A rather HUGE experience this week as we open some of the Upper Deck Marvel Masterpieces XL cards. A controversial release, and this episode was recorded prior to Joe Jusko posting that he had âcome to an agreementâ with UD. Nevertheless, we dig it â the art at this scale is vibrant and enormously impactful, deserving of the fresh perspective the larger format brings.
We get confused by the checklist, find out about Wesleyâs secret midnight early box opening, and Josh gets rather excited.

We are back baby! And we waste no time in getting into the scant details released so far about the return of Marvel Beginnings, added to Upper Deckâs slate for April 2022. We reminisce about what made the OG so great, and ponder the meagre clues in the set announcement.
