<p>'Instead' tiny homes is a home builder based out of Bloomfield, Prince Edward County. Founders Payam and Lee, both designers, have taken their education and passion for minimalism and began building tiny homes and now modular homes to combat not only the housing crisis but also the loss of community that our culture is suffering from. </p>

<p>Pinecrest Housing is a non-for-profit organization that is converting an unused elementary school into 'affordable senior housing and community hub'. Ken Howe is the project facilitator of the organization and talks with Ryan about the struggles to gain funding, the red tape that blocks the project, and the lack of affordable housing for seniors in Prince Edward County. </p>
