A few thoughts on the McAvoy suspension and the current rules regarding hits to the head as well as a look ahead to the ECF with Boston and the Jerks in Carolina. 

The Hurricanes sweep has caused Don Cherry to lose his mind and there is all kinds of petty in Carolina. All eyes were on Dallas and St. Louis yesterday and it was more than just the hockey that had everyone glued to their TV. The Sharks are circling and the Blue Jackets are trying to hold the line before a potential retreat in each of their respective series plus the guys dig into the Ken Holland hiring in Edmonton and the situation in Detroit. 

Can the Islanders find some offense and turn this series around tonight? Can Boston find some production from their big time players? Can Brad Marchand help himself at all after a cheap shot to Scott Harrington? All these questions are discussed on today's episode as well as a roast of Stars D man Lindell after his flop fest. AQ shares a story from the gridiron where he let a pest sucker him in and the boys debate if tonight is do or die for the Islanders. 

All tied up across the board in the second round except for the Carolina Hurricanes surprisingly up 2 games to none on the road. How does playing in Brooklyn change things for the Islanders compared to Nassau? Can the Blues keep their road win streak alive? Can San Jose overcome and get out of their own heads? The San Jose Sharks and Las Vegas Golden Knights put on one of the most incredible, remarkable, and memorable game 7 performances in NHL history last night and the guys dissect how everything came into place. Pat McAfee joins the show to discuss his LOCK of the Golden Knights and the voodoo style curse magic he possesses.
