How do musicians make a living? We are entrepreneurs. That's the answer. But what does that mean exactly? Sunday Musicians Café is a podcast founded and hosted by Pietro Genova Gaia. An informal chat between musicians or professionals involved in the music industry. Sipping coffee or something just as if we were in a cafeteria. The goal is to encourage musicians to talk, connect with each other and to tell and share their experiences with the audience. The project originates from the idea of explaining the structure and shape of musicians' careers. Episode 2 - Today a wonderful chat with @soukup.ondrej, a dear friend and a very talented conductor. We talked about leadership and attitudes on stage as well as how the connection that is created between musicians has an impact on the audience. ✨

Never missed once 🐍 Today I had the great honour and privilege to talk to the genius behind one of the most followed pages by musicians, The Wise Musician, Nick Akdag. 🚀 An example of great consistency and entrepreneurial mindset in approaching his musical career, a professor of the highest calibre and an internationally recognised perfomer. Loved every bit of our conversation! Every sentence is food for thoughts 💭 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒕𝒐𝒐 𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 ✨

A great jump into the opera world 🎭 Hassen is a much-loved singer in Tunisia and famous for many of his works and traditional songs. 🇹🇳 For the past few years he has been devoting himself to opera, and today he told us how much dedication and admiration he has for this world. A huge courage and ambition accompanied by the great talent and success he is enjoying in Europe. 🚀 I had the pleasure of working with him last December with La Boheme and I hope to work with him again to bring the art of classical and opera to Tunisia. Go for it! ✨ What an incredible restart, a true rebirth. 🕊️ That's what Nora symbolised for me, and for this podcast today! Her beautiful story and her experience. The best guest I could have had for the first episode of this new season. 🎙️☕️🥹 In this episode we talked about jazz violin but more importantly how believing in yourself and your talent can be vitally important and completely change the course of events. 🚀 Nora even played during the episode! What a gift! 🎻🎶 ‘𝑰 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖’ - that’s what Nora would say to her younger self ❤️🩹

It's all part of a journey, which could become a beautiful surprise if you stay open. 🤩 Benjamin is the Artistic director of a very successful festival @worldsedgefestival ! Have a look 🎶
