| (29) Summer Sanctuary: Building the Structure of Your Sanctuary with Kathryn Morrison | 01 Aug 2023 | 00:30:06 | |
A Summer Sanctuary it's something that you need to create and build intentionally. After last week's episode when we have designed your Summer Sanctuary, it's time to build the structure. I have invited my mentor Kathryn Morrison to share with us how she has built the structures of support in the different chapters of her life: as an employee, as a solopreneur and as business owner with a team. We talk about everything from preparing our business before we go on a vacation, to spending intentional time with our children, to crafting sanctuaries of intimacy in our mariages. Kathryn has 3 little children and runs a successful coaching business and she explodes her corner of the internet with equal parts cosmic rainbows and super strategic business building guidance. Think like if a yogi, Lady Gaga, and Warren Buffett had a baby. You can find her at www.kathrynmorrisoncoaching.com or on Instagram @kathrynmorrisoncoaching, or find her on her podcast "Ascension Through Entrepreneurship" on your favorite podcast platform. | (27) Perfectionism: what you didn't know about it | 18 Jul 2023 | 00:19:20
20 years ago, when I applied for my first job I have answered the question "What are your weaknesses?" with "Perfectionism". This was considered to be "the right answer": perfectionism was seen a strength and a way to answer this (at the time) popular HR question on weaknesses with a twisted strength. 20 years later, I am asked by many women in my coaching session and workshops to help them overcome their perfectionism, that keeps them from living a thriving life. Is perfectionism a strength or a thing to eradicate? In this episode we will talk about perfectionism from a new perspective. You will be able to see perfectionism with new eyes and get to the root of it

| (39) [CLIENT SPOTLIGHT] From not knowing where to start to having 2 offices in Paris in 3 months - w/Chrystel Macias | 06 Aug 2024 | 00:26:24 | |
You might have a business idea but you might be telling yourself "I don't know where to start." So you don't start. The problem is that the people who could benefit from what you are offering in your business don't get the help they need. This was Chrystel' s story when she booked a call with me. She told me "I don't know where to start". 3 months later Chrystel was receiving her clients in 2 different offices in Paris. 6 months later she is making 15% profit working only 1 day in her business per week. Chrystel' s story is truly inspiring and I wanted you to hear it from Chrystel so I invited her on the podcast so that you can hear it from her. In this episode we talk about her journey in building her own business, being authentically present on Instagram and helping other women through her work as a dietitian and nutritionist. We also talk about the power of being guided and supported when you start your own business and how balancing the feminine and masculine energies in business, such as intuition and structure, can create a strong foundation for growth, right from the beginning. ------------------------------------------------ Chrystel is a french dietitian nutritionist, she initially studied international trade and foreign languages. She then worked 6 years in London in the International Trade industry. She eventually went back to France to study and currently works as a nutritionist. In 2023 Chrystel wanted to develop her own business so she contacted me and we started our work together. At that point she "didn't know where to start". She is now working for herself and keeps extending her work in different places with the same goal: helping women to feel better and healthier. | (9) Find Your Anchor | 07 Mar 2023 | 00:16:10
As we have seen in episode 2, we don’t have the same type and the same quality of energy all the time. Our energy is cyclic and that’s a beautiful thing. Not being “consistent” is very natural. Each of the 4 elements (Water, Wood, Fire, Metal) symbolize a different type of energy and we have already talked about the potency of the Water Element in the previous episodes. Before we transition to the energy of the Wood Element, let’s look today into the 5th element, the Earth Element, that helps transitioning between all the other elements.
The Earth Element is the energy that grounds us, like an anchor.
Today I will help you find your own anchor so that you can come back to it when you go through the different phases of your energetic cycle without losing track of your goal.

| (8) The Feminine Way- Binja's Story | 28 Feb 2023 | 00:14:30 | |
My client Binja talked several times about our work together on her Instagram page and she was asked “Binja, why did you need coaching?”. That is an excellent question, especially when you ask it to a successful woman who has achieved so much in her life. Very often, we think that coaching is needed when things don’t work well in our lives.
But the opposite is true. Coaching is not for surviving, coaching is for thriving and Binja talks about the importance of having a coach as someone in your team that is there to support you. She talks about the importance of NOT “doing it all alone”.
Binja and I worked together when she transitioned from her career as a legal advisor to a yoga teacher. She and I discuss in this interview:
We anchor together the previous episodes from the Water Element Series and we talk about the relationship between rest and creativity.

