~15: A World Without Fear (Ch. 15) Working With Sanskrit Mantras To Resolve Fear

For an extensive resource for Sanskrit Mantras and in depth information on how to use them I would suggest looking into the works of Thomas Ashley-Farrand. In using mantras in general I would suggest that you recite them to yourself (you need not recite them aloud; you can recite them silently to yourself, although proper pronunciation even to yourself is important). It is important to recite them at least 108 times per day for optimal effect. Generally reciting mantras more than 108 times per day is better. You can determine by the results you get what the optimal number is for you and your current situation.

~14: A World Without Fear (Ch. 14) The White Sphere Emotional Clearing Technique

This technique is a guided meditation technique, and unlike the other techniques in this book is purely spiritual in nature. In this method it is important that you are in a relaxed, quiet and comfortable space for the duration of the process. It works even better if the lighting is soft or low.
Emotional Clearing Steps:
1. Close your eyes and take a few slow deep breaths, drawing the air in through your nose and exhaling out through your mouth
2. Visualize a small point of white light in your mind’s eye that is located far in the distance
3. Watch as the point of soft white light gets closer and closer and gradually increases in size as it comes closer
4. As the point of light gets closer you realize it is the light of spirit and you begin to feel its loving warmth radiating toward you
5. The sphere of white light continues to move closer to you until it is very large and right in front of and above you
6. It is now very bright and still it is easy to look at and very warm and welcoming, and you can feel the energy of love pouring from it toward you, filling your system with the light that it radiates
7. If you feel comfortable doing so, allow the energy of the sphere of white light to draw out all of the pain and trauma you have experienced from your whole life. Feel the pain being drawn out of your body and into the white sphere, watch it go as it does, visualize this flow of painful energy leaving your body
8. Watch all of pain and trauma flow out of you and disappear into the white light completely and see that the white light sphere is totally unchanged by having received it, it may even have gotten brighter
9. Next ask that all the spaces in your system that have previously held pain or trauma be filled with a golden light from the sphere, and that you be filled with this light directly from God
10. Watch as the golden energy flows into you from the white light sphere and see it fill all the areas of your system that have previously held pain, trauma or heart ache
11. Once the process is complete, thank spirit for the healing you have received
12. Watch the sphere slowly recede into the distance until it has again become the tiny point of white light 13. Take a few more slow deep breaths, feel yourself grounded in your body, move your arms and legs a little and then open your eyes It is important to feel how you feel after working through this process.
Evaluate the changes that have happened in your system. You may wish to journal your results in order to keep track of your progress
~13: A World Without Fear (Ch. 13) The “Stadium Lights Method” of Clearing Negative Emotions

1. Close your eyes and take a few slow deep breaths and get in touch with how your emotions and your body feel at the present moment.
2. Focus on feeling the feeling that you want to clear, wherever you feel it in most your body. If you feel it in several places, simply focus on where you feel it most intensely. If you do not feel the feeling now, remember when you last felt it strongly in the past and focus on that emotion where ever it resides in your body.
3. In your mind’s eye visualize the emotion in some way. Whether you see it as a dark cloud, a swirling tornado, a rock, an abyss, a red blob or however it makes sense to you to perceive it.
4. Once you “see it” visualize a miniature version of yourself walking right into the core or middle of the visualized feeling. This may be a little uncomfortable initially, still it will help to quickly resolve the feeling if you will bring yourself to do so.
5. Once you are in the center of the feeling, begin looking around in all directions, up, down, left, right, front and back. Do a complete 360 degree evaluation of whatever you see from inside the emotional space. You may see many things, they may not make sense to you, or they may give you profound insights with deep meaning. Some people see many things, some people see only swirling clouds of negative energy or emotion, everyone is different and unique, there is no right or wrong to this process. Relax, you cannot fail or do this process the “wrong” way. In any case you will get better and better with practice and your results can become more and more powerful. Whatever you see or do not see simply acknowledge it and move onto the next step.
6. Next, see the emotion you have envisioned and you standing within it, surrounded by thousands of white lights, similar to the bright white lights you would see surrounding the top of a baseball stadium.
7. Begin looking at all of the lights through the transparent wall of the emotion one at a time, as fast as you can, in every direction, until the detrimental emotion dissolves around you completely. It can even help to see the lights spinning very fast around you as you are looking at them. The lights are not only in front of you and behind you; they are also above you and below you. Looking in all directions will help you process all aspects of the emotion fully until it is completely gone.
8. Once the emotion is completely processed out, return to your normal vantage point of conscious presence and review how you now feel about the previous emotion.
