Cindy Starke15 Apr 202500:50:44

Spiritual Healing and Personal Growth: Insights from Dr. Cindy Starke

In a recent episode of Zenzi Sewaah's spiritual podcast, Dr. Cindy Starke shared her remarkable journey from traditional medicine to spiritual healing. As both a physician and a freedom coach based in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Starke brings a unique perspective that bridges conventional healthcare with alternative healing modalities.

Dr. Starke's path began in challenging circumstances. Growing up in a difficult environment with trauma, she became the first in her family to attend college, eventually earning both a medical degree and a PhD in genetics. After practicing conventional medicine for about 20 years, she found herself disillusioned with a healthcare system that seemed to keep patients in a "revolving door of sick care" rather than promoting true healing.

The pandemic in 2020 proved transformative for Dr. Starke, giving her time to focus on personal healing and explore alternative approaches. She describes working with a spirit guide counsellor, engaging in childhood trauma healing, and studying various modalities including Reiki, moon cycles, and crystal healing. This exploration led her to establish a coaching practice focused on helping others achieve holistic well-being.

Throughout the conversation, both host and guest emphasized several key themes:

* The importance of energy in healing, with Dr. Starke noting that "we are energy" and that sickness often represents an energy imbalance

* The value of connecting with nature and the earth's healing energy

* The need to vibrate at higher frequencies to attract positivity

* The importance of self-love as the core of all healing

Dr. Starke currently leads retreats, offers trauma release programs, and works with clients both individually and in groups, primarily serving women who are ready to break free from limiting patterns and embrace their full potential.

Both Sewaah and Starke expressed excitement about the current era, describing it as "magical times" filled with possibility for spiritual growth and awakening. They encourage listeners to remain open-minded, explore different healing modalities, and find what resonates personally.

For those interested in learning more about Dr. Starke's work, she invited listeners to visit her website at drcindystarke.com, where she offers various resources including video courses and a questionnaire designed to help people identify areas of their lives that may need attention.

"Beyond Toxic Spirituality: Marie-Christine's Journey from Cancer Diagnosis to Spiritual Advisor"02 Apr 202500:37:57

Conversation with Marie Christine.

In this soulful and enlightening podcast conversation, host Zenzi Sewaah speaks with Marie Christine, a psychological advisor and author based in the south of France. Marie Christine shares her journey of spiritual awakening and how she integrates spiritual tools into her psychological practice.

Marie Christine's spiritual journey began in childhood when she sensed spirits around her, though her parents often dismissed these experiences as imagination. Her path deepened dramatically after a cancer diagnosis at age 21, which prompted her to question what happens after death. This led her to work in a children's hospice, travel to India to study with yogis, and eventually train in mediumship at the Arthur Findlay College in London.

A key insight Marie Christine shares is her ability to discern between authentic spirituality and what she calls "toxic spirituality." Through her experiences in India and elsewhere, she learned to recognize when spiritual concepts are misused or manipulated. This discernment now informs her work with clients, particularly those recovering from narcissistic abuse.

Marie Christine's practice combines evidential mediumship readings with psychological consultation. Through mediumship, she provides healing by connecting people with loved ones who have passed, offering evidence of life beyond physical death. In her psychological work, she helps clients face and process emotions rather than suppressing them, noting that many people, especially men, struggle with emotional expression due to cultural conditioning and transgenerational trauma.

Both Marie Christine and Zenzi discuss how the COVID pandemic created space for deeper spiritual awakening and forced many to confront suppressed emotions and relationship dynamics. They emphasize the importance of women's role in changing how boys are raised, breaking cycles of emotional suppression and fostering healthier expressions of masculinity.

Marie Christine encourages seekers to gain knowledge through reading widely, working with neutral coaches or advisors, and remaining open to trying different spiritual approaches. Her own spiritual practice involves walking near water and connecting with nature, demonstrating that spiritual connection can take many forms beyond traditional meditation.

The conversation affirms that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, and that our collective awakening to this truth is essential for personal and societal healing.

What is Love31 Mar 202500:04:38

The Meaning of Love: A Spiritual Perspective

Love is the frequency of life itself, resonating as the fundamental vibration that underlies all existence. It manifests as unconditional support that allows each being to authentically express their true nature without judgment or limitation.

From a spiritual perspective, love extends far beyond romantic or familial connections. It's intimately connected with the six ethics of life attributed to Abdul Kalam: patience, gratitude, tolerance, humility, forgiveness, and generosity. These attributes represent love in action, tangible ways we embody love in our daily interactions and relationships.

What's particularly significant is how these love-based values contrast with materialistic pursuits. Money alone cannot purchase these essential qualities of the heart. No amount of wealth can buy tolerance, forgiveness, humility, generosity, or patience. True happiness and abundance emerge not from the accumulation of possessions, but from cultivating these spiritual attributes that connect us with others and with our higher purpose.

Love is holistic, concerned not just with individual happiness but with the wellbeing of the entire community and world. This interconnected vision acknowledges that we cannot be truly fulfilled if those around us are suffering. It means that every person animal and even the environment has value and deserves respect, this recognition encourages us to treat each other with compassion and empathy. When we align material resources with spiritual values, money becomes merely one part of a balanced, meaningful life rather than its central focus.

In the spiritual tradition, love is often portrayed as "the light", a guiding force that transforms how we perceive and respond to life's circumstances. This interconnectedness means that we are not isolated individuals, but rather we are all part of a larger Web of Life. When we work with, through, and for this light by practicing the six ethical qualities, we fulfill our potential as extensions of the divine Creator.

This expanded understanding of love invites us to transcend the narrow pursuit of material wealth and embrace a more expansive vision of human flourishing. When we act with kindness and compassion toward others, we are also contributing to the overall well-being of that web, one where love serves as both our foundation and our highest aspiration.

Our Subconscious Mind14 Mar 202500:05:13

Our lives are shaped by the information stored in our subconscious mind. From the moment we are born, we are conditioned by our families, schools, and society, absorbing beliefs that dictate how we think and act. But what if some of these beliefs no longer serve us?

As we grow, there comes a moment when something within us stirs—a desire to challenge the norm. This inner voice urges us to question what we have been taught, leading us to explore new perspectives. Spiritual traditions such as Buddhism, Kabbalah, and Taoism reveal that we create our own experiences, both good and bad. This realization can be unsettling, yet it is also empowering because it means we have the ability to change our reality.

To transform our lives, we must first transform our minds. This requires replacing outdated subconscious beliefs with new, empowering ones. While change may feel uncomfortable, wisdom lies in embracing new ideas, evaluating them with an open mind, and integrating those that resonate. Like flowing water that remains fresh, our minds must remain open and adaptable.

Stepping into our true power means taking responsibility for our thoughts, actions, and ultimately, our future. When we do this, we unlock our limitless potential and become the creators of our own destiny.

Are you ready to step up and take control of your life? Think about it.

CORE RE-CONNECTION12 Mar 202500:04:05

The Journey Back Home

Once, there was a young man named Aiden who was born with a light so radiant that it touched everyone around him. As a child, he felt deeply connected to the Creator, as if the whispers of the Divine danced through the wind and the stars spoke secrets of the universe. Life was simple, full of love and wonder.

But as Aiden grew older, the world’s noise became louder than the voice of his soul. The demands of life, the pursuit of success, and the weight of expectations pulled him further from his inner knowing. Doubt crept in. Pain settled. He began to believe he was alone.

