It is important to have small goals, and big goals! Then there are some of our longer term goals that honestly we we should be writing down so we just don't forget! 

65. Got some Monday encouragement and reminders for you! You have to choose to change and do hard things and also remember sometimes we fall off and get back to basics!04 Jul 202200:09:16

It all starts with our choice! No one is going to choose for you friend. You have to make that mental decision to focus on consistency and do things that may not feel comfortable right away! 

Then we have those moments or weeks that we fall off the wagon and that's so normal! We back up, pause, and get back to the basics! 

You can do this friends! You can create the change you’re looking for, you can work towards the dreams, the goals, and desires! 

64. Are you staying consistent with writing down your goals, habits, and tracking even when you have an obstacle in the way?! If not you should be! Consistency always wins so don’t give up!27 Jun 202200:09:21

At some point you will have a life obstacle that you will have to work through but you still need to use your habit tracker and keep writing it down! Consistency is important even if you do not feel like you’re crushing it at the moment. 

We all have seasons that we got to push through and still keep our focus on what we want to create!

Seriously though! You should have goals that grow or that evolve as you add more to whatever area you are working on in life! Growth is good! 

Let's chat about some examples of how goals can evolve and how you want to have positive growth in those habits or routines!

56. Are you trying to cram everything into one day?! Stop! Small consistent action beats big time accomplishments any day !30 May 202200:09:34

We like to get caught up with those big accomplishments instead of focusing on the small consistent action that we can take daily and weekly and I'm here to tell you friends that consistent small action wins every single time! 

It does not need to be a one day cram in all the things and crush all the goals! It can be broken down into small bites and action so that you can crush all of your goals and things you are trying to do! 

55. Do you have a strong support system with friends?! Having a good support system of friends in your life helps with your mental and emotional state of mind!26 May 202200:10:50

We often talk about balance and it is so easy to forge the area of life as mothers to include friendships in there. We get so busy with everything else that cultivation strong friendships get put on the back burner. 

I truly believe that we NEED good friends in our lives and that we are here to encourage on another, uplift each other and help one another when we get down and do it for ourselves. It takes a village, a tribe and truly good people in our lives!

54. A few examples of how you can start finding balance in your self care routine throughout the week!23 May 202200:11:17

As a new ish mom it can be so easy to lose ourselves in the process and self care can truly help us in so many ways not only physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually! 

We have to be intentional and it really does not have to be hard. Here I share 3 things I know that you can start to implement into your week that are so good and will get you going in the right direction to finding balance in your self care routine!

53. Are you open and ready for seasons and goals to change? Or are you stuck wanting things to stay where you are comfortable? Changing seasons will bring so much growth so let’s grow and go!19 May 202200:12:15

So seasons change in our lives in so many ways as mothers, as individuals, or maybe within your family and household. 

We get to choose to be ready to adjust and shift or stay stuck. Here's the thing though, if we are ready and open the growth comes and the peace follows! 

I know for me this is so true in so many ways whether it is my business or my personal life! 

52. Are you seeking out balance in an area of life but not sure where to even start? Start with taking inventory! you need a starting point!16 May 202200:14:15

Sometimes where to even begin is so tough! We need to find that starting point but we don't even know where we are at honestly. 

This taking inventory is a great eye opener and perfect start to evaluate where you are at in whatever area you are seeking out balance and change! 

51. My first anxiety attack and how I chose awareness and poured focus into going from stressed and anxious to growth, focus, and a shifted perspective!12 May 202200:19:39

So this episode hopefully inspires you if you are going through a tough time and maybe you can relate to stress and anxiety! 

For me when my first and thank the Lord only anxiety attack happened I had to make a choice to allow it to either stress me out more or move forward and pour into myself. I focused on my business at the time and that meant growing as an individual which in turn brought business success but more importantly brought me growth, positive shifts, and awareness to myself emotionally, physically, and mentally! 

 

I hope this story is inspiring to you and a reminder to choose awareness, and choose growth in yourself so that you can continue to show up as the best version of yourself no matter what is going on around you!

50. Small actions lead to big results! It’s not always this huge thing you have to do, it can be so simple and easy so there is no overwhelm or stress!09 May 202200:08:53

Sometimes we over think the small actions we can take daily and weekly to help keep us on track. 

Whether it is your health journey or keeping up with chores or maybe like me it's keeping your car clean! 

Small actions will lead to big results and it does not have to be frustrating, stressful, or overwhelming! In fact easy is the name of the game in my opinion! 

