After her sister Tina died by suicide in December, 2014, Ingrid felt compelled to share the story of Tina's remarkable life, before severe depression and addiction robbed Tina of her will to live.

 

We talk more about mental health, giving yourself a break and how women hold on to weight through stress and trauma.
