probably be bankrupt
  • And most importantly, how to detach deTACH DETACH

Hello to all the returning baddies and welcome to the new baddies tuning into the podcast! In this episode, we're getting into Law #5: Appeal to peoples' self interest when asking for anything. This is sososo important for getting what you want!!

We'll be discussing:

  • Why appealing to peoples' sense of goodwill, loyalty, charity, reciprocity, or other BS is just going to make them resent you
  • The art of asking someone to do something for you while still making them feel like they're in control (hint: the best requests aren't questions, they're suggestions)
  • The human psychology behind why no one wants to do anything for anyone unless there's something in it for them
  • What's probably making your requests kind of icky

Let the baddies know I'm back and ready with another Law of Power for the girly pops. In this episode, we're getting into Law #4: Never take anything personally. We all know this in theory, but there's a lot more to it.

We'll be discussing:

- Why the way people treat you has nothing to actually do with you (hint: it's a reflection of how they feel about themselves)

- An example of a situation we prob all took personally (getting ghosted)

- How to separate your sense of self from peoples' opinions of you

- How you're setting yourself back from reaching your goals when you take things personally

Girly law of power #19: Treat your demons as your employees11 Jun 202500:42:15

We've been socialized to hide half of who we are. To repress traits that would help our success, like assertiveness, ambition, and self-prioritization. To be nice, agreeable, non-confrontational girls. To be the version of the woman who keeps the patriarchy alive. I say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

In this episode, we discuss:

  • Why suppressing our demons actually makes us easy to manipulate
  • How most women are living as a version of themselves that they didn't create
  • Why the patriarchy is the real world embodiment of many men's demons

I know this episode is longer than usual, and that's because we're going to go through 5 common traits/emotions that most women suppress, including their job titles, job descriptions, and how you can flip the script & make them serve you. It's time to put these hoes on your payroll!

Btw here's the lifetraps quiz

Another Law of Power for the girls! In this episode, we're getting into Law #3: So much depends on your looks, use that to your advantage. This one is going to be controversial, but it had to be said.

Here's what we'll be discussing:

- EVERYONE judges people first on their appearance

- The cheat code to hacking the patriarchy (hint: get ahead of most men by fitting the right feminine "stereotype")

- How to come across as more feminine

- The way men are hard wired to trust beautiful women, and how to take advantage of that

- An example of how Bethenny Frankel (a famous multimillionaire) got turned away at the Chanel store for the way she looked

✨Hope you love it and can use this Law to make your dreams come true.

- Why we shouldn't play fair in an unfair world

- How "morality" is a made up concept

- Why the only moral compass you should be using is your self interest

- How no one got to the pinnacle of success by worrying about what's RiGhT oR wRoNg

- An example of how Jennifer Lopez went from barely being a backup dancer to being one of the richest women in Hollywood (hint: she didn't get there by being a good person)

Girly law of power #1: Don't be humble05 Jul 202400:30:38

📚 AND don't forget to get your copy of How to Hack the Patriarchy on Amazon or get a signed paperback, PDF, or EPUB directly from me. Free preview available here.

Hello to all the baddies. You may have read or heard of "The 48 Laws of Power." That book is amazing and I highly recommend it, but if you've read it, you probably noticed that it's very...masculine.

Well guess what?!?

I'm launching a new series: The Hidden Laws of Power (for women). This is a feminine twist on the Laws of Power, with emphasis on how we can take advantage of the systems that are meant to control us (e.g. the patriarchy, women's beauty standards). It's basically a series of life hacks.

In this episode, we're discussing Law #1: Don't be humble. We'll be getting into:

- Why humility is a scam and how it's meant to control us

- How to use humility and confidence to push our self interest (and when to pretend to be humble)

- An example of how one of the greatest scientists of all time, known as a "humble genius," didn't get a lick of recognition for his work

- How to stop being humble while not coming off as a douchebag

✨Hope you love it and can use this Law to make your dreams come true.