| (7) Flow | 21 Feb 2023 | 00:13:09 | |
This is the last episode from the Water Element Series and is dedicated to Flow. In my view, Flow is the perfect expression of both yin and yang energies, intertwined. Because we need to find a balance between these two energies to enter the state of flow. And according to the psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, the state of flow contributes to greater creativity and is highly correlated to happiness.

| (6) Creativity | 14 Feb 2023 | 00:16:51 | |
Welcome to one of my favorite topics: creativity! When we think about creativity we tend to think about inventors, artists, writers that have changed our world and our cultures. But this is only one form of creativity that the psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi studied under the name of “cultural creativity”. There is also “personal creativity”, the creative energy that we can all cultivate in our lives.
In this episode I want to help you develop your own creativity and I have some beautiful tools to share with you so that you can bring your own magic into the world.

Pleasure is essential to our lives; this is something I truly believe. But this belief runs counter to our default belief that pleasure is a reward, something for later, when everything on our to-do is done, when we will have achieved the results we want.

| (3) Intuition | 24 Jan 2023 | 00:14:08 | |
Today we start a series of episodes dedicated to the Water Element, which is the utmost expression of the Yin Energy (feminine energy). And our first topic is Intuition. You probably already have a relationship with your intuition- we all have one, at some degree. My intention with this episode is to help you cultivate your relationship with your intuition, so that you can invite more of the Yin/Feminine Energy in our life. When you follow your intuition, your decisions are more aligned and precise. And you can save yourself so much time.

| (2) Your Energetic Cycle | 17 Jan 2023 | 00:12:38 | |
There is a myth in our modern world that we need to have the same level and quality of energy consistently, if not all the time. We can see this translated in modern business, in workplaces, in our social and private lives. But this myth leads to negative self-talk, disconnection from ourselves, disempowerment and ultimately,... it can be harmful. In this episode, I invite you to consider a different perspective: your energy is cyclic- just as nature is cyclic too. Listen to this episode to
“Your Energetic Cycle” is a tool that I have created in my coaching practice. It combines the practicality of our daily lives and the magic of the 5 elements and will help you channel your amazing energy in your life and your projects, instead of fighting its cyclic nature. | (37) [CLIENT SPOTLIGHT] Leading with feminine energy in a high profile job in corporate w/Louise Morizot | 09 Jul 2024 | 00:29:46
"Stop Running Your Business Like a Man" strongly resonates not only with female business owners but also with a lot of women working in the corporate world. Because in male-dominated working environments, women feel that they are suppressing their feminine energy and that they are operating from a very strong masculine energy. This leads them to feeling disconnected from themselves, exhausted, lost and, very often, also stuck in their career. That's why I have invited my client Louise Morizot on the podcast: Louise is working in such an environment and through our coaching together she has started leading with her feminine energy. In this episode, Louise shares her journey of reconnecting with her feminine energy in a male-dominated work environment. She discusses how working together helped her shift her mindset, embrace her emotions, and tap into her intuition. Louise also talks about the power of understanding and leveraging the different phases of the feminine cycle. She shares practical tips for integrating the feminine energy into the workplace, and how this has not only improved her well-being but also led to career success and increased income. This episode with Louise will inspire you and show you that you can have a successful career and lead with your feminine energy. I'm so excited for you to listen to our conversation. ------------------------------------------------ Louise is a Director in the banking sector in London, a mentor for women and mother to two young daughters. She is driven by the mission of empowering women in the financial sector and actively participates in her company's Women's Network. | (36) What does “Embrace your Feminine Power” mean? | 25 Jun 2024 | 00:18:40
We have been conditioned to believe that feminine energy is performative so we might confuse embracing our feminine energy with a certain image of femineity in the way we dress or talk. But that's not what I mean by "Embracing your feminine power". Plus, this concept of "Embracing your feminine power" might also sound abstract and woo-woo. So in this episode, I'm breaking it down with some really practical and down-to-earth examples so that we all get on the same page: Embracing Feminine Power: What Does It Mean? Listen to this episode to be really clear about it and identify the first steps you can do to embrace your own feminine power in your life and business.
