When You Don't Feel Like Yourself: A Guided Meditation for Inner Peace
21 oct. 2026
00:34:11
Some days, you just don't feel like yourself. Your mind won't slow down. Your body feels tired. Something someone said is still bothering you. Maybe you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotional, or unsettled, and you can't quite explain why.
And somewhere in the middle of it all, a thought appears: I've lost my peace.
I need to get back to myself.
I should be handling this better.
But what if nothing has gone wrong?
In this gentle guided meditation for inner peace, emotional overwhelm, and difficult days, Jody Agard invites you to stop trying to change how you feel and recognize the quiet Presence that has never been disturbed by any experience.
This isn't about forcing yourself to think positively, calming every thought, or turning a difficult moment into something more spiritual.
It's about allowing this very human experience to be exactly as it is.
Through spacious silence and gentle non-dual self-inquiry, you'll explore the simple recognition of I AM, the open Being in which every thought, feeling, sensation, and movement of life is already appearing.
Sadness may appear. Uncertainty may arise. The body may be uncomfortable. The mind may be busy. Life may not look the way you hoped it would.
And still, what you are remains whole.
You don't need to find your way back to Presence, or try to hold onto peace. This moment is allowed to be exactly as it is. Because the quiet, open Being that you are has never gone anywhere.
As you move through the rest of your day, let feelings move. Let moments be imperfect. Let yourself laugh, cry, feel tired, or experience whatever is here. None of it takes you away from what you are. You are here. You have always been here. And nothing has gone wrong.

A Place to Rest: A Guided Meditation as Pure Being
14 oct. 2026
00:32:54
What if, for the next 30 minutes, nothing was being asked of you? You don't have to quiet your mind or have to become peaceful. You can simply be here.
In this spacious guided meditation for deep rest, inner peace, and Pure Being, Jody Agard invites you to step out of the constant effort of doing and recognize the quiet resting place that is already here.
The mind is allowed to be busy. Thoughts can twist and turn. Feelings and sensations can arise.
The human character can have its experience. None of it prevents you from being what you already are.
Through gentle non-dual self-inquiry and extended periods of silence, you'll be invited to notice something extraordinarily simple: Breathing is happening. The heart is beating. Sounds are appearing. Sensations are moving. Seeing and hearing happen naturally. Life is simply living itself. And before you do anything, change anything, or understand anything... You are here.
This isn't about finding a peaceful state and trying to hold onto it. States and thoughts come and go. Feelings move and the body changes. Life continues.
But the simple Being that you are does not require effort. It doesn't need the mind to cooperate. It is already here. Already at rest. And this quiet resting place doesn't disappear when the meditation ends. It is here as your eyes open. As the body moves. As sounds are heard. As you return to work, relationships, responsibilities, and the ordinary movements of your day. Life continues to live itself. And you remain as you are.

When the Body Hurts: A Guided Meditation Beyond Pain & Fear
07 oct. 2026
00:34:14
What happens when pain, physical symptoms, or changes in the body begin demanding your attention?
When the body is struggling, it can be difficult not to become consumed by it.
How long will this last? What if it gets worse? How am I supposed to keep living my life while this is happening?
In this deeply personal guided meditation for physical pain, fear, and difficult symptoms, Jody Agard shares from the midst of her own experience with ongoing pain and changes in her vision. This isn't a meditation about pretending the body isn't hurting, denying symptoms, ignoring the body's need for care, or telling yourself that pain is “just an illusion.” Instead, Jody offers a gentle invitation to look more deeply: Is what is happening in the body... what I am?
Through spacious silence and gentle non-dual self-inquiry, you'll explore what happens when an experience becomes an identity, when pain becomes my pain, when fear becomes my fear, and when something appearing in the body begins to feel as though it is happening to a separate me.
The body may need care. And sensations may be intense. Fear may arise. And nothing about this meditation asks you to push any of it away. Instead, you're invited to notice the quiet Presence that knows the entire experience. Does this Presence have an age? A diagnosis? A history? Is Presence itself afraid, or is fear appearing within it? Is Presence itself in pain, or is pain being known by that which is completely untouched?
This is not about escaping the human experience. It's an invitation to stop asking the human experience to define what you are. Beneath every label, diagnosis, sensation, fear, and story remains the effortless Being that has never come or gone. The open Presence. The Infinite I AM.

In her new four-part series, Awakening to Truth: An Embodied Realization, Helen Hamilton offers a practical path from understanding the teachings to experiencing these truths for yourself. Through meditation, contemplation, and self-inquiry, you’ll learn how to break free from conditioned thinking, discover a greater sense of freedom and inner peace, and bring that realization into your relationships, responsibilities, and everyday life. ➡️ Learn more and reserve your spot.