Girly law of power #18: Refuse labels and become a shapeshifter28 May 202500:37:59

The woman no one can label is the woman no one can control, because you can't control what you can't define.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • How to avoid being like everyone else who dislikes themselves & try to conform
  • An example of a pop star who continues to use this law with crazy success (hint: she's in the 17th year of her career)
  • Why "I just want to be myself" and "I don't want to play games" are excuses for lazy, short sighted people
  • The psychological phenomenon behind being contradictory & how it can help you

✨Hope you love it and can use this law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

💍 Discussing patriarchal roots of wedding traditions & debunking wedding myths (with Victoria Alario, host of For the Girls podcast)21 May 202500:53:14

I sit down with confidence coach Victoria Alario to discuss how she planned her wedding in under a year with no stress and burnout, and without losing herself in the process. If you’re planning a wedding or think that it will be "the best day of your life," this one's for you.

We discuss:

  • How to put your foot down and say "no"
  • Whether wedding invites and plus ones should be reciprocated
  • How to plan a wedding in under a year
  • Debunking wedding myths (did you know the history behind the groom not seeing the bride before the wedding?)
  • Overconsumption and how Big Wedding gets us to spend WAY more than we need to
  • An interesting perspective on the father of the bride walking the bride down the aisle

Why dating apps have ruined dating for women & where to look instead (with Princezz Talia)07 May 202500:48:43

Dating apps are one of the worst things to happen to humanity in the 21st century. In this episode,Talia & I discuss:

  • The connection between capitalism and datings apps (Big Dating!!)
  • Why "non-traditional" apps are even worse than the regular ones, like Bumble (where women have to message first) or Raya (where you need to apply for the app)
  • How these apps take women out of their feminine energy/take men out of their masculine energy
  • How women end up commodifying themselves and seeking validation, even when that's not the goal
  • Alternatives to dating apps (hint: it doesn't involve you sitting in a hotel bar)

If you're a sharp, clever woman but you find yourself being taken advantage of, this law is for you. While grace and forgiveness can be good things, giving most people the benefit of the doubt is a naive thing to do, especially as a woman. Because who benefits? Not you.

On top of that, we're often told that our intuition isn't reliable and we should focus on the cold, hard facts...which is idiotic because a gut feeling is the OUTCOME of empirical INPUTS that our brain has gathered unconsciously. So yeah, it's hard to explain why we have a gut feeling. But that doesn't make it any less valid.

In this episode, we'll discuss:

  • The surprising origin of "the benefit of the doubt"
  • How to unlearn the nice girl conditioning that fools us into blindly seeing the good in everyone
  • Why giving the benefit of the doubt is a way to avoid short-term discomfort while inviting long-term disrespect
  • How to stop giving the benefit of the doubt without coming off as a jerk

Is falling in love a patriarchal trap?30 Jul 202500:42:37

As little girls, many of us fantasize about falling in love and getting married. But boys don't do the same. Men don't romanticize falling in love, getting married, and being husbands in the way women do. It's not their life's goal to fall in love. They don't see marriage as an accomplishment. In this episode, we'll get into the truth behind "love."

I'll discuss what's really happening to our brains and hormones when we're "falling in love" (hint: it's a chemical reaction to push us to reproduce). Then we'll get into the social elements of falling in love, including the creation of marriage, and how love was weaponized as a tool to control women from the very start.

Girly law of power #22: Use elicitation to bypass gatekeepers & egos23 Jul 202500:30:56

This one's crazy because we'll be discussing how to use an FBI-backed technique to get past the gatekeepers and the egos controlling the patriarchy. Because when we really boil it down, the patriarchy is just a bunch of insecure dudes who've institutionalized gatekeeping.

We'll discuss:

  • Why we can't simply ask for things outright
  • The mindset that keeps us stuck in limbo, asking for permission & waiting for opportunities
  • The art of elicitation and how to apply 5 of its techniques (there are 13 in total but 5 that are perfectly suited for our purposes)
  • How to elicit the answers we need without making the person defensive or suspicious

Beware of "woke" men, they're dangerous13 Aug 202500:31:54

We tend to think that the alpha, macho men are dangerous because of their superiority complex (which is rooted in an inferiority complex). BUT what if I told you there's a category of men who are even more dangerous? They have a hidden agenda, a goal in mind, and they're clever enough to know how to push a woman's buttons. In this episode (whose topic you baddies voted on!), I get into why we need to be cautious of "woke" men (let's call them the deltas), especially romantically and professionally.

