On this episode I had a conversation with Minkir on the topic For the One.

I enjoyed this recording because it made me see the Father's Love in another dimension. I learnt the importance of extending grace to others with the same measure to which it was given to me as a gift. Eph 2:8

Minkir shared:
"We always make mistakes and give the excuse that we're human, but Jesus knows we're flawed. He's telling us that we can be perfect if we renew our minds and accept Him as our father."
Matthew 5:48:  Be perfect, therefore, as your Heavenly Father is perfect

What do you think about this? A man has a hundred sheep. One of them is lost. Will he not leave the ninety-nine sheep on the hills and go to look for the one that is lost? Yes, he will.

1 Peter 2:25 says that:
For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

How can Yahweh be a loving God and a consuming fire? I don’t understand the combination.

How was I to see His Love in the death of my father ?

I got so frustrated, one day my mum asked : Jess let’s go to church
I replied mummy if you force me I would leave the faith completely.
In this episode, I shared how I learnt to play religion.

I often asked in distrust , If God is so loving why would He be so strict and mean.

Timothy Keller replied in a podcast ‘The Love of God’: Jess If you had a child  who goes about hurting and shooting people and the society would you let him? Isn’t there love in correction? My fears revealed the true state of my heart towards God and what I wanted Him to be .

Jackie Hill Perry seconded in her book Holier than Thou .
God cannot be indifferent towards sin . He is Holy and His Justice is Holy.

Nowwww! My heart is deep into Him . Everyday draws me deeper . I am so In Love! I can’t pretend. I love Yahweh, I am so real with Him, I hear Him. I rest in Him.

I am born of His Spirit,  adopted and I bear His Last name : Jessica Abba
My identity is birth in Him. The old things have passed away.

How do you accept the Father's love if you've never experienced it? 

How do you accept the Father's love is you have battled with rejection and suicidal ideation. 


The moment my dad walked out, to me he was dead.

It’s one thing to start a project

It’s another thing to start again after you failed the first time.

It’s so easy to walk away and get a fresh start

But to accept the result

To go back and strive again

To dig again is just on another level

A level only God can lead

But I think I was hurt because I knew that God could help and do the miraculous so why did I have to go through this

I wasn’t playing, so why

I was sad, hurt and broken

On this episode

It’s about starting again

Or should I say the break down after starting with enthusiasm 

Yahweh held me close and listened

Yahweh wiped my tears.

Every vision has a question, who sent you?

There are two things this questions can do to you. Either to push you, or it can intimidate you. 

But remember, You have God. 

I know God will make a way out for you and just like Moses you will be able to reply. 

I love You

Wait, Is it just me or do you do it too? 

Killing the vision before it starts?

I can give you reasons why I think I shouldn't start something and it would make absolute sense. 

The crazy thing is dwelling on those obstacles forms a mentality.

Well, I do hope we learn one or two things and hopefully start better. 

Don't kill your vision!!!!