In his search for fulfillment, Aiden chased everything outside himself, money, validation, relationships, distractions. Yet, no matter how much he gained, an emptiness remained. He felt lost, as if he had been severed from something vital, something he could not name.

One night, in the depths of despair, he wandered into the wilderness. There, under the vast sky, he cried out, “Creator, where are You? Why have You left me?”

A gentle breeze stirred the trees, and in that stillness, a truth echoed back: “I never left, you did.”

Aiden fell to his knees. He realized the Creator had been with him all along, patiently waiting for him to remember. It was not the Creator who had abandoned him, it was he who had turned away, consumed by the illusions of the world.

With renewed faith, he closed his eyes and breathed deeply. He let go of the fear, the doubt, and the false beliefs that had kept him shackled. In that moment of surrender, he felt a warmth within, a presence so familiar, so loving.

He was home.

From that day on, Aiden no longer searched for fulfillment in the world. He carried the light within him, walking with faith, love, and trust. No longer lost, no longer disconnected. He was one with the Creator, as he had always been.

And so are we all.

Courage overcomes Fear.10 Mar 202500:00:40

Your greatest strength is not in never falling, but in rising every time you fall. Courage doesn't mean you don't become afraid. Courage means you don't let your fear stop you.

This statement reflects the essence of spiritual resilience and the soul’s journey toward awakening. In life, falling, facing setbacks, and experiencing fear are inevitable—but they do not define us. What truly defines us is our ability to rise each time, to learn, to evolve, and to keep moving forward despite the challenges.

From a spiritual perspective, every fall is an opportunity for deeper self-discovery and transformation. Just as a seed must break open to grow into a mighty tree, our struggles break us open so we can expand beyond our limitations and step into our higher potential. The universe does not test us to make us suffer, but to strengthen us, refine us, and remind us of the infinite power we hold within.

Courage is not the absence of fear but the decision to move forward despite it. Fear is simply the mind’s way of protecting us from the unknown, but when we trust in the divine plan, we understand that everything we face is guiding us toward something greater. True courage comes from faith—faith in ourselves, faith in our journey, and faith in the higher wisdom that is always supporting us.

Each time we rise after a fall, we step closer to our true self, our divine strength, and our limitless potential. We are not meant to stay down; we are meant to transcend, transform, and shine. The soul’s path is not about perfection—it’s about perseverance, faith, and the unwavering knowing that we are always being guided toward our highest good.

Reflection On Life03 Mar 202500:11:41

Zenzi Sewaah, a transformational coach, reflects on the state of the world, encouraging listeners to pause and observe. She explains how recent global events have forced people to reassess their lives, revealing hidden truths and inner struggles. Many feel trapped, powerless, or disconnected, believing that their circumstances define them.

She introduces the idea that this is the “time of awakening”, a moment where humanity is being shaken to remember its true nature. Zenzi emphasizes that everyone has the innate power to live a fulfilled and joyful life, but many have forgotten who they truly are. She uses the metaphor of a powerful main computer—representing the Creator, the Universal Consciousness, or the Mystic Law—explaining that humanity has been disconnected from this source, operating at a lesser level.

By reconnecting with the superconscious mind, which is an extension of this divine source, individuals can override limiting subconscious programming, make wiser choices, and transform their reality. She urges listeners to raise their consciousness, align with their true power, and create a life of joy, love, and fulfillment.

She closes with a thought-provoking question: If we are truly extensions of this infinite power, why are we unhappy? She leaves listeners to reflect, emphasizing that the change begins within.

Susannah Rose Stokes04 Jul 202500:52:46

This podcast features Zenzi Sewaah, host of "Spiritual Infinity," in a profound conversation with Susanna Rose Stokes, co-founder of Metamorphosis.

The core message is that many people are disconnected from their spiritual side and need to reconnect to source to overcome life's challenges, recognizing themselves as "spiritual beings with physical bodies having human experiences".

Susanna's spiritual journey, leading to the establishment of Metamorphosis, is a key focus:

* Early Connection: She grew up on a blueberry farm, finding her "first connection to god to source" through nature.

* Military Disconnection: Her time in the Naval Academy and Marine Corps, particularly deployment to Afghanistan, led to deep isolation, grief, and disconnection, triggering her first depression. She questioned the concept of an "enemy," realizing the "illusion of separation" and the "feminine knowing" of interconnection. Stories from the Bosnian War further highlighted "confusion and the disintegration and the separation and the compartmentalization" in human thinking.

* Coping & Awakening: Susanna realized she had complex PTSD, coping by overworking and externalizing energy. A transition to Silicon Valley, which she called "its own version of war," offered more freedom to explore. Guided by her father's teaching that "the purpose of life is the progress of the human spirit", she discovered psychedelics and plant medicine, alongside meditation and breathwork. A recreational LSD experience reconnected her to the "interconnection of all life" she had felt as a child, revealing the therapeutic potential of plant medicines. Her sister's mental health crisis, which mirrored Susanna's unacknowledged pain, profoundly convinced her to help, with plant medicine ceremonies aiding her sister in stopping suicide attempts.

* Embodied Feelings: After a year of dedicated meditation in 2020, Susanna moved towards heart-centered embodied meditative experiences that emphasize feeling emotions, asserting that the body "never lies" and is a guide to one's inner state. This contrasts with societal tendencies to avoid and suppress feelings.

Metamorphosis is a collective of organizations aiming to "harmonize the masculine and feminine aspects to create human transformation" and evolve into "new earth ways".

* They primarily initiate entrepreneurs and leaders through a plant medicine process mirroring Susanna's journey. They also offer retreats, events, and online courses.

* Their mission is to help people uncover their "truest essence," remember who they are, and reconnect to source, thereby moving away from pain and blindness.

* They teach a process called "Complete, Claim, and then Create" to help individuals get unstuck from "karmic blocks" or "karmic loops," which manifest as repetitive behavior, addiction, and neurosis.

* Susanna emphasizes that the ego is "necessary and deeply important" when it is an "authentic and pure expression of the spirit within". She reinforces that "grief is the portal to joy" and one must "go through" difficult experiences rather than avoid them.

* The work also focuses on "unblocking" and "balancing" energetic channels frayed by trauma, which can lead to chronic issues. This balancing involves alchemy and integration, where one faces their "darkness" or "shadow" to transmute grief into joy, anger into happiness, and shame into bliss, aligning with the hermetic principle of polarity. The goal is to shift from an overemphasized "head-mind" to the "heart-mind and gut-mind" for true balance.

You can connect with Metamorphosis via their website, metamorphosis.ventures, on Instagram at @embodiedmetamorphosis, or with Susanna personally at @SusannaRose. They host virtual gatherings and encourage joining their email list for "soul family" connections.

Zenzi Sewaah concludes by emphasizing that there are many different paths to reconnecting with source, like different types of food, and the ultimate goal is to find the way that is right for each individual.

After walking away from his life 30 years ago, Bill embarked on a path of self-discovery that led him to uncover the energetic blueprint of life purpose.

Bill emphasizes the distinction between the physical and non-physical realms, teaching that true transformation comes not through the mind, but through energetic alignment with one’s authentic self. Robin Harris on Fear, Faith, and Learning to Trust the Creator’s Plan23 Mar 202601:00:51

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah speaks with hypnotherapist Robin Harris, whose spiritual journey reveals how personal wounds, faith, and divine guidance can shape a life of purpose. Robin shares that her story began with a difficult birth and a childhood shaped by both love and confusion. Growing up as the youngest of nine children in a preacher’s household, she experienced deep affection at home, yet struggled with messages from church that made her feel powerless as a woman. These early experiences planted seeds of self-doubt and led her to believe she was somehow “not enough,” despite her strong academic achievements in computer science and mathematics.