Nothing Is Broken: A Guided Meditation into Wholeness & the Infinite I AM
30 sept. 2026
00:34:14
What if healing isn't about fixing what's broken, but recognizing that what you truly are has never been broken at all?
So often, we approach meditation and healing with an agenda. We want the uncomfortable feeling to leave. The mind to become quiet. The body to feel different. The circumstances to change. We imagine peace will arrive once something about this moment has been corrected. But what if nothing needs to leave for peace to be here?
In this spacious guided meditation for inner peace, wholeness, and spiritual healing, Jody Agard invites you to let this moment be exactly as it is. Sounds and sensation can appear. Thoughts can come and go. Even silence itself appears and is known.
Rather than trying to change what is appearing, you'll gently turn toward That which knows it all — the boundless Pure Presence, Being, the Infinite I AM that does not come and go with experience.
This meditation isn't asking you to deny the human experience or convince yourself that everything feels good. Everything is included. Nothing needs to be pushed away, and nothing needs to be held onto. Healing, from this perspective, is not making the person become whole. It is recognizing what has never been anything else. Already here. Already whole. Already free. Nothing needs to be added to what you are.

Before “I Am Tired”: A Guided Meditation into the Eternal I AM
23 sept. 2026
00:31:44
How often do we wake up and immediately ask the body, mind, or emotions to tell us who we are?
I'm tired. I'm anxious. I'm sad. I'm in pain. I'm peaceful.
But before “I am this” or “I am that,” there is simply: I AM.
In this gentle guided meditation for self-inquiry, healing, and spiritual awakening, Jody Agard invites you to explore what remains when you stop consulting the body, thoughts, and emotions for information about what you truly are. Beginning with a simple experience of waking up tired and noticing the thought “I'm tired,” Jody asks a deeper question: Who is this “I” that's tired?
The body may experience fatigue. Emotions may move through. Thoughts may arise. Pain, anxiety, sadness, restlessness, or even happiness may be present. None of it needs to be denied or disappear.
Through spacious silence and gentle non-dual self-inquiry, you'll be invited to notice that every sensation, thought, feeling, and bodily experience is already known, and then turn attention toward the knowing itself.
This isn't an invitation to deny the body or pretend difficult feelings aren't happening. The body and mind can have its experience. Feelings are allowed to move through. But before you claim any of it as me, pause.
What is already here? What you truly are does not become more whole when the body feels good or less whole when the body struggles. Beneath every description and before every thought is the simple, formless Presence of I AM.

What Really Happens After Awakening? Helen Hamilton on Nonduality & Everyday Life
16 sept. 2026
00:31:58
You may experience a profound recognition of your true nature through meditation, self-inquiry, or even an unexpected moment in ordinary life.
And then... Someone triggers you, fear arises, money becomes stressful, or the body does something you don't like. Suddenly, you seem to be right back inside the experience of being a separate person.
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard sits down with nondual spiritual teacher Helen Hamilton for an intimate and practical conversation about spiritual awakening, nonduality, self-inquiry, meditation, and what it actually means to live from the recognition of what you are.
Helen shares why awakening is not necessarily a single moment after which the human experience disappears. Instead, an initial glimpse or recognition can gradually deepen into a more stable, abiding way of living.
Together, Jody and Helen explore some of the questions spiritual seekers don't always talk about:
What is spiritual awakening, and what actually awakens?
Why can we recognize our true nature and still get triggered?
Why do old patterns of separation return after an awakening experience?
Is spiritual practice still necessary after awakening?
What is the relationship between self-inquiry, meditation, and abiding realization?
Is it actually safe to awaken? What happens to the self-image we’ve built for many years?
Will awakening change your relationships, ambitions, family life, or ability to function in the world?
Do thoughts and difficult emotions disappear after awakening?
What does nonduality look like in ordinary everyday life?
Can awakening help us respond differently to fear, conflict, and suffering in the world?
Helen also speaks candidly about her own fear that awakening might cause her to lose interest in her children, relationships, or everyday responsibilities. Instead, she found something very different: a greater capacity to love, to be present, and to participate fully in life.
This conversation brings awakening down from the mountaintop and into the reality of emails, grocery shopping, relationships, work, parenting, dishes, laundry, exhaustion, difficult emotions, and random Tuesday afternoons when life seems to be going sideways.
Because perhaps awakening isn't an escape from being human. Perhaps it allows us to participate in our humanity more fully.
Helen’s upcoming four-part live series with the Center for Awakening, Awakening to Truth: An Embodied Realization, begins October 5. Through meditation, contemplation, and practical exploration, Helen will guide participants deeper into recognizing their true nature, seeing through the patterns that pull us back into separation, and discovering what it means to actually live this recognition.
If you've experienced glimpses of awakening but wondered why you still get triggered, struggled with spiritual seeking, questioned whether you're "doing it right," or simply want to understand what living nonduality actually looks like in modern life, this conversation is for you.

