Change can be scary.  We sometimes fear changes in our life, no matter what kind of change it is.  Good change and bad change.  As you all know, I just moved to Houston, Tx.  This is a big change for me.  I moved all our belongings; I even moved my private practice and my tea company.  This was a big, bold move.  The first time I had a panic attack, it involved moving to San Antonio to attend college at 18.  This big change created anxiety.  Every time I've had a panic attack, I know that big changes in my life cause it.  I know this, but I have overcome this. Want to live with intention?  What does living with intention mean?  Do you wonder if you're living with intention?  Easy way to live each day with intention.  Plan your day around your intention, and the rest will follow.  Questions that can help you plan for any day.  A joyful day, a happy day, a restful day, a day for service, what kind of day do you want to have?  Then tell yourself how can I ensure I have a happy day today?  This makes you plan to have a happy day.  I started doing this a few years ago, and it just became a habit now; I wake up every day with excitement and intention to continue to live my life with what I was set out to do.   Try it.

When was the last time you told yourself you loved yourself?  If the answer is never or a very low number, then listen to this podcast.  I talk about why it's important to tell yourself you love yourself, and why you should say it often.  In most Hispanic families, like mine, we don't really even say I love you to each other.  We know our parents love us, but they don't say it often.  Break that cycle, call your loved ones, and tell them you love them.  It's important to tell them and you, "I LOVE YOU." 


So look yourself in the mirror and say, "I LOVE YOU, I TRULY LOVE YOU."  

Keep doing it often and watch the power of this exercise.