As Robin reflects on her life, she explains how many of the beliefs that shape us are formed in childhood interpretations rather than objective truth. For years she believed her mother did not love her simply because affection was expressed through service rather than words. Only later did she realise that love often appears in different forms. This shift in understanding helped her begin the deeper work of healing, self-reflection, and spiritual growth.

Robin’s path eventually led her into interfaith seminary, where she encountered people from many religious traditions who shared a common belief: that the Creator is love and that spiritual truth transcends any single doctrine. Yet even after ordination, fear continued to hold her back from stepping fully into her calling. Her career in technology provided stability, but repeated life changes—including being laid off during a period of spiritual training—forced her to confront a deeper question: was she willing to trust the path the Creator was guiding her toward?

Through studying hypnotherapy, Robin began helping others reprogram limiting beliefs and heal subconscious narratives formed through trauma, conditioning, and life experiences. She believes many people carry wounds that shape their behavior and worldview, often without realizing it. By working with the subconscious mind, individuals can release these stories and realign themselves with higher principles of truth, purpose, and self-worth.

Robin also shares several remarkable spiritual experiences that strengthened her faith. One occurred when she was a young woman overwhelmed by despair and contemplating suicide. In that moment, she heard a clear inner voice instructing her to call a specific person. The prayer she received during that call, she believes, saved her life. Later in life, another spiritual experience guided her to meet the man who would become her husband—confirming what she felt was divine alignment. More than two decades later, their marriage remains strong.

Today, Robin’s work centers on helping individuals who feel stuck, fearful, or blocked from reaching their next level in life. She believes spiritual growth does not require abandoning ambition; rather, the two can coexist. Her message is that spiritual people should not withdraw from the world but instead become more prosperous, confident, and present so they can positively influence society.

Ultimately, Robin sees humanity standing at a moment of awakening. As people confront uncertainty, fear, and change, she believes they are also being called to rediscover their deeper connection with the Creator and with one another.

Closing Reflection

Many people believe courage means the absence of fear. Yet Robin’s journey reminds us that courage often begins with fear itself.

The spiritual path rarely asks us to walk where we feel completely safe. Instead, it invites us to step into the unknown with trust—trust that the guidance we receive, the lessons we encounter, and the people who cross our path are part of a greater design.

Perhaps the real awakening of our time is learning that we are not separate from the Creator, but participants in creation itself.

And when we choose to trust that connection, our lives begin to unfold in ways we could never have planned alone.

From Opera to Healing: Greg Palmer on Voice, Vibration, and the Divine19 Mar 202600:51:43

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah speaks with Greg Palmer in Fairfield, Iowa—an artist whose journey began with shyness and inner contemplation, and evolved into a life where his voice is used not only for performance, but for healing.

Greg shares how early spiritual conversations with his mother helped him distinguish between religion and direct connection with the Creator—an openness that later deepened through Transcendental Meditation, which became a foundational practice in his life (and even led him to teach it). As his voice developed through formal training and opera performance, he began to recognize it not as ego, but as a gift—something entrusted to him to serve others.

A pivotal turning point arrived in 2011, when a clairvoyant healer told Greg his voice could “bring in energies from the celestial realms” and be used to support people through spontaneous, guided tones and vowel sounds—what Greg later came to call the “singing spheres.” From small gatherings to remote recordings sent across the world, Greg describes how listeners reported deep meditative states, energetic shifts, and moments of inner peace. The episode culminates in a live on-air demonstration, inviting the audience to experience sound as vibration—something that can calm the nervous system, draw awareness inward, and restore a sense of balance and remembrance.

This conversation is a gentle invitation into the ancient idea that sound is not only art, but medicine—and that each of us carries access to the Divine through stillness, frequency, and inner listening.

Mier Ezra on Fear, Trauma, and Letting Go of the Past: How to Take Control of Your Life03 Mar 202600:57:29

In this powerful episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah speaks with Mier Ezra about fear, trauma, personal responsibility, and how to let go of the past in order to take control of your life. Born in a war zone and raised under missile fire, Mier challenges the common narrative around victimhood and healing. He argues that fear is not false evidence appearing real it is an unwillingness to communicate. Trauma is not something to relive endlessly it is something to release. And the past only controls you if your attention remains fixed on it.

This conversation explores how to move beyond trauma, stop living as an effect of circumstances, and become the cause of your own life. Mier reframes spiritual growth not as emotional processing alone, but as the development of control, defined as the ability to start, change, and stop. According to him, true empowerment comes from knowledge, clarity of definition, and forward-focused creation rather than dwelling on past pain. Letting go of the past is not denial, it is reclaiming authority over your present and future.

Throughout the discussion, Mier redefines key spiritual concepts:

* Fear as unwillingness to communicate

* Love as the urge to share the same space for no reason at all

* Learning as removing lies rather than adding data

* Control as the ability to start, change, and stop

He speaks candidly about surviving physical adversity, military training, financial highs and lows, and near-death experiences all reinforcing one core principle: you are not your body, you are not your history, and you are not your past trauma.

For Mier, the spirit is not energy, it is the source of creation itself. The physical world is bendable when you stop agreeing to its limitations. The question is not “What happened to you?” but rather, “What are you choosing to create now?”

This episode will challenge, confront, and stretch your perception of healing, trauma, personal growth, and spiritual responsibility.

Are you living as cause — or as effect?

Closing Thought

Transformation does not come from endlessly revisiting pain.

It comes from redirecting attention toward what you are capable of building next.

You cannot change what happened but you can change where your attention lives.

And attention determines direction.

Jacqueline Pirtle on Energy, Awareness, and the Truth About Death02 Mar 202601:01:56

In this deeply expansive conversation, Jacqueline Pirtle joins Zenzi to explore what it truly means to live as spiritual beings in a human experience. At a time when the world feels divided and uncertain, Jacqueline brings a grounded yet elevated reminder: real change does not begin “out there.” It begins within.

Drawing inspiration from Neale Donald Walsch and his book Happier Than God, Jacqueline emphasizes a radical but simple truth: if every human chose love in a single moment, the world would shift instantly. The transformation of humanity is not complex—it is personal.

Key Themes from the Conversation

1. The Power of Individual ShiftWorld peace, Jacqueline explains, is not a political movement—it is an energetic one. Anger, fear, and resentment feed collective unrest. But awareness dissolves it. When we pause, reflect, and take responsibility for our emotional energy, we stop contributing to the very chaos we oppose.

2. “Tea Time” – The Practice of Inner StillnessHappiness is not accidental. It requires intention. Jacqueline introduces the concept of “Tea Time”—a daily ritual of quiet reflection, self-study, and conscious alignment. In stillness, we reconnect with our higher self and recalibrate to love.

3. Emotions as Energy ToolsNothing is “bad.” Anger can fuel transformation. Sadness can cleanse. Frustration can catalyze growth. The key is not suppression but awareness—recognizing when a feeling invites a shift.

4. Energy as the Foundation of RealityJacqueline’s life work as an energy healer rests on one premise: everything is energy. Business stagnation, illness, relationship conflict—each carries energetic information. When that information shifts, physical reality follows.

