Billy Blanchard was supposed to meet up with family members in early October 2010 but never showed. When his family came to check on him, they found the unimaginable.

Billy's case remains unsolved, but we're hoping you can help. In this special podcast series, "Texas City Tells: Unsolved" Detective Sergeant Jeff Winstead takes us through the case, presenting the evidence and sharing Billy's story.
