Healing Meditation Practice for Nervous System Relaxation and Building Feelings of Inner Peace and Unconditional Love. Joy and Peace are just as valuable and important emotions as Grief and Pain, it’s okay to take space and time to feel all of our emotions. It’s okay to have Joy and Hope for the future even when the future feels very dark. Today on the podcast we are sharing a guided meditation to bring us into our body and share the feeling of unconditional love with ourselves and the world around us. This meditation begins with a body scan, some feelings based meditation and ending with a short guided visualization to send love into your body, your spirit and the world around you. For this practice I invite you to get a journal and write down your feelings after the meditation is done.

You will be seated upwards or laying down whatever is going to make you most comfortable. If you like you have play some soft relaxing music in the background or simply focus on the sound of your breath. The meditation begins @ 7 mins

Come back to this practice whenever you feel the need for a little release and reprieve from the chaos of society and your daily life.