She has spent over 30 years reading and working with energy and has authored more than 18 books, including children’s works that teach energetic awareness early in life. Her approach bridges spiritual insight with practical application.

5. Death as TransformationIn one of the most profound segments of the conversation, Jacqueline shares her experience guiding her father through his transition. She reframes death not as an ending, but as an “event of light.” Energy does not disappear—it transforms. Her story embodies spiritual maturity: grief held with gratitude, loss reframed as evolution.

The Core Message

We do not own anything. Not the house, not the car, not even the body. All is energy—moving, vibrating, circulating. What we truly are is consciousness experiencing itself.

When we stop identifying solely with the 3D world and begin living from energetic truth, life softens. Resistance fades. Power returns.

The invitation is clear:Study yourself.Take responsibility for your energy.Shift inward—and watch the outer world respond.

Christine V Davies on Anger at God, Healing, and Being Seen in Pain27 Feb 202600:50:43

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Christine V Davies, a Presbyterian minister, hospital chaplain, and spiritual director based in New Jersey. Together, they explore spirituality not as doctrine, but as lived presence—especially in moments of crisis, grief, anger, and profound uncertainty.

Christine shares her deeply human journey into ministry, shaped by early faith, a diagnosis of epilepsy in her teens, years of navigating the medical system, and later experiences of miscarriage and loss. These experiences didn’t weaken her faith; they refined it. They led her away from a purely clinical view of care and toward a vocation centered on being with people in their suffering—rather than trying to fix it.

As a hospital chaplain and leader of a chaplaincy program, Christine describes what it means to sit in liminal spaces: the back of an ambulance, trauma rooms, end-of-life bedsides, and waiting rooms filled with fear. She speaks openly about anger at God, the “why me” question, and spiritual distress—normalizing these experiences as part of an honest spiritual life rather than failures of faith.

The conversation also explores Christine’s work as a spiritual director, supporting people who feel disconnected from religion, wounded by institutional faith, or longing for a deeper relationship with the Divine. She emphasizes that spirituality can be rooted in many pathways—nature, music, community, prayer, meditation—and that healing often begins with naming what we truly long for.

This episode is a compassionate reminder that spirituality is not about having answers, but about accompaniment: showing up, listening deeply, and trusting that love is still present—even in the darkest valleys.

Closing Thought

Sometimes healing doesn’t come from answers, but from presence. When we allow ourselves to be seen in our pain—and to ask for help—we discover that spirituality is not about avoiding suffering, but about not facing it alone.

Rachel Astarte on Consciousness, Quantum Science, and the Foundation of Self26 Feb 202600:51:23

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Rachel Astarte, a holistic psychotherapist, author, and educator based in New York, whose work bridges spirituality, psychology, and quantum science.

Rachel shares a deeply personal journey that began in childhood through an intuitive connection with nature and spirit, nurtured by parents who encouraged her to explore spirituality freely rather than prescribing belief. Growing up between Jewish and Catholic influences, she was invited to “figure it out for herself,” a freedom that later shaped her multidimensional spiritual path.

As a young adult, Rachel explored a wide range of traditions—Zen Buddhism, Taoism, shamanism, witchcraft, yoga, and meditation—while wrestling with a common seeker’s struggle: why none of them fully fit. The turning point came when she discovered quantum physics and the scientific language that validated spiritual truths she had always felt. From entanglement to consciousness as a creative force, science became the missing bridge that unified her inner knowing with logic and reason.

Together, Zenzi and Rachel explore themes of collective consciousness, authenticity, non-judgment, and what it means to live as an “energetic iteration” of Source. Rachel introduces her core framework—the Foundation of Self, built on non-judgment, awareness, and gentleness—and reflects on how inner work ripples outward into families, communities, and the world at large.

This conversation is both expansive and grounding: a reminder that awakening does not remove us from daily life, but invites us to meet it with presence, compassion, and responsibility. Spirituality, Rachel emphasizes, is not about escaping the world—it is about showing up as our truest selves within it.

Closing Thought

You do not change the world by fixing what is “out there.” You change the world by tending to what lives within you. Each moment of self-awareness, kindness, and non-judgment creates a ripple far beyond what the eye can see.

Craig Meriwether on Past Life Regression, Healing, and the Soul’s Journey20 Feb 202600:51:47

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Craig Meriwether, a hypnotherapist and past life regression specialist based in Flagstaff, Arizona, whose work bridges psychology, spirituality, and consciousness studies.

Craig shares his personal and professional journey into hypnotherapy, shaped by early religious influences, years of lived experience with anxiety and depression, and a deep curiosity about the subconscious mind. Raised within structured religious traditions, his worldview expanded through exposure to diverse cultures, philosophies, and spiritual perspectives, eventually leading him to explore hypnotherapy as a path to personal healing.

Central to the conversation is Craig’s explanation of regression work—both within this lifetime and across others. He explores how unresolved emotional patterns, trauma, and energetic imprints can persist beyond a single lifetime, influencing mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Drawing on the pioneering research of Michael Newton, Brian Weiss, and others, Craig presents reincarnation not as belief, but as a model of soul growth, learning, and evolution.

Together, Zenzi and Craig reflect on the idea that life is a classroom for consciousness, where we return repeatedly to gain wisdom, compassion, and understanding through different roles and experiences. Rather than framing hardship as punishment, Craig emphasizes growth through perspective—how healing unfolds gradually, layer by layer, knot by knot, until balance is restored.

This conversation invites listeners to see healing not as a quick fix, but as a sacred process of remembrance—of who we are beyond this moment, and why inner work matters not only for ourselves, but for generations to come.

Closing Thought

Healing is not about fixing what is broken, but remembering what has always been whole. When we turn inward with courage and compassion, we loosen the knots of the past and create space for wisdom, balance, and conscious choice to emerge.

Andrew Wilson on Trauma, Shadow Work, and the Courage to Awaken 19 Feb 202600:40:56

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Andrew Wilson, a trauma-informed coach, podcast host, and spiritual practitioner based in Alberta, Canada. Andrew shares a raw and deeply honest account of his awakening—one born from grief, addiction, childhood trauma, and a long journey through shadow work toward self-love and conscious living.

Andrew reflects on a childhood marked by learning difficulties, bullying, and being told he would “never amount to anything,” experiences that shaped a defensive identity rooted in survival and emotional shutdown. As an adult, these unresolved wounds surfaced through substance abuse, toxic relationships, and anger—culminating in a devastating turning point when he chose a relationship over his mother, only to lose her shortly afterward. That loss shattered his reality and became the catalyst for profound inner change.

Through holistic healing, meditation, energy work, and teachings from figures such as Dolores Cannon, Andrew began to understand the relationship between trauma, the subconscious mind, past lives, and the body. He speaks openly about ego, victim consciousness, and how unprocessed emotional energy manifests as physical illness, addiction, and repeated life patterns.

In this wide-ranging conversation, Andrew explains the concept of the shadow self, the importance of self-responsibility, and why triggers are not punishments but invitations to grow. He emphasizes that awakening is not about perfection, but about courage—choosing to walk through discomfort, release old identities, and consciously create a new inner reality.

Today, Andrew supports others through NLP, trauma work, and spiritual integration, helping people reclaim their power, rewrite limiting beliefs, and remember that they are not broken—they are awakening. This episode is a powerful reminder that healing is possible, growth is earned through self-honesty, and love begins within.