Girly law of power #23: Stop competing with other women06 Aug 202500:30:50

Scarcity leads to competition which leads to dehumanization.

One of the gears that keeps the patriarchy turning is zero-sum thinking -- the belief that there's only a fixed amount of success, power, attention, or value to go around. So if someone else gets more, you must get less. This brainwashes us into believing in a scarcity mindset, which keeps us in the eternal rat race. Instead of seeing other women as allies, we perceive them as threats. Jealousy and envy oil the wheels of the patriarchy, and zero-sum thinking keeps those wheels turning on autopilot.

We'll discuss:

  • Why zero-sum thinking violates the very existence of the universe, which is rooted in abundance
  • Why women are conditioned to see other women as threats rather than allies
  • How rejecting artificial scarcity & having an abundance mindset are patriarchy hacks on an existential level
  • How to exit the plane of competition and enter the plane of creation

The opposite of competing isn't collaborating -- it's creating. As women, we already ARE creators. It's time to exit the rat race and get back in touch with the essence of our being.

Girly law of power #24: Let go of the need to be liked20 Aug 202500:30:35

We're taught from a very young age that our social acceptance depends on being liked. However, the patriarchy assumes women will always want to be liked, so it relies on that desire to keep us compliant & constantly seeking social approval.

The thing is, most people don't even like themselves. So who cares if they don't like you. Besides, you're in a much better position to get what you want from the world when you don't give two hoots what others think.

In this episode, we get into:

  • The hidden reward/punishment system that keeps women stuck in a cycle of seeking validation
  • How being liked is a form of borrowed approval
  • Why letting go of the need to be liked removes one of the patriarchy's most effective control levers over women
  • How to leverage likeability to get what you want

Oh and enjoy the extremely unserious skit at the beginning of this episode.

The truth about online "divine femininity"10 Sep 202500:39:41

Being a woman is a gift, it's the highest form of being. Everything exists because of a woman, and we should celebrate and love ourselves unconditionally.

Lately, there’s been a wave of online “divine femininity” content that looks empowering at first… but it’s really patriarchy dressed up as spirituality. It tells women that to be “in our feminine” we need to sit back, receive, and let men lead, provide, and decide.

In this episode, I discuss:

  • Why “divine femininity” online is just old gender stereotypes repackaged
  • How it twists real spiritual and philosophical traditions
  • The difference between actual empowerment and limiting labels like “feminine” vs. “masculine”

If you’ve ever scrolled past those videos about “being in your feminine” and felt something was off, this episode is for you.

Girly law of power #25: Treat excuses as data, not truth03 Sep 202500:45:37

"People never do something just once" - Robert Greene

There's no such thing as an isolated incident, because people's actions are always part of a pattern of behaviour. However, the patriarchy made us believe the complete opposite, because accepting excuses keeps power where it is. The patriarchy is based on repetition: people repeat the same behaviours, institutions repeat the same patterns, cultures repeat the same stories.

The thing is, excuses are data, they reveal so much info!!! They're breadcrumbs people leave behind because they're not careful in covering their tracks...

In this episode, we'll discuss:

  • The reason why no one does something just once
  • A TEXTBOOK example of this (Chr*s Brown)
  • How accepting excuses creates a false reality
  • How this ties into people pleasing & other ways women have been conditioned
  • Common excuses used in relationships + the workplace, and the data you can gather from them

Why people pleasing traps you in mental poverty27 Aug 202500:24:17

People pleasing is rooted in superstitions like "If I give everything, then I'll finally be enough" and "If someone likes me, then I'll finally like myself." This way of thinking puts us in mental poverty, which keeps us trapped in survival mode. It's perfect for people who want to exploit our lack of boundaries, and it's harmful for us in every way.