The Storm and the Sky: A Guided Meditation for Overthinking & Racing Thoughts
09 sept. 2026
00:33:33
Have you ever walked away from a conversation and immediately started replaying everything you said?
Why did I say that? I should have explained that differently. Why didn't I mention this? Did I get it wrong?
Suddenly, one thought becomes another, regret and self-judgment appear, and before you know it, you're caught in a full-blown thought storm.
In this gentle guided meditation for overthinking and racing thoughts, Jody Agard shares a recent experience of getting completely hooked by her own mind after recording an interview with Bill Free, and the simple recognition that changed everything.
The thoughts were moving. The emotions were moving. The storm was moving.
But something remained completely untouched.
Through spacious silence, non-dual meditation, self-inquiry, and awareness, you'll be invited not to stop your thoughts or calm the mind, but to recognize the open presence in which every thought, emotion, sensation, and story appears.
Whether you're struggling with overthinking, racing thoughts, anxiety, rumination, self-judgment, regret, or a busy mind, this meditation offers a different approach. You don't have to stop the storm, or become more peaceful. Just as the sky remains untouched by every storm that passes through it, what you truly are remains untouched by every movement of the mind.
The storm may come and go, but what you are remains.

Letting Go Without Trying: A Guided Meditation into Pure Being
02 sept. 2026
00:32:30
What if letting go isn't something you have to do?
So much spiritual teaching encourages us to let go of the ego, release negative thoughts, surrender control, become more present, and stop identifying with the mind. But hidden inside all that effort is another assumption: There is a separate "me" here who needs to accomplish the letting go.
In this gentle guided meditation for letting go and surrender, Jody Agard explores a different possibility. Rather than trying to get rid of the ego, stop your thoughts, release difficult emotions, or force yourself into the present moment, you're invited to recognize what is already here before any effort begins.
Through spacious silence, non-dual meditation and self-inquiry, you'll allow thoughts, emotions, sounds, and sensations to be exactly as they are, and gently shift attention from everything appearing to the vast Pure Being in which it all appears.
You don't need to destroy the ego, or stop thinking.
You don't even need to become more present. Pure Presence is already here.
Whether you call it I AM, awareness, Pure Being, Divine Mind, Presence, or your true nature, the label doesn't matter. Before every description, every thought, every story about yourself... You are.
And perhaps true letting go happens not when you finally succeed at releasing everything, but when you recognize that what you are was never bound by any of it.

You Are Not Who You Think You Are: A Guided Meditation Beyond the Self-Image
26 août 2026
00:30:22
Who are you without everything you've ever been told about yourself?
From childhood, we begin collecting identities: I'm the responsible one. I'm too sensitive. I'm anxious. I'm successful. I'm the helper. I'm spiritual. I'm not enough. Over time, these ideas can become so familiar that we stop recognizing them as concepts and begin believing they are who we are.
In this deeply contemplative guided meditation, Jody Agard explores the teachings of A Course in Miracles on self-concept and invites you into a direct experience of what remains when the familiar stories and identities of the personal self are gently questioned.
Rather than trying to replace a negative self-image with a better one, this non-dual meditation and self-inquiry practice goes deeper: What if what you truly are has never been an image at all?
Drawing from A Course in Miracles, non-duality, spiritual awakening, self-inquiry, awareness, and the recognition of our true nature, this meditation isn't asking you to create a better version of yourself. It's an invitation to question the need for a self-image altogether. For these thirty minutes, allow yourself the freedom of not knowing who you are according to the world, and rest as the quiet knowing in which every identity, thought, and story appears and disappears.
You are not the story. You are That in which every story is known.

True Meditation: Bill Free Interviews Jody Agard on the Infinite I AM & Awakening
19 août 2026
00:34:28
What if meditation isn't about becoming calmer, better, more spiritual, or more enlightened?
In this special episode of The Awareness Podcast, the tables are turned as Center for Awakening founder Bill Free interviews host Jody Agard about her upcoming four-part series, True Meditation: The Recognition of the Infinite I AM.
Together, they explore one of the most transformative questions on the spiritual path:
Who is the one trying to meditate? Drawing from non-duality, self-inquiry, and direct experience, Jody shares how years of seeking, striving, fixing, and trying to improve herself eventually gave way to a much simpler recognition: what we are seeking has never been absent. True meditation is not about achieving a future state. It is the recognition of what we already are.
In this conversation, Bill and Jody explore: ✨ The difference between traditional meditation and true meditation ✨ Why awakening is not about fixing the separate self ✨ The meaning of the Infinite I AM ✨ How to recognize awareness in everyday life ✨ What to do when fear, triggers, anxiety, or difficult emotions arise ✨ Why thoughts do not need to stop for peace to be present ✨ The role of self-inquiry in spiritual awakening ✨ Living from Pure Being while navigating ordinary life ✨ Why nothing has gone wrong, even when you feel disconnected
One of the most powerful insights shared in this conversation is the recognition that the Infinite I AM never leaves. Even when we feel triggered, distracted, fearful, or caught in old patterns, the Infinite I AM remains exactly where it has always been, here, now, untouched and available. As Jody shares, "We're not looking for the I AM. We're looking from the I AM."
If you've ever struggled with meditation, wondered why spiritual seeking can feel exhausting, or sensed there must be something deeper than self-improvement, this conversation offers a refreshing and practical invitation into a more direct experience of peace, awareness, and your true nature.