Closing Thought

Awakening is not a sign that something is wrong with you—it is evidence that something true is trying to emerge. When we stop running from our shadow and begin listening to it, suffering transforms into wisdom and pain becomes purpose.

Reflection:What part of your story might be asking for compassion instead of resistance?

Nothing Is Random: Anne Bollinger McQuaid on Recognizing Divine Guidance18 Feb 202601:00:49

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Anne Bollinger McQuaid, an author and intuitive thinker based in Tucson, Arizona, whose work invites people to recognize the divine guidance woven into everyday life.

Anne shares her lifelong sensitivity to signs, symbols, and synchronicities, shaped early by a Native perspective that sees life as responsive rather than random. From noticing faces in clouds as a child to consciously interpreting meaningful coincidences as an adult, she explains how guidance often arrives through ordinary “delivery systems”: music, overheard conversations, animals, repeated words, or subtle inner nudges.

At the heart of the conversation is Anne’s practical framework for working with what she calls personal oracles—a grounded method for understanding synchronicity without dismissing it as coincidence or “woo.” Her simple formula—Need + Delivery System + Message—helps listeners slow down, reflect, and recognize when life is answering a question they may not have consciously asked.

Together, Zenzi and Anne explore how cultivating awareness, journaling meaningful moments, and trusting intuitive impressions can deepen one’s relationship with Source. Rather than chasing signs, Anne emphasizes presence, curiosity, and discernment—allowing guidance to reveal itself naturally.

This episode is an invitation to see the sacred in the everyday and to remember that communication with the Divine does not require special gifts, only attention.

Closing Thought

If guidance is always present, then noticing becomes a spiritual practice. When we pause, reflect, and honour what stands out to us, life begins to feel less random and more relational. The question is no longer “Is this a sign?” but “Am I willing to listen?”

From Corporate Power to Soul Power: Kristine Genovese’s Awakening Journey17 Feb 202600:47:07

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Kristine Genovese, a former corporate turnaround specialist turned soul-intelligence healer, author, and teacher based in Tampa, Florida. Kristine shares a powerful story of spiritual awakening that emerged not through seeking—but through sudden loss, illness, and an invitation to listen inward.

Her journey began in March 2020, during the early days of the global shutdown, when she was unexpectedly dismissed from a senior corporate role while sitting beside her partner at an oncology appointment. That moment of shock became the catalyst for deep prayer, meditation, and inner listening—leading Kristine to recognize that returning to corporate life would feel like a form of spiritual death. In stillness, what she calls the Soul Intelligence Method began to emerge.

Kristine recounts how years of suppressing intuition and femininity in male-dominated environments manifested physically, culminating in a serious health scare involving cancerous cells. Through prayer, meditation, energetic healing, and a reconnection with the divine feminine, her body healed without invasive intervention—an experience that confirmed the inseparable relationship between emotional, energetic, and physical wellbeing.

In this wide-ranging conversation, Kristine explains how unresolved emotion becomes stored energy, how the body acts as a barometer of the subconscious, and why healing must address the energetic root rather than only the symptom. She speaks openly about growing up empathic, sensing energy from a young age, and learning to quietly use intuitive gifts in corporate settings before finally bringing them into the open.

Today, Kristine bridges science and spirituality through bioenergetics, neuroscience, and quantum principles. Her work focuses on helping individuals—especially healthcare professionals—heal without reliving trauma, reclaim purpose, and realign with their inner intelligence. This episode offers reassurance to anyone who feels different, hidden, or unsure of their gifts, reminding listeners that awakening is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who they already are.

Closing Thought

Healing is not selfish—it is sacred. When we choose to listen to the body, honor our inner truth, and heal ourselves with intention, we create ripples that extend far beyond our own lives. Awakening is not a private act; it is a contribution to the whole.

Reflection:What part of you is asking to be heard rather than pushed through?

Helen Glanville on Forgiveness, Redemption, and the Power of Second Chances16 Feb 202600:54:42

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Helen Glanville, an author, life coach, public speaker, and advocate for forgiveness and second chances, joining the conversation from Australia late into the night.

Helen shares a remarkable life journey that began with a childhood prayer and unfolded into an unexpected path of love, adversity, and spiritual awakening. She recounts how she married a disgraced lawyer who became a national media figure in Australia, endured public scrutiny, prison visits, financial loss, and profound trials—and how those experiences became the foundation for a life devoted to redemption, service, and forgiveness.

At the heart of this conversation is the theme of second chances. Helen reflects on the transformative power of forgiveness—not as condoning harm or forgetting wrongdoing, but as a conscious act that frees the heart, heals the body, and allows life to move forward. Together, Zenzi and Helen explore how resentment impacts health, how language shapes reality, and why character development is the true purpose of human life.

Helen also speaks about co-founding charitable work focused on prisoners and their families, particularly children of incarcerated parents, and how lived empathy—not theory—creates real change. Her story reminds listeners that no life is beyond redemption, no mistake is final, and no hardship is wasted when met with courage, faith, and compassion.

This episode offers deep reassurance to anyone navigating loss, betrayal, adversity, or self-doubt—affirming that forgiveness is not weakness, but one of the greatest spiritual strengths we can cultivate.

Closing Thought

Forgiveness is not about trusting again or excusing the past—it is about unburdening the soul so life can move forward. When we choose compassion over resentment, we reclaim our energy, restore our health, and step back into alignment with who we truly are.

Is the Brain a Receiver? Howard Eisenberg on Science, Spirit, and Source13 Feb 202600:49:30

In this returning conversation on Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah welcomes back Howard Eisenberg for a deep, expansive exploration of brain science, consciousness, and humanity’s forgotten connection to Source.

Howard challenges one of modern science’s most deeply held assumptions: that consciousness originates in the brain. Drawing on decades of interdisciplinary research, he explains why there is still no scientific proof that the brain produces consciousness — and why it may instead function as a receiver, much like a radio tuned into a larger field of awareness.

The discussion expands beyond the head brain to explore the three-brain system: the brain, the heart, and the gut. Howard shares compelling scientific findings showing that the heart has its own neural network and memory system, that gut bacteria influence mood and mental health through neurotransmitters like serotonin, and that intuition, premonition, and emotional intelligence may originate far beyond the mind alone.

Together, Zenzi and Howard bridge ancient spiritual wisdom with contemporary science, revealing how meditation, psychedelics, hypnosis, and altered states quiet the brain rather than overstimulate it — allowing consciousness to reshape the brain, not the other way around. They explore the implications of this for healing, agency, manifestation, and collective awakening.

At its core, this conversation invites listeners to remember a radical truth: we are not isolated physical beings navigating a random universe, but expressions of Source itself — capable of intention, choice, and conscious creation when we awaken to who we truly are.

Closing Thought

When we stop identifying solely with the mind and begin listening to the deeper intelligence within the heart and body, life shifts from something that happens to us into something we consciously participate in. Awakening is not about learning something new — it is about remembering what has always been true.

Suzanne Arens on Near-Death Experiences, the Afterlife, and Why Death Is Not the End14 Mar 202600:54:28

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah welcomes back intuitive and spiritual practitioner Suzanne Arens for a powerful conversation exploring near-death experiences (NDEs), the afterlife, and the continuity of the soul beyond physical death. Suzanne shares how a lifetime of spiritual sensitivity, combined with several serious illnesses and brushes with death, gradually revealed to her that consciousness does not end when the body dies. Instead, she believes that the soul simply transitions into another state of existence.

