Personally, I love it when Brian (my teacher) shares with me details of his personal practice.
For the most part, in our video lessons and on our live calls, we teach meditation practices, techniques, and principles that anyone can apply within their spiritual practice to have the experiences and get the results that they want.
But at least for me, its so great to hear about those techniques and principles being applied in real time by my teacher, and what that experience looks like.
In many ways I think it makes the lessons more relatable and understandable. Often, when Brian chooses to share details of his practice with me I think… “oh okay, I guess I am doing it right… those things ARE supposed to happen” and sometimes I think “Oh man! I gotta get my shit together!” :-)
Sometimes it will make me feel more confident in my own practice, and sometimes it helps me to course correct and reapply my efforts in the right way, to get where I want to go.