Nothing Is Missing: A Guided Meditation Beyond the Need to Become
12 août 2026
00:32:42
What if there is nothing missing from you, and there never has been? So much of life is spent trying to become someone: healthier, happier, more peaceful, more spiritual, more healed, perhaps even more awakened.
Yet beneath this endless movement of self-improvement and spiritual seeking is a simple question: Who is the “I” that believes something is missing?
In this spacious guided meditation, Jody Agard invites you beyond the story of the personal self and into the direct recognition of your true nature; the timeless awareness, Pure Being, and Infinite I AM that has never been incomplete.
Through gentle self-inquiry, extended silence, and non-dual contemplation, you'll explore what remains before thought, memory, identity, and the familiar story of “me.”
This isn't about achieving a special meditative state or becoming a better version of yourself. It's an invitation to recognize what has never been absent. There is no enlightened identity to maintain. No perfected self waiting somewhere in the future. No spiritual finish line you need to reach.
Only this. Being. Presence. The Infinite I AM.
And from this recognition, ordinary life continues; meals are prepared, conversations happen, joy and sadness arise but what you truly are remains free.

In this gentle guided meditation, Jody Agard invites you into the quiet resting place that is already here, the aware presence that remains untouched by thoughts, emotions, discomfort, and changing circumstances.

The Light of What You Are: A Guided Meditation for True Healing & Inner Peace
08 juil. 2026
00:32:23
What if true healing wasn't about changing your circumstances? What if peace wasn't dependent on the body feeling better?
In this deeply restorative guided meditation, Jody Agard reflects on a season of physical pain and healing, revealing a profound truth remembered in the midst of discomfort:
The body changes. Thoughts change. Emotions change.
But the light of what you are never changes.
Through gentle self-inquiry, non-dual meditation, and extended moments of silence, you'll be invited to rest as the awareness that remains present before every thought, every sensation, and every story the mind tells.
Whether you're navigating illness, chronic pain, emotional suffering, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's circumstances, this meditation offers an invitation to recognize what has always been here: The Light of What You Are. Whole. Complete. Present. Unchanged. Nothing needs to be added. Nothing needs to be earned. Only recognized.
✨ Another way to go deeper… Beneath the noise of the mind, beneath the striving to become someone better, there is a deeper sense of peace and well-being that doesn't depend on circumstances. In her new 4-part series, “Here I Am: The Joy of Being Present,” Lisa Natoli guides a direct exploration into the end of inner struggle and the freedom that comes from no longer believing every story the mind tells. As the pressure to fix, change, and improve yourself begins to soften, what remains is a grounded steadiness, a natural happiness, and a way of living that feels more present, more alive, and more at ease... 👉🏼 Click here to learn more and reserve your spot.

When Peace Doesn't Depend on Circumstances: A Guided Meditation into Pure Presence
01 juil. 2026
00:32:52
In this guided meditation, Jody Agard reflects on a recent experience with shingles and the profound reminder it offered:
True peace is not the absence of pain, discomfort, uncertainty, or challenge.
True peace is what remains regardless of circumstances.
While the body may experience illness, discomfort, exhaustion, or healing, there is something deeper that remains completely untouched by every experience. Through gentle self-inquiry, spacious silence, and direct non-dual pointing, this meditation invites you to rest as the awareness that knows all experience but is never harmed by it.
This meditation is especially supportive if you're moving through illness, physical discomfort, grief, emotional challenges, anxiety, uncertainty, or a difficult season of life.
As A Course in Miracles reminds us, what you truly are remains exactly as God created you:
Whole. Complete. Perfectly innocent. Untouched.
You are simply invited to notice what has always been present.

Nothing Needs Fixing: A Guided Meditation to Rest as What You Are
24 juin 2026
00:32:42
In this guided meditation, Jody Agard invites you to explore one of the mind's most persistent habits: the belief that something is wrong and needs to be fixed.
Whether the mind is focused on health, relationships, finances, emotions, spiritual growth, or the body itself, there is often a constant movement toward improvement, correction, and becoming.
But what if that movement is simply another appearance within awareness?
Through gentle self-inquiry, spacious silence, and direct non-dual pointing, this meditation invites you to notice the awareness that exists before the story, before the struggle, and before the need to change anything.
This meditation is especially supportive if you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted by self-improvement, caught in mental activity, or longing for a deeper sense of peace that isn't dependent on circumstances changing. There is only the invitation to rest as what you already are.