Drawing from her own experiences communicating with the spirit world, Suzanne recounts extraordinary encounters that she says demonstrate the survival of consciousness. One particularly striking story involves her visiting the site of a tragic airplane crash decades after the event. During meditation, she reports communicating with the spirit of one of the passengers, who explained that the souls of those on the plane had already transitioned before the physical impact occurred. According to Suzanne, such encounters reveal a consistent message: the transition from life to the spirit world is often described as peaceful, joyful, and surrounded by the presence of loved ones who have passed before us.

Throughout the conversation, Suzanne discusses numerous accounts of near-death experiences in which people report leaving their bodies, observing events from above, or encountering spiritual realms filled with vivid colours, profound love, and an overwhelming sense of belonging. Many who return from these experiences say they feel more alive in the spiritual realm than they ever did while physically alive, and most initially resist returning to their earthly lives. Suzanne suggests that these experiences indicate that human life is part of a larger spiritual journey in which the soul temporarily inhabits the body in order to learn, grow, and evolve.

Another theme explored in the discussion is the transformational power of prayer, forgiveness, and unconditional love. Suzanne emphasizes that no matter how flawed a person believes themselves to be, divine love remains constant and available. She shares stories of individuals who felt lost or spiritually disconnected but experienced profound change when they sincerely turned toward love, faith, and gratitude. According to Suzanne, these moments of sincerity create powerful energetic shifts that reconnect individuals with the divine.

The conversation also touches on broader spiritual questions about reincarnation, karma, and moral responsibility. Suzanne suggests that life on Earth functions much like a spiritual school — a temporary experience designed to teach compassion, awareness, and responsibility for the impact we have on others. From this perspective, every action carries energetic consequences, and each lifetime offers an opportunity for learning and growth.

Ultimately, the message Suzanne hopes to convey is one of reassurance. The soul is eternal, she says, and the universe is fundamentally rooted in love. Rather than fearing death, humanity might instead learn to view it as a transition — a return to a larger reality that continues beyond the limits of the physical world.

Closing Reflection

One of the deepest human fears is the fear of death. Yet across cultures, religions, and thousands of near-death experiences, a remarkably similar message continues to appear: life may not end with the body.

Whether viewed through spiritual belief, mystical experience, or personal testimony, the idea that consciousness continues beyond this life offers a profound shift in perspective. If our time on Earth is truly part of a larger journey, then the question becomes less about how long we live and more about how we choose to live while we are here.

Perhaps the real purpose of life is not to accumulate wealth, status, or power, but to learn love, compassion, and understanding — lessons that the soul carries far beyond this world.

Choosing Truth Over Comfort: Ashley Renee Casey on Faith, Identity, and Courage12 Feb 202600:48:10

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah speaks with Ashley Renee Casey, a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and musician based in St. Louis, Missouri, whose spiritual awakening emerged through lived experience, moral courage, and a willingness to step away from systems that no longer aligned with truth.

Ashley shares her journey growing up in the southern United States within a religious framework, becoming a young single mother, and later finding herself deeply involved in church life. A turning point came when the collision of politics, religion, and racial injustice revealed a painful disconnect between spiritual teachings and lived behavior—particularly as a biracial woman raising Black sons. When her concerns were not heard, Ashley chose to step back, creating space for prayer, meditation, and deep self-reflection.

Through stillness, intuition, and a broadened spiritual lens that draws from universal principles and Buddhist teachings, Ashley found greater peace, empathy, and clarity. She describes awakening not as rejection, but as remembering—learning to trust inner guidance, honor impermanence, and live with intentional presence.

The conversation also explores Ashley’s work as founder of Presence Over Pixels, a movement dedicated to restoring balance between technology and human connection. From hosting phone-free events to encouraging mindful digital habits, she models what it means to live awake in a hyper-connected world—reminding us that stillness is not emptiness, but a gateway to connection.

This episode invites listeners to pause, question inherited structures, and rediscover spirituality as something lived, embodied, and rooted in love rather than fear.

You Are Enough: Halle Evelyn on Spiritual Awakening and Financial Freedom11 Feb 202600:50:24

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Halle Evelyn, a transformational wealth coach, retreat leader, and spiritual guide whose life journey weaves awakening, discernment, and financial liberation into one coherent path.

Halle shares how her spiritual awakening began at the age of ten with an existential fear of death that led to decades of panic attacks and atheism, until a life-altering experience in Egypt revealed a direct knowing that she has a soul and would never die. That moment marked a profound shift: “before Egypt” and “after Egypt,” setting her on a lifelong journey of spiritual study, embodiment, and service.

Through years of exploration—ranging from meditation and discernment to spiritual travel, choir singing, and deep intuitive work—Halle became what she calls an awakener: someone who helps others navigate spiritual openings without fear, overwhelm, or loss of grounding. She speaks candidly about the loneliness of awakening, the importance of spiritual hygiene, and the necessity of allowing transformation to unfold without force.

The conversation also traces Halle’s second major awakening—through love, identity, and the unravelling of a long-term marriage—which ultimately led her to redefine freedom as both spiritual and financial sovereignty. Today, her work focuses on helping women heal inherited scarcity patterns, reclaim their wealth birthright, and create financial independence as a pathway to service, joy, and global impact.

This episode is an invitation to trust the unfolding, release self-judgment, and remember a simple but powerful truth: you are already enough.

Closing Thought

Awakening does not ask us to become more, it asks us to stop forgetting who we are. When we allow life to move us instead of resisting its changes, grace replaces fear, clarity replaces struggle, and joy becomes a choice rather than a reward.

Reflection:Where might life be inviting you to loosen control and trust the unfolding?

Laurie Seymour on Unconditional Remembrance and the Quantum Connection10 Feb 202600:46:52

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Laurie Seymour, a quantum connection mentor, author, and host of Wisdom Talk Radio, based in Denver, Colorado. Laurie shares her deeply personal journey of remembering—one shaped by early loss, lifelong self-doubt, and a persistent inner knowing that there was “something more.”

After losing her father at a young age, Laurie describes how her sense of unconditional love and connection faded into fear, striving, and a belief that life was meant to be endured rather than trusted. Her search for meaning led her into psychology, becoming a psychotherapist and later a trainer and supervisor, yet even with professional success, an inner emptiness remained.

A turning point came through unexpected spiritual initiation—an embodied experience of unconditional love that dissolved doubt and became a living reference point within her body. This awakening ultimately led her to step away from traditional psychotherapy and into a path centered on energy, frequency, and conscious remembrance. Drawing on quantum physics, lived spiritual experience, and decades of teaching, Laurie now supports others in reconnecting with Source from within rather than seeking authority outside themselves.

Throughout the conversation, Laurie and Zenzi explore co-creation, the quantum field, vibration, and unity—emphasizing that awakening is not about escaping the world, but transforming it by remembering who we truly are. This episode offers reassurance to those who feel disconnected or uncertain, reminding listeners that remembrance is not something to achieve, but something to allow.

Closing Thought

Remembering who we are is not an act of effort, but of willingness. When we release judgment, soften into presence, and allow ourselves to receive, we naturally realign with the greater whole. Transformation begins not by fixing ourselves, but by remembering we were never broken.

Reflection:What might shift if you allowed yourself to receive rather than strive today?

Danya Levinson on Awakening, Intuition, and the Truth of Who You Are06 Feb 202600:48:35

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah sits down with intuitive empowerment coach Danya Levinson for a deeply reflective conversation on awakening, healing, and personal liberation. Danya shares her journey from early challenges with vision and learning, through a demanding corporate career, to a life-altering moment of physical trauma that catalyzed a profound spiritual awakening.

