We’ll be talking to guests with deep connections to our region, and discussing all things Galloway with them. Join us for conversations about the history, geography and life of Galloway in Talking Galloway. This month's Podcast Guest is Jo Jackson, Cultural Glenkens Project Leader with GCat. We talk to Jo about her ties to Galloway, Cultural Glenkens and places that are special to her here. Episode Two of Talking Galloway Podcast and this month we are talking with Bob Peace, former Police Officer, Scout Master and Mountain Rescue Team member. We sat down with bob for a wide ranging discussion; everything from #MountainRescue To #Squirrel Rescue, via spitfire crashes and walking with kids!
Correction: Bob says that Johnny and his friend turned to Carsphairn at the High Bridge of Ken, but he meant to say Moniaive.