The End of Efforting: A Guided Meditation into Effortless Being
17 juin 2026
00:32:37
In this guided non-dual meditation, Jody Agard invites you into a direct experience of effortless being.
From the breath that breathes itself to the heart that beats without instruction, this meditation gently points to a profound truth: life is already living itself.
Rather than trying to quiet the mind, fix your experience, or become a better version of yourself, you'll be invited to simply notice what is already happening naturally, and to rest as the awareness in which it all appears.
Healing is not presented here as fixing a broken self. Instead, healing is revealed as recognizing the wholeness that already exists beneath the stories, fears, and identities we carry.
As thoughts come and go, sensations arise and dissolve, and life continues to unfold, you'll be invited to rest as the open awareness that remains untouched by every experience. There is nothing to achieve. Nothing to become. Only the simple recognition of what you already are.

Love or Fear? Oliver Blue on the Choice That Shapes Your Entire Life
10 juin 2026
00:27:17
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard sits down with spiritual teacher Oliver Blue for a profound conversation about perception, identity, and the choice between love and fear.
While most of us spend our lives trying to solve problems in our relationships, health, finances, and circumstances, Oliver invites us to look deeper, to the lens through which we're experiencing life itself.
Together, Jody and Oliver explore how fear becomes mistaken for identity, why so many people unconsciously live from conditioned patterns, and how awakening begins when we recognize that fear is not who we are... a powerful message for anyone feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or stuck.
Oliver also shares insights from his upcoming two-part teaching series with the Center for Awakening: Love or Fear, The Choice Is Yours.
If you've ever felt trapped in worry, self-doubt, judgment, or the constant pressure to fix yourself, this conversation offers a fresh and liberating perspective. Sometimes freedom isn't found by changing your circumstances. Sometimes it begins by seeing through a different lens.
✨ An opportunity to continue the exploration with Oliver's teachings… Every moment of life reflects a deeper choice — love or fear. In his new two-part live series, “LOVE OR FEAR, THE CHOICE IS YOURS,” Oliver Blue guides a powerful exploration into the two root perceptions that shape all experience. You’ll begin to recognize fear as a learned pattern — not who you are — and discover how to meet life with greater clarity, peace, and freedom. Because beneath every struggle, every story, and every moment of contraction… love has been present all along. The choice is simple. The experience is Infinite. 👉🏼 Click here to learn more and reserve your spot.

Why so many people feel exhausted trying to “be someone”
The connection between suffering and identity
Living from truth while fully participating in ordinary life

When the Mind Says “This Shouldn’t Be Happening”: A Guided Meditation
27 mai 2026
00:32:54
“This shouldn’t be happening.” It’s one of the mind’s most automatic reactions. To stress. To noise. To discomfort. To unexpected moments life places in front of us.
In this episode of the Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard gently explores what happens when we stop resisting what’s arising… and begin noticing the deeper peace that remains underneath the reaction. This guided meditation becomes an invitation to let everything arise naturally; the thoughts, emotions, sensations, resistance, even the sense of “me”, without needing to fix, suppress, or control any of it.
This meditation may support you if you’re experiencing:
Overthinking
Emotional overwhelm
Stress or anxiety
Frustration with life circumstances
Mental noise or racing thoughts
Resistance to what’s happening
Spiritual awakening or self-inquiry
A longing for deeper peace and acceptance
This isn’t about becoming emotionless. It’s about recognizing that what you truly are remains untouched beneath every passing experience.

Stillness in the Noise: A Guided Meditation to Rest as What You Are
06 mai 2026
00:32:37
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard guides you through a 30-minute guided meditation designed to help you discover something unexpected:
Stillness isn’t found away from life… it’s found within it.
So often, we believe peace requires silence, space, or stepping away from the noise of everyday life. But what if the stillness you’re seeking has never been disturbed?
In this meditation, you’ll be gently guided to:
Notice the presence that exists before thought
Recognize the silence that remains even when the mind is active
Release the need to “get meditation right”
Rest as the awareness, the eternal I AM that is already here
Experience peace without needing to change your circumstances
This is the essence of non-dual meditation, by simply discovering that what you are is never touched by the noise.
Thoughts may come and go. Sounds may rise and fall. Life continues moving.
And yet… something here remains still.
This meditation is especially supportive if you:
Feel overwhelmed by a busy or noisy mind
Think you need perfect conditions to feel peace
Struggle to “quiet” your thoughts in meditation
Want a more natural, effortless way to experience presence
You are the stillness that holds it all.
✨ Another way to go deeper… What if every desire you’ve ever had — for love, for peace, for something you couldn’t quite name — has been pointing to the simple recognition of I AM… that Eternal, ever-present awareness within… the very ground of being itself? Not something to find. Not a future state. Not a higher level… but what’s here now. In his new four-part series, “Remembering the Self: I AM the I AM,’” Bill Free offers a clear and practical exploration of this awareness — and how to live from it in the midst of everyday life. That recognition is possible. Not someday. Now. 👉🏼 Click here to learn more and reserve your spot.