At the heart of this dialogue is a powerful realization: we are not our bodies, and we are not limited by our circumstances. Through lived experience, Danya explores how intuition strengthens when the familiar falls away, how spiritual hygiene becomes essential in times of collective transformation, and why conscious self-care, gratitude, and energetic awareness are no longer optional—they are foundational.

Together, Zenzi and Danya reflect on the current global shift in consciousness, the importance of discernment, and the role of inspired action in co-creating a meaningful life. This episode offers reassurance to those who feel unsettled, sensitive, or “different” during awakening, reminding listeners that nothing is wrong with them—and that their inner guidance has always been present.

This conversation is an invitation to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with the deeper truth of who you are, beyond fear, conditioning, or external expectations.

Conclusion of Thought

Awakening is not about becoming someone new—it is about remembering who you have always been. When we slow down, care for ourselves, and cultivate gratitude, we create the conditions for clarity to emerge naturally. Each conscious choice becomes an act of liberation, not only for ourselves, but for the collective. Transformation begins within, and from there, it ripples outward.

Laura Kusto on Lunar Cycles, Spiritual Structure, and Trusting Divine Timing05 Feb 202600:46:34

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Laura Kusto, a spiritual systems developer who helps analytically minded individuals reconnect with their spiritual rhythm through structured, grounded frameworks.

With a background in mathematics and engineering, Laura shares how her lifelong questioning of religion, death, and meaning eventually led her beyond rigid belief systems toward a practical, nature-based approach to spirituality. Her awakening deepened after becoming a mother, when the need to understand life, death, and consciousness became urgent—not only for herself, but for what she wished to pass on to her child.

At the heart of Laura’s work is her translation of esoteric wisdom into clear, repeatable systems. Drawing on lunar cycles, astrology, and pattern recognition, she explains how working consciously with the phases of the Moon offers a reliable framework for intention-setting, action, reflection, and integration. Rather than demanding constant productivity, her approach restores patience, timing, and self-trust—especially for those who struggle with abstract or unstructured spiritual teachings.

This conversation invites listeners to see spirituality not as something vague or inaccessible, but as an intelligible, supportive system—one that mirrors nature itself and helps us move through life with clarity, rhythm, and compassion.

Conclusion of Thought

Spiritual growth does not require abandoning logic, discipline, or structure. When spirituality is aligned with natural rhythms and understood through clear frameworks, it becomes sustainable, grounding, and deeply liberating. By learning to move with life rather than forcing outcomes, we return to trust—both in ourselves and in the greater intelligence that guides us all.

Reflective prompt:Where might patience and timing serve you better than constant effort right now?

Remember Who You Are: Dylan Borland on Conscious Creation and Inner Power04 Feb 202600:50:43

In this expansive and thought-provoking episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah speaks with Dylan Borland about awakening, conscious creation, and remembering who we truly are beyond the body, fear, and social conditioning.

Dylan shares his spiritual journey from a Catholic upbringing into deep exploration of Zen Buddhism, scripture, metaphysics, and the teachings of mystics such as Alan Watts, Neville Goddard, and Wayne Dyer. Rather than rejecting religion, he reframes it—inviting listeners to look beyond dogma and rediscover the consistent message at the heart of all spiritual traditions: the power of creation is within us.

A central theme of the conversation is remembering, rather than becoming. Dylan explains how unconscious living—identifying solely with the body, fear, scarcity, and struggle—creates anxiety and victimhood. Conscious living, by contrast, begins with awareness and unfolds through imagination, faith, and feeling. Creation, he emphasizes, always starts within before it appears without.

Dylan speaks candidly about healing himself from a severe spinal injury through imagination, belief, and inner alignment, offering lived proof of the mind’s creative power. He explains how prayer without embodiment becomes empty, and how imagination infused with feeling becomes a biological mechanism for transformation.

Together, Zenzi and Dylan explore why life does not need to be lived in hustle, fear, or grind. Drawing from scripture, Taoism, and nature itself, Dylan reminds us that alignment—not effort—is the natural way of creation. Like water moving around a rock, life flows when we stop resisting it.

The conversation closes with an invitation to treat life as an experiment: to loosen rigid beliefs, suspend opinions, and test these truths for oneself. Awakening, Dylan suggests, is not about escaping the human experience—but about playing consciously within it.

Dylan Borland is a teacher of conscious creation and inner transformation. He works with individuals who are ready to move from unconscious living into awareness, alignment, and deliberate creation. Dylan is the founder of Caden Academy, where he offers a 12-week course titled Remember Who You Are: The Art of Conscious Creation, with the first three weeks available for free. He is also the author of Imagination Creates Reality: A Self-Experiment in Conscious Creation. His work encourages people to experience truth directly rather than adopt beliefs blindly.

Closing Note

When you stop struggling against life and begin listening within, something shifts. You remember that you are not powerless, not separate, and not here by accident.

Seeing the World as Energy: A Deep Conversation with Lee Carlson02 Feb 202600:47:04

In this episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Lee Carlson, a Zen practitioner, author, and spiritual awakening coach based in Buffalo, New York. Lee shares his deeply human journey into spirituality, one shaped by early childhood sensitivity, intellectual curiosity, personal loss, divorce, and a life-altering traumatic brain injury.

Lee reflects on his first awareness of spiritual presence as a child, his later discovery of Zen Buddhism through Peter Matthiessen’s book The Snow Leopard, and the long years of study that followed under Zen teachers in both New York and Florida. Along the way, he speaks candidly about the obstacles spiritual seekers face: fear of judgment, resistance from loved ones, self-doubt, and the internal question many ask themselves—“Am I going crazy?”

A pivotal moment in the conversation centers on Lee’s powerful spiritual opening during a loving-kindness meditation, where his perception shifted and the world revealed itself as energy rather than form. Rather than dismissing the experience, his teacher helped him integrate it safely, reinforcing the importance of guidance, grounding, and community on the spiritual path.

Drawing together Zen practice, Western neuroscience, and lived experience, Lee emphasizes that spirituality is not about escaping life, but about meeting it with presence, ethical awareness, and compassion. His work now focuses on supporting others through awakening, especially those navigating crisis, illness, or major life transitions by helping them find trustworthy teachers, supportive groups, and a path that resonates with their own inner truth.

Closing Thought

Spiritual awakening is not a solitary achievement; it is a relational journey shaped by teachers, community, and lived experience. When we learn to listen to the body, honour both light and shadow, and walk with humility, spirituality becomes not something we pursue but something we live.

Reflection:Who or what is quietly guiding you toward deeper alignment right now?

Sadia Hameed30 Jan 202600:39:45

In this intimate and deeply empowering episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah sits in conversation with Sadia Hameed, founder of Living Her Light and a women’s transformational and spiritual coach based in Washington.

Sadia shares her journey of awakening as a woman who spent much of her life succeeding outwardly while feeling disconnected inwardly. Growing up with strong societal and cultural expectations, she learned early how to adapt, perform, and survive—often at the cost of suppressing her true, wild, and expressive self. Despite building an impressive career and life in the nonprofit and social justice sectors, she found herself living in constant survival mode, driven by pain, trauma, and the need to prove her worth.

