He tells us about his experience playing Spats in the Broadway musical Some like it Hot, which is currently on its first National Tour. He also discuss' his work on Jersey Boys including a spell as director. We learn about his new project The Devon Goffman studio which gives coaching lessons to actors and musical artists. They also discuss the importance of a strong work ethic, confidence & resilience in a business that presents many challenges.

Steve & Devon share their love of The Beatles & The Beach Boys and Devon tells us of his dream to visit his namesake county in the South West of England!

Leiyah has a fantastic voice and has written some great songs. They discuss her time at BRIT school, her new management and recent interest from record companies.