Overthinking and Busy Mind: A Guided Meditation to Rest as I AM
29 avr. 2026
00:32:44
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard guides you through a gentle guided meditation for overthinking and a busy mind.
When life feels full; responsibilities, decisions, constant movement… the mind seems to become more active with planning, remembering, problem-solving, replaying conversations, or thinking about what’s next.
It can feel like the mind never stops. But what if the thoughts aren’t the problem?
What if something deeper… is already still?
In this meditation, you’re invited to:
Notice the natural movement of the mind
Recognize the awareness that is always present
Rest as the simple sense of “I Am”
Experience stillness without effort or control
This is the heart of non-dual meditation. It’s not about trying to quiet the mind, but discovering that you are not the mind.
Thoughts can continue. Life continues. But something here… does not move.
You are the stillness in which everything appears.

Grief & Healing: A Guided Meditation to Rest as the Presence That Holds Everything
22 avr. 2026
00:31:56
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard offers a deeply compassionate guided meditation for grief, rooted in non-dual understanding.
Grief is something every human being encounters. It may come through the loss of a loved one, a change in a relationship, or the quiet ache of something that once was. And when grief arises, the natural impulse is to understand it, fix it, or move through it.
But what if grief doesn’t need to be solved?
What if it can be gently held… in something much larger?
Through soft guidance and spacious pauses, this meditation invites you to:
Allow grief and emotion to be present without resistance
Notice sensations, memories, and feelings as they arise
Explore the awareness that knows grief
Recognize the quiet presence that remains unchanged
Rest as the space that holds all experience
This is the essence of non-dual meditation, not removing emotion, but recognizing that what you are is never limited by it.
Grief may move. Tears may come and go. Memories may arise. And yet… There is something here that does not move. The same presence that has always been here.
This episode is a gentle invitation to rest as that — the open, loving awareness in which grief appears… and is held.
✨ Another way to go deeper… What if every desire you’ve ever had — for love, for peace, for something you couldn’t quite name — has been pointing to the simple recognition of I AM… that Eternal, ever-present awareness within… the very ground of being itself? 25 mars 2026
00:33:59
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard offers a gentle guided meditation rooted in non-dual understanding, inviting you to explore the difference between what changes… and what remains.
From the moment we wake up, the mind begins to label experience: “I feel tired.” “I feel anxious.” “I feel good.”
Moods shift. Energy rises and falls. Thoughts come and go. And almost instantly, we take it personally. But what if you are not your mood?
Through spacious pauses and simple guidance, this meditation opens a quiet space to notice that all experiences — emotions, sensations, and thoughts — are constantly moving. And yet something here is aware of it all. That awareness does not change.
Moods will come and go. The body will feel different from moment to moment. Life will continue to unfold. But what you are… remains unchanged. This episode is an invitation to rest as that.

Nothing to Achieve: A Guided Meditation to Rest as the I AM Presence
18 mars 2026
00:32:34
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard offers a simple guided meditation exploring the recognition of "I AM" — the awareness that is present before every thought, sensation, and experience.
So often the mind believes something needs to be achieved, understood, or improved in order to awaken. The personal self can make this recognition seem distant or difficult.
But what if nothing needs to be achieved?
Before the next thought about yourself… Before the story of who you are… There is the quiet knowing of I AM.
Rather than trying to create a special experience, this meditation simply opens space to notice what has never been absent.
The awareness that hears these words… The awareness that knows each sensation… The awareness in which thoughts appear and disappear…
That awareness is what you are.

Jenny Beal on the Imperturbable I Am in a Turbulent World — What Cannot Be Disturbed
11 mars 2026
00:40:38
In a world that feels constantly shifting, is there something about us that does not move at all?
In this episode of the Awareness Podcast, Jenny Beal joins Jody Agard to explore her upcoming four-part teaching series, The Imperturbable I Am — a deep inquiry into the unchangeable nature of our essential self.
While the world, the body, and the mind are in continual motion, Jenny points to something prior to all change — the awareness that knows experience but is not altered by it.
In this conversation, we explore:
What “imperturbable” truly means
The difference between the ever-changing body-mind and unchanging awareness
Why disturbance belongs to the body-mind — not to what we truly are
The body-mind as a kind of conditioned “AI system”
Why awakening is more about undoing than acquiring knowledge
The role of self-inquiry in dissolving false identification
How fear and contraction arise as protective conditioning
What happens after a glimpse of our true nature
Why we are not confined to the boundaries of the body
Jenny beautifully describes the body-mind as something trained through experience — much like artificial intelligence — operating through conditioning and learned responses. But what we truly are is not the conditioned system. We are the awareness in which it appears.
Rather than adding new beliefs or spiritual concepts, this path is an undoing — a letting go of deeply held assumptions about who and what we are.
If you’ve had glimpses of clarity but still feel pulled back into identification with thought, emotion, or contraction, this conversation offers a steady and practical perspective.
About Jenny Beal: Jenny discovered the peace, happiness and ease of being that is inherent in our true nature through the Direct Path teaching of Rupert Spira and Francis Lucille. She has a love of science and mathematics and sees science as a set of mathematical models which express the beauty of unfolding patterns of natural phenomena, not as ultimate truth. Jenny considers openness to examining and abandoning all belief systems to be the principal prerequisite for the understanding of our true nature. In Jenny’s view, the spiritual path has no beginning or end. Nor is there any distinction between spiritual life and life in the world. When asked a question, she temporarily becomes a teacher; otherwise, she remains a student and enjoyer of all that is. To learn more about Jenny & her teachings: universalquestions.com