49. What is your belief about yourself? Your belief will dictate your actions and an outcome. Is it the the outcome that you actually want or do you need to shift your mindset?05 May 202200:15:23

You know coming out of my hot mess mom life I remember how it all started. It was my belief about myself and that truly was affecting the actions I took each day or maybe the action I was not taking. 

The thing is your result or outcome is also affected so is that what you want or do you need to adjust some thoughts and beliefs about what you can or cannot do? Maybe who you are, or the type of person you are!

48. Here are a couple great ways you can prep yourself and give yourself cues so that you can accomplish and crush those goals throughout the week without the overwhelm!02 May 202200:12:40

You know I find that I can prep myself a lot with my home chores and with even work related to do's. It helps keep me focused and usually is way less overwhelming then trying to figure out how to get everything done all at once!

Sometimes all it takes is a little cue and a little prep to set yourself up for success in your daily or weekly tasks and let me tell you friend, it is so nice not to be stressed when you are getting all the things done!

155. If you are overwhelmed with what is on your to do list in life and or business then stop and do this!05 Nov 202300:16:01

We all sometimes can get messy up in our heads and that can cause a cycle of feelings of stress, overwhelm or maybe even anxiousness. I know I have experienced this many times throughout my business and life especially when going through hard seasons because quite frankly it's just HARD!

I want you to remember the acronym P.O.S.T. when you get in these moments and stop and of course grab that journal and pen and do this! We want to get that brain decluttered, organized, and take that action !

47. One size does not fit all! It’s like a diet, there isn’t just one! The foundations stay the same but generally finding balance in your life will look different than the next person!28 Apr 202200:10:46

A lot of times we can we get caught up in doing things and how we go about doing it  but in reality doing it one way or another is not as important as finding the way that works for us and isn't miserable ! 

Finding balance is different for everyone and the process might look slightly different but if you take the foundation of it then you will find growth and success!

Tough day, lazy week, or life throws us those curveballs one right after the other! Well, today I want to talk about how my habit tracker actually keeps me more positive even when I've had an off week or not so productive. 

We are usually so hard on ourselves and really if we take a look at the facts we didn't do so bad after all! 

45. Here’s a reminder that seeking balance does not equal perfection. Seasons and life constantly changing and are you constantly growing?21 Apr 202200:08:27

Sometimes we get caught up in the idea that a balanced life means all things are good and friend I am here to tell you that's far from the reality! 

We seek balance to grow, have more Joy, Peace , and live fulfilling lives not so that we can have this picture perfect life because it simply does not work that way.

Here's your reminder this week then through seeking out balance perfect is not the outcome and life can still be messy and that is okay!

44. Are you struggling with belief in something that you are doing maybe business related or maybe it’s personal relationships. Here’s a phrase to live by. Give your Best let God handle the rest!18 Apr 202200:08:19

You know a lot of times we forget to allow God to handle things on our behalf. Let's face it! It's hard to relinquish the control over the outcome honestly. 

But the sooner you realize that you do your part, do the work, be the best you can be and really ask yourself if you are giving it 100% then you give the rest to God to handle because he can work the miracles. 

43. Weekend bonus episode with a challenge for your week! Let’s start with simple and easy goals and watch how simple it can be to begin daily and weekly habits!16 Apr 202200:08:08

Welcome to the weekend!! So excited to challenge you with this becuase really this is where it all begins!! 

We are starting with 5 min a day of whatever it is you want to do or improve on! Maybe it's stretch, maybe it's meditate, whatever it may be you can do this!!! 

It starts with 5 minutes! We all have 5 min a day I promise!!

42. Has life thrown you a curveball or unwanted surprises? I know it has to me many times, and what I found is I have to check my attitude and my actions and find the balance in both!14 Apr 202200:17:07

In this episode I want to share a personal story of how Life threw me a curveball that made it physically hard and scary to do things I was working so hard towards but in the end it's about finding that balance in our attitude and our actions!

We cannot always control the things that happen in this life but we can control how we react, how we move forward or if we just allow it to hold us in the same place and have a pity party for ourselves.

Maybe you are ready for a mindset coach or a Business coach! Maybe you want a life coach to help you find balance and get on track to accomplishing all the things your heart desires! 

I have been there! I hired a few coaches and actually received coaching in a few different ways! One to one coaching, group coaching, programs, challenges, and courses.

Consider these 3 things when shopping for someone that can pour into your life and help you grow!

40. Are you prioritizing areas in your life that need attention and balance? Are you making excuses for the areas that are not growing? Let’s dig into hard questions around prioritizing and order!07 Apr 202200:16:39

You know I found myself in a great place in my business for a season but I never truly felt satisfied. The issue was mostly because I had not prioritized what is important first and was trying to juggle areas that were not as critical.