A turning point came during the pandemic, when Sadia—now a single mother of two—realized she had never truly felt safe in her own body. Though spiritually aware and intellectually capable, she was disconnected from embodiment, intuition, and nervous system regulation. This realization sparked a profound shift: instead of creating life from survival and pain, she chose to create from joy, safety, and self-trust.

At the heart of the conversation is Sadia’s message of radical responsibility and sovereignty—the understanding that healing begins when we stop waiting for rescue, validation, or permission, and instead come home to ourselves. She speaks candidly about anxiety, burnout, generational trauma, and how unintegrated experiences live in the body, not just the mind. True transformation, she explains, requires releasing trauma at a cellular level so the body, mind, and soul can work in harmony.

Together, Zenzi and Sadia explore what it means to break generational cycles, model healing for our children, and reclaim power that was once handed away. Sadia emphasizes that self-love, integration, and embodiment are not indulgences—they are necessities. When a woman comes home to herself, she not only transforms her own life but becomes a stabilizing, guiding force for her family and community.

Sadia closes by reminding listeners that feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost is not a personal failure. It is often a sign that the truest part of oneself is waiting to be remembered—and when we are ready, that part meets us with compassion, strength, and love.

Sadia Hameed is the founder of Living Her Light and works with women through group cohorts, one-to-one mentoring, and leadership support. Her work focuses on nervous system healing, embodiment, trauma integration, and helping women reclaim sovereignty, safety, and joy in their bodies and lives. She offers transformational programs, community spaces, and complimentary alignment calls through her platform.

Closing Thought

If you feel tired of surviving, proving, or holding everything together, pause.

Ask yourself quietly:What would it feel like to feel safe in my own body?

The moment you choose yourself is the moment your life begins to changeSadia Hameed is a women’s transformational and spiritual coach and the founder of Living Her Light. Based in Washington, she supports women in healing nervous system trauma, reclaiming embodiment, and stepping into self-trust, sovereignty, and joy. What If Psychosis Is a Breakthrough? Sean Blackwell on Consciousness29 Jan 202600:51:12

In this deeply revealing episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah is joined by Sean Blackwell, a Canadian-born facilitator living in Brazil, whose life’s work sits at the powerful intersection of spirituality, trauma healing, and altered states of consciousness.

Sean shares his extraordinary personal journey, beginning with a near-death scuba diving accident in the 1990s that later catalyzed an intense spiritual awakening during a self-development seminar. What initially appeared as a profound mystical breakthrough was swiftly reinterpreted by the psychiatric system as psychosis, leading to hospitalization and a brush with diagnoses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Yet Sean never experienced this event as an illness.

Instead, his story unfolds as a spiritual emergency — a term coined by Czech psychiatrist Stanislav Grof — describing a crisis of consciousness that can resemble mental illness but is actually a transformational process seeking integration, not suppression.

Through lived experience, extensive research, and years of hands-on work with individuals in non-ordinary states of consciousness, Sean came to a radical insight:many bipolar and psychotic episodes are not chemical defects, but unresolved trauma and spiritual awakening processes misunderstood by modern psychiatry.

The conversation explores:

* The critical difference between spiritual emergency and psychiatric pathology

* Why presence, safety, and relationship are often more healing than medication

* Historical alternatives to institutional psychiatry, such as Soteria-style care

* How trauma lodges in the energetic and bio-somatic body

* Why controlling or silencing someone in crisis often deepens fragmentation

* How breath, music, and embodied expression allow trauma to resolve itself

Sean details the evolution of his work into holotropic and trauma-informed breathwork, including extended private retreats designed for people with repeated bipolar or psychotic episodes — individuals traditionally excluded from such modalities.

A particularly striking aspect of the conversation is Sean’s discussion of surrogate breathwork, where the facilitator breathes on behalf of the client, engaging a shared healing field. This work, rooted in deep presence rather than technique, challenges conventional ideas of therapy and highlights the role of consciousness, energy, and relational safety in healing.

Throughout the dialogue, Zenzi and Sean return to a shared truth:healing is not about fixing what is broken, but remembering what we are.

This episode is an invitation to re-examine mental health, spirituality, and human potential — and to consider that what society calls “madness” may sometimes be the soul’s call to awaken.

Closing Reflection — A Moment to Integrate

If you are walking through confusion, intensity, or inner upheaval, pause for a moment.

Place one hand on your heart.Breathe gently — not to change anything, but to listen.

Ask yourself softly:What part of me is asking to be seen, not silenced?

Trust that even your most difficult experiences may be guiding you back to wholeness.

The Divine Has No Form—Only Presence: with Reverend Connie L. Habash28 Jan 202600:57:00

In this deeply grounding and expansive episode of Spiritual Infinity, Zenzi Sewaah welcomes Reverend Connie L. Habash, an interfaith minister, licensed psychotherapist, ecotherapist, and longtime yoga and meditation teacher based in California.

Rather than a dramatic moment of awakening, Connie shares a lifelong, gradual spiritual unfolding—one that began in childhood with an innate sense of communion with the Divine and matured through decades of sincere exploration across spiritual traditions. Raised within a conventional religious structure that felt spiritually hollow to her, she followed an inner calling that led her through Hinduism, Buddhism, mystical Christianity and Judaism, earth-based traditions, nature spirituality, and embodied contemplative practice.

At the heart of this conversation is a shared understanding that the Divine is not external, gendered, or confined to form. It is infinite presence—beyond language and concept—expressing itself through all life. Connie speaks powerfully about the limits of human projection onto the Divine, reminding listeners that any image or definition we hold is already too small for what is infinite.

Together, Zenzi and Connie explore themes that are especially relevant in the current global climate:

* The Divine as an infinite, living presence within every cell of the body

* Spirituality as something to be embodied, not idealized

* Humanity as co-creator through conscious response rather than control

* The intelligence of the body and emotions as guides rather than obstacles

* Why anger, shame, grief, and anxiety are messages—not failures

* The danger of spiritual bypassing and the myth of spiritual perfection

* Humility and compassion as signs of maturity, not weakness

* Presence as the true gateway to awakening

A central thread in the discussion is anxiety and stress as a collective experience, particularly among younger generations. Connie speaks candidly about the pressure facing Gen Z—climate instability, economic uncertainty, social fragmentation, and the erosion of traditional spiritual communities. Rather than viewing anxiety as pathology, she reframes it as evidence of care, sensitivity, and moral awareness in a world undergoing profound transition.

Nature emerges as one of the most important spiritual teachers in the episode. Connie describes how slowing down in nature—whether in a park, a garden, or simply by observing the sky—can return us to presence, humility, and wonder. Nature, she reminds us, does not strive to be perfect. It expresses fully, adapts, lets go, and renews. This, too, is our invitation.

The conversation also addresses the pressure many people feel on a spiritual path to become “better” or more enlightened. Connie names this the saint syndrome—the belief that spiritual growth requires perfection. Instead, she offers a gentler truth: awakening is not about becoming someone else; it is about uncovering who we already are.

Throughout the episode, Zenzi and Connie emphasize that transformation happens not in the past or the future, but in the present moment—through awareness, honest self-reflection, and compassionate response. Presence, not self-judgment, is what allows growth to unfold naturally.

This episode is an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly, reconnect with nature, and remember that spirituality is not an escape from being human—but a deeper way of inhabiting it.Closing Thought

Pause for a moment.

Notice your breath.Notice your body as it is right now.

Ask yourself quietly:What is this moment inviting me to meet with honesty and care?

Awakening does not ask you to be perfect. It asks you to be present.