When the Body Is Sick: A Guided Meditation to Rest as What Is Unchanged
04 mars 2026
00:31:03
What happens when the body is sick — and nothing in you resists it?
In this gentle, experiential meditation, Jody Agard guides you to explore the subtle habit of identifying with the body and its condition. When illness appears, it can seem personal, limiting, or unfair. But what if sickness is simply something happening within experience, not to what you are?
Drawing from A Course in Miracles and lived insight, Jody’s meditation invites you beyond the idea of being a fragile self who can be diminished by circumstance.
Jody shares through the simple example of being sick on her birthday, as she examines how story and meaning creates unnecessary suffering.
Sensation arises. Discomfort appears. The body does what bodies do. And yet — what knows these experiences remains unchanged.
In this meditation, you’ll be guided to: • Notice the habit of “I am this body” • Rest as simple being — prior to role or condition • Allow illness to be an appearance, not an identity • Discover what does not age, improve, decline, or breathe • Experience quiet stability even in physical discomfort
This is not about denying the body. It is about recognizing that what you are has never been limited by it and resting as what is not affected.

Rest as the Peace That Doesn’t Come or Go: A Nondual Meditation
25 févr. 2026
00:31:18
In this guided nondual meditation, Jody Agard invites you to rest as the peace that doesn’t come and go.
Many of us experience moments of clarity, stillness, or deep relief, only to feel like we’ve “lost” it when thoughts, emotions, or life circumstances shift.
But what if peace isn’t something that appears and disappears? What if it’s what you are, even when the mind is busy or the body feels unsettled?
Rather than trying to create a spiritual state, this practice invites you to notice the quiet presence that has always been here, the stillness that remains unchanged through every thought, sensation, and life circumstance.

11 févr. 2026
00:29:17
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard is joined by spiritual teacher Tom Das for a spacious and deeply relevant conversation about suffering, resistance, and what true freedom actually means in today’s world.
If you’ve ever wondered how peace is possible when life feels overwhelming, this episode will meet you right where you are.
Tom’s upcoming 4-part teaching series with the Center for Awakening is titled Freedom from Suffering in a World on Fire🔥 and this conversation offers a beautiful introduction to his gentle, clear, and compassionate way of pointing to our true nature.
His teachings illuminate what truly matters: being happy, being free, and recognizing the truth of what we are — not as ideas, but as a living experience here and now. So if you’ve ever wondered how freedom from suffering is truly possible — even in the midst of chaos, we hope you’ll join us.
About Tom Das: Whilst Tom has explored many teachings traditions including Advaita (Nondual) Vedanta, Buddhism, Zen, Christian Mysticism, Dzogchen and Taoism as well as more “New Age” teachings such as the Law of Attraction, his love is to share the teachings of his Beloved Guru, Sri Ramana Maharshi, as well as his devotion for Sri Ramana. That said, irrespective of your own seeking background, Tom has an uncanny knack of being able to meet you where you are and facilitate a greater clarity in those who approach him for guidance. Resting in Stillness: A Nondual Meditation for Letting Go of Busyness
04 févr. 2026
00:32:34
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard offers a gentle, grounding non-dual meditation for anyone feeling caught in busyness, effort, or the constant pressure to do more.
In a culture that equates busyness with worth, success, and importance, stillness can feel uncomfortable — even threatening. Yet stillness isn’t something we need to create or earn. It’s what we are.
Through personal reflection and spacious guided meditation, Jody invites you to notice the quiet Presence that’s always been here — silently aware of every thought, task, and movement, yet never caught in any of it.

