I introduce myself to you all, and take you on a birdwatching day out at my local nature reserve; Crossness.

Come with me on an afternoon at this nature reserve in Hampshire, as I look for birds and any other wildlife. An accompanying vlog will be on my youtube channel as well.

On a day at Elmley packed with swallows, Little owls, a green woodpecker, I finish up with one of my best ever UK finds.

2 Big birding events in the UK over the last week. The first confirmed breeding of the Zitting Cisticola (Fantail Warbler) in Suffolk, and a rare Black Winged Kite seen near WWT Slimbridge.