As moms we get busy, and sometimes overwhelmed that we don't evaluate what we are actually putting our attention and focus on. We just cruise in life and motherhood because things are "okay" or "good" but we are not growing in each season. 

Let's have a conversation today about some questions to ask yourself and some decision that you need to make around priorities and seeking balance in different areas of your life. 

39. Are you stepping into a new season? Each season has a focus and we get to choose that focus as we seek balance and intentionally put more attention to 1 or 2 areas of growth.04 Apr 202200:18:54

You know for me I did not expect the seasons that I walked through. I truly thought I knew that I was just moving into what I "wanted" to move into and what I expected.

Well God has different plans thank goodness! 

Each season comes with adjustment, pruning and focus. We get to choose where we put our focus in each season and where we want to pour our energy and intentional thoughts into. 

Each season for me I seek out strength from Jesus but I also know that it's my job to focus and be intentional about where I am seeking out balance right now! 

38. Weekend Tip! Are you feeling unmotivated?! Mentally and emotionally not ready to take on the day? Here are 3 things you can do in under and hour to boost your mood and take on the day!02 Apr 202200:08:22

We all have these days friends! 

You know where we just feel off, mentally ick, or emotionally unmotivated to do the things we have lined up for our day.  

Well I can totally relate and these are a few things I do to get motivated, and boosted up to take on the tasks for my day!

We all go through tough seasons and throughout, it can be hard to remember that there are 4 different areas of our lives that probably need attention. 

Health and Wellness if not just "losing weight" or "eating better" although that is definitely something I am a huge advocate to work on if needed. We have to look at all 4 areas ....

Physical Health - Emotional Health - Mental Health - Spiritual Health 

All 4 are playing a part in our every day life and if we don't cater to each area as needed, it can be harder to work through those hard things.

37. Do you want more time and choices in your life?! Well, balance equals time equals choices. Let’s dig into why we seek and create that balance in our lives.31 Mar 202200:08:38

Sometimes we get so caught up in the chaos. Balance seems too far fetched but friend, I truly believe if you want more time and you want choices so that you can work towards your desires, your dreams, and be the best version of yourself, you need to find balance!

Life's a balancing act and we constantly grow, evolve, and shift in each season but creating that balance through habits, systems, intentional action, and routines is a must especially as a mom. 

If you want time, you need balance. If you want choices, you need balance. You can learn how in this show too! Stay tuned it's going to be do good!

36.Have you written a bucket list or desires list yet? If not, get to it momma!! It is never too late and so good to reflect on later! There is so much power in writing it down!28 Mar 202200:10:05

I read this in a book somewhere and Love this! They told me to write out 50 things I wanted to do in my lifetime!

Wow that's a lot but let me tell you it is so fun to do this and start writing these things out! 

Some people call it a bucket list and I just decided to rename mine 😂! Plus this list is full of small and big goals and dreams!

35. Do you celebrate the simple small wins throughout your day? I learned to do this and figured out it motivates you to do even more! You do better when you feel good!26 Mar 202200:11:03

Ok ya'll ! Getting real with how I stumbled into being a plant momma as I started celebrating small wins like keeping a plant alive! 

Learning to celebrate a small win will build motivation in you to do more and create more whether it's a habit in the home, or a routine you want to implement! 

Take my plant obsession as an example and think about it! I started because I was excited about something I did good! But it takes intentional celebration and recognition too!

34. Do you want balance in your life but where to even start with goals leaves you stuck?! Let’s explore 7areas from Oola that you can start creating goals from and find that balance!24 Mar 202200:19:04

You know my biggest problem with most things is where to start! Can you relate?!

You want to create goals, habits, systems, routines etc etc 

You want balance in my life as I work through each season growing! 

The hardest part is where do we begin?! Where is our base or starting point?! 

Today we are talking about Oola Life ! A lifestyle framework that helped me work through that starting point of what to evaluate, and what to focus on as I created goals for my days ahead! 

You are going to love it!

33. Do you sometimes wonder if those household duties will eventually become a habit?! Maybe they won’t and that’s okay! I.P.A Intentionally planned action can be just as effective daily and weekly!21 Mar 202200:09:39

Well I don't know about you but I definitely do not think vacuuming will ever come to me so naturally that I don't think about it ! 

In fact I still even though I have consistently completed this household task week in and week out, I still write it down! haha! Crazy right?! 

It's on my habit tracker but listen it may never become an actual habit if I am being super honest. I have to be intentional, plan the action for that day and then execute! 