Girly law of power #26: Stop being so available17 Sep 202500:29:10

We've been bamboozled into thinking that the more we're present and the more we prove ourselves, the more people will respect us. This is a load of crap. The truth is that the more people see you, the less they notice you. They'll take you for granted and respect you less. In this episode, we'll discuss:

  • The most valuable form of giving (that you're probably doing too much of)
  • Why we've been conditioned to think that more presence = more respect
  • How strategic absence relates to supply & demand, and how you can use this to your advantage
  • How to use absence, fantasy, and mystery to increase respect

Why the nuclear family keeps patriarchy alive [pt. 2/5]15 Oct 202500:25:58

The nuclear family wasn’t built for love – it was built for labour.

In the second episode of my 5-part series on patriarchy and capitalism’s toxic partnership, we break down how the nuclear family became an economic machine that keeps both systems alive. From the rise of private property to the post-war suburban ideal, this episode exposes how family structure was engineered to reproduce patriarchy generation after generation.

If you’ve ever questioned why “traditional family values” always seem to benefit men and corporations, this episode explains the architecture behind it.

Stay until the end for a cliffhanger on how women’s financial independence disrupted men’s role – by accident 😉

  2. Unlearn the invisible conditioning keeping you small
  3. Stop letting guilt and shame control you
  4. No longer feel depleted in your relationships

How patriarchy started [pt. 1/5]10 Oct 202500:17:59

Patriarchy wasn’t born – it was built.

In the first episode of my 5-part series on patriarchy and capitalism’s toxic partnership, we break down how power, property, and control over women’s labor built the world’s oldest system of domination – one that still shapes our lives today.

This is the blueprint of male power, the origin story patriarchy doesn’t want you to know.

If you’ve ever wondered where patriarchy came from or how it keeps itself alive, this episode is for you. Stay until the end for a cliffhanger on what’s coming next 😉

Girly law of power #27: Start being mean01 Oct 202500:34:08

Niceness is a scam. Being "nice" describes someone who is polite and pleasant to be around, focusing on surface-level interactions and social harmony. It's a performance. It's how the patriarchy grooms us for exploitation and disrespect, because the nice girl is taught to that being liked is more important than being respected.

Being mean is the opposite of that -- it's prioritizing being respected more than being liked. (& I don't mean acting like Regina George.)

In this episode, we discuss:

  • What it means to be mean
  • Why being mean is a form of self-protection & self-preservation
  • The 2 main reasons why people will use guilt, shame, and punishment to force you into being nice
  • An example of one of my fave historical baddies who was successfully mean

✨Hope you love it and can use this law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

Love, Neeki xo

Calling yourself a "high value woman" isn't empowering24 Sep 202500:29:26

You're not a Pokemon or some kind of collectible, but the wrong type of people will see you as a commodity, something to collect. In this episode, we discuss why the term "high value woman" is not only icky, but counterproductive. Like most things in this world, we can't do what men do and expect the same result. This also goes for labels men use to try and prove their worth.

How men accidentally became obsolete [pt. 3/5]22 Oct 202500:27:28

Patriarchy wasn’t built to serve women — but it was never built to serve most men either.

In this third episode of my 5-part series on patriarchy and capitalism's toxic relationship, we break down how patriarchy accidentally made men obsolete. When capitalism tied masculinity to money and productivity, men became workers before all else. That’s how they received their patriarchal dividends.

When second wave feminism enabled women to gain financial independence, men lost their monopoly on survival.

Stay until the end for the cliffhanger on how capitalism rebranded servitude as empowerment.

Every time you choose YOURSELF, you kick patriarchy in the balls [pt. 5/5]31 Oct 202500:22:37

Patriarchy’s biggest fear: women’s choice.

In episode 5 of my 5-part series on patriarchy and capitalism’s toxic partnership, we uncover why choice is the real revolution—the one thing power can’t monetize.

From work to marriage to money, control only works when women stop choosing. Because at the end of the day, it’s all a fight over the world’s most valuable resource: women. These systems exist to distract us from that simple fact.

This finale connects every thread we've pulled in the last four episodes to show how real freedom begins when women realize their power and wake up from the trance of consumerism. We don't need to spend money or perform labour to prove our worth. We're already worthy.

If you’ve followed this series from the start, this is the closing argument: if patriarchy is the cell, women’s choice is the radiation that kills it.
