How do we reduce the amount of plastic in our oceans?

David Katz, the founder of Plastic Bank, has created a solution that does not simply remove plastic. Plastic Bank’s programs incentivize the reduction of waste as well as the collection of waste, all while supporting local communities in developing parts of the world where plastic waste is most present.

Dr. Sherman Tung is a former president of the BC Doctors of Optometry and 2019 BCDO Optometrist of the Year. He has completed a residency in ocular disease and a fellowship in myopia management and now runs a pediatric specialty optometry clinic where he specializes myopia management.

So, it's safe to say, he is a great source for information on how to get started in myopia management and what treatment options to recommend to your patients.