So permission to have things on your habit tracker that do not just come naturally to you or become a habit, it may not happen! I.P.A is okay too!

32.You do not decide your future. you decide your actions and habits and that decides your future! So Good! Food for thought for your weekend!19 Mar 202200:06:39

Have you ever run into a quote that you are like OH MAN! YESSS! Well this one I came across and did just that! I read it over and over as it sunk it and confirmed everything I believe in. 

We can create goals for our future and think about what we want but it's the action we take, the habits we create, the intentional daily consistent decisions that lead to the outcome we desire! 

This is true in so many areas of our lives and has proven true in mine! 

I know you are going to love this one too!!

31. Sometimes a little grace and space is needed. Today I share some personal stories of when I had to step back because of life’s curveballs and train my mind on giving myself the grace throughout.17 Mar 202200:22:27

Hey momma friends! 

I know that I talk a lot about my systems , habits , and even routines here but I want you to always remember that sometimes life throws us around a little but physically , mentally , and even emotionally and there are times we need to give ourselves the space and grace during those days , weeks, or even seasons. 

I personally have had a few tough weeks and I am here to tell you I had to LEARN to give myself the grace and space as I process and get through the hard stuff that has been thrown my way.  

So here is your permission and reminder to do the same! You do not have to be super woman all the time and occasionally there are things that set us off the planned paths but it's okay! 

I will also say having the right mindset and control over my emotions has helped me come to a place where I am not stressed out and I can still maintain the basics of my home routines and feel accomplished even though I had some rough weeks.

30. Are you truly prioritizing self care that matters? We forget about the simple things we can do to take care of our physical well being, and our emotional and mental health!14 Mar 202200:11:26

Let's be honest! Most people think of the spa when it comes to self care. Immediately we go to these wonderful luxuries that we experience when sometimes it's as simple as making that appointment! 

Get to your chiropractor, doctors appointment , or maybe you need to start meditation. We need to start asking ourselves these hard questions and evaluate what we need to start prioritizing to take care of ourselves better!

29. Quick tip for your weekend! Stop using the gym just to workout mommas! Use it for time for yourself, self care, and even journaling!12 Mar 202200:10:14

So are you running tight on time but you want to do all the things like workout, journal, have quiet time, prayer time, and everything else !? 

I remember how hard this was so my tip for you is research some nice gyms that offer an awesome child care area and make that investment in yourself! 

You not only can workout but you can also break up your time to get dressed, shower alone, journal, have quiet time, meditate, and even to work on your business if needed! 

Use the gym as a time to crush those goals and not just the getting fit goals!

28. Do you want to create a routine but it sounds hard? Let go of this mindset and be flexible and fluid! Routines do not need to be strict!10 Mar 202200:16:20

Maybe you can relate ?! I wanted routines because it sounded good but it also sounded strict and hard!

What if we started creating routines that were not so strict and instead flexible and fluid so that when things come up it's okay!!

Or what about not having the exact same step every single time?! Crazy to think that right?! Well I know being a busy, scatter brained momma being flexible has worked so great in this season! 

Motherhood is full of surprises and sometimes we need to give ourselves some slack and take away that strict mentality so that we don't end up feeling like we failed or that it is just too hard to do!

I now know that I can confidently create routines and systems within my life that leave me feeling successful and thriving! I accomplish all the things but it might go in a different order every single time ! haha!

153. Is your routine no longer easy to maintain or feels boring now? Strange but IYKYK ! Consider this and adjust your typical routine to help you stay motivated and excited!02 Oct 202300:08:38

Sometimes I just get bored with what seems to be working and or I no longer feel like it's a challenge! Anyone else?! Maybe it's my brain, my personality I dunno but I do know that if you struggle with this a simple tweak and pivot of shaking things up in your routine can help!

Have you ever tried to think of monthly routines that you could incorporate but not sure what to really start with?!

Here are my top 3 that I do every month and honestly it just sets me up for other routines and of course less stress in my life ! Amen to that !

These 3 do not cost a lot of money, not a lot of time but they have a lasting impact which is why they are my favorite!

You know sometimes we get caught up in such big tasks throughout our days that simple little steps are ignored or forgotten. 

Here, I want to ring some awareness to those small tasks like picking up a piece of clothing off the floor! Sounds easy right?! 

Well if I am being super honest I have been guilty about not doing small tasks and in the end it makes it harder when I am building habits and routines that take more time.

I know I had to personally work on feeling good on the outside by putting in effort and making an investment in a few things that truly helped boost my confidence so that each day I felt ready to take on the day ahead!
