Director, Actor, Writer and Comedian Asim Chaudhry joins Andi and Miquita for lunch - and it’s a joyful, hilarious, sun-soaked, and perfect end to the series.

Presenter, Stylist, DJ, Cook and Author Gok Wan is the latest brilliant guest to join Andi and Miquita around the table. Gok Wan's brings his dear friend, the incredible Fanny McPhee ("My real name is Allison, but Fanny is funnier") along.

Singer and performer Fanny was diagnosed with terminal cancer. "I was diagnosed 6 years ago, since then I've had the best time of my life".

Broadcaster, DJ and Author Annie Macmanus comes for lunch with Andi and Miquita, to herald the start of season 2 of Stirring It Up.

Annie brings her best friend, Creative Producer Reju Sharma, who moved to London from Birmingham when Annie moved over from Ireland. They shared a flat together, as well as a workplace at BBC Radio One.

Family, fishing, friendship, and Radio One in the Noughties are discussed, as is ambition, changing lanes, the joy (and pain) of writing, and so much more. 

There are tears and much laughter around a table laden with three kinds of barbecued fish, a green bean curry, chana dahl, sweet potato & caramelised onion roti, and a coconut and pomegranate lamb's lettuce salad.

Writer, Comedian, and Broadcaster Sandi Toksvig takes her place at Andi and Miquita's table today, and it's one of those rare Stirring It Up occasions where there are two extra guests. Sandi brings her wife, Therapist Debbie Toksvig, and Author and Journalist Catherine Mayer

A final, extended episode to finish off season one, and it's a special one. Lily Allen is an Actress, Singer and bestselling Author. But most importantly, she's family, growing up alongside Andi and Miquita in West London.

In between fits of laughter and delicious food, no stone is left unturned, as the conversation goes from motherhood and marriage, dealing with the media spotlight, the cringiness of listening to old songs, the experience of acting, sobriety and so much more . Plus their's plenty of insight ( amongst the laughter) into Miquita and Lily were like as kids, and how Andi dealt with it!

Candice Carty-Williams is Author of the bestseller “Queenie”, a Screenwriter, and a Showrunner. She talks to Andi and Miquita about the business of TV, having black female role models, her early life in publishing, family, food with bad vibes, and whether there are any good looking men in South London. All over an Antiguan brunch of plantain and coconut Funjee , fried fish and a “chop up” of black eyed peas, okra and spinach.