If you’re tired of efforting, fixing, or trying to “hold” awakening, this series is an invitation to let truth live you instead.
About Keith Kavanagh: Though Keith first started reading A Course in Miracles thirty years ago, it was only after eight long years of a severe generalized anxiety disorder that he threw himself into the Course’s process of unbinding identity from thoughts and the meeting of the shadow of sin, guilt and fear in the mind with the Course’s forgiveness practice: undoing projections and bringing the unprotected shadow to non-judgmental Awareness, meeting emotion without story. The anxiety disorder fell away and, unexpectedly, there was an awakening from thought identification to a nondual, rather vaporous, world of incredible beauty. When the “Me” Feels Heavy: A Nondual Meditation for Letting the Box Collapse
28 janv. 2026
00:30:33
Have you ever felt the quiet heaviness of being a “me” — the effort of holding together roles, stories, and identities that seem to define who you are?
In this deeply gentle nondual meditation, Jody Agard invites you into a simple yet profound exploration: what remains when the structure of “me” is no longer held in place.
Guided by a powerful inner image of a box — representing the personal self, its roles, labels, and memories — this meditation allows the walls of identity to soften and collapse naturally. There’s no force, no fixing, and no attempt to silence the mind. Thoughts may still arise. Sensations may still move. And yet, something vast, still, and untouched remains.
Through long, open pauses and effortless inquiry, you’re invited to:
Notice the weight of personal identity without judgment
Rest as the awareness in which thoughts and sensations appear
Allow the story of “me” to quiet without resisting it
Sense what remains when identity loosens
Discover the stillness that cannot be moved by life’s motion
This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about recognizing what was here before the box. Before the stories. Before the effort of being “someone.” Let the box fall away. And rest as what remains.

Forgiveness Isn’t Personal — A Clear Conversation on Awakening with Keith Kavanagh
21 janv. 2026
00:39:39
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard is joined by Keith Kavanagh, known for his uncompromising clarity and direct approach to A Course in Miracles and nondual awakening.
This isn’t a traditional interview. It’s a space to slow down, listen deeply, and let insight land — not as theory, but as lived recognition.
Together, Jody and Keith explore one of the most misunderstood teachings in spirituality: forgiveness.
Not forgiveness as something moral or personal — but forgiveness as ACIM points to it: a shift in purpose, a release of misidentification, and a willingness to stop fixing the dream and let truth reinterpret everything.
In this conversation, you’ll hear about:
Why forgiveness has nothing to do with other people
How to apply forgiveness to money stress, health issues, and relationship conflict
Why awakening can feel clear… then seem “lost”
How the mind quietly reasserts control through effort and identity
What embodiment actually looks like in ordinary life
Keith also shares about his upcoming teaching series at Center for Awakening: Stillness Wars: Awakening, Clarity, Forgiveness & Embodiment — a 4-part live series for those who’ve had glimpses of truth but feel caught between awakening and the mind’s management.

Nothing to Heal, Nowhere to Get To: A Guided Meditation on Resting in the "I Am"
14 janv. 2026
00:32:13
For years, many of us have poured energy into “healing” ourselves — the inner child, the trauma, the thoughts, the beliefs. It feels noble and empowering at first… until it begins to feel endless. Like there’s always another wound to fix or another version of ourselves that isn’t quite enough yet.
In this episode, Jody Agard explores the deeper invitation of non-dual healing — as the remembrance of wholeness. You’ll be guided through a deeply spacious meditation that reveals the peace that’s already here, beneath all effort and self-fixing.
This isn’t about bypassing pain; it’s about discovering the awareness that gently holds all pain, and realizing that this awareness — your true nature — has never needed healing.

07 janv. 2026
00:31:55

For most of us, peace seems tied to those shifting conditions. But when we look closely, we find something deeper — a quiet, changeless awareness that never moves.

Lisa Natoli: The Gentle Unwinding of Awakening with Jody Agard
31 déc. 2025
00:41:51
In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard sits down with Lisa Natoli for a grounded, relieving conversation about a common spiritual struggle: you have a real moment of peace or clarity… and then it feels like you “lose it.”
Lisa reframes the whole storyline. Awakening isn’t a Hollywood moment where the mind goes silent forever and life becomes trigger-free. What you are is already constant — but old identity and conditioning can take time to unwind.
Together, they explore:
Why “backsliding” is often just the natural momentum of old habits
The unplugged fan / cooling oven metaphor for how patterns wind down
Why you don’t need to stop thoughts — you can notice thoughts appearing and disappearing in awareness
How suffering sticks around when we hold a story in place (“I have no money,” “I’m sick,” “I’m guilty”)
Lisa’s down-to-earth mind-body doorway: feet on the floor, sensations, presence — without judgment
A practical experiment: what changes when you stop labeling life as “problems” and “difficulties”?
This conversation also highlights Lisa’s upcoming January 2026 teaching series: ✨ The Disappearance of Old Habits: Living the Truth of What You Are, a four-week invitation into self-inquiry, allowing, and the gentle dissolving of the false self — without forcing, fixing, or efforting.
About Lisa Natoli: Lisa Natoli shares her story of healing and awakening in a way that is down-to-earth and easily understood. She was an alcoholic, cigarette smoker, food addict, type-A personality with roller-coaster mood swings which all got healed with A Course in Miracles. In 2013, she got sick with an incurable autoimmune disease... After trying everything to heal with no success, she began to welcome the pain and symptoms. This practice of welcoming led to an interest in nonduality teachings and practices of self-inquiry, which gradually led to the recognition of Consciousness as the true Self, our real Self which is complete happiness with no suffering or sorrow. She writes on the topics of mind-body healing, transformation, enlightenment, and consciousness.

24 déc. 2025
