WE have been ill, summer holidays, just busy and I won't promise that we will be back posting loads of eps but every two weeks would be nice! A short but sweet ep about pageant advice and hot picks/takes as well as talking about some of the things we have going on as well as things we've stopped doing!

Hello my queens I am SO sorry that I have left the podcast unattended for so long! From finishing my second year of Uni, volunterring, being ill and a million mum things to do, I have not been able to record! But we WILL change (don't hold us to that!)

For me, this is the ugly side of pageantry where someone needs to be blamed when someone doesn't do as well as one hoped.

Of course there will be times where it could be true and we will never silence anyone's voice, but think before you angry type...

Ok so I recorded this a week ago and nearly did what I have been doing for the past month of just not uploading and not liking the episode, writers block is real y'all

But we have had so much talk about the cost of pageants so I wanted to have a little chat about budgeting, how to reduce your costs with appearances and what no and just a general pageant chit chat!

A bit of a natter at the start but we break down the most asked questions in interview and how you can ace them!

 Comparison is the thief of joy, and that is what you do when you start to compare yourself to other contestants and to the current winners. We talk about how to focus on you, and be the queen you want toe be, without trying to be someone else.

It's countdown to the pageant girl weekender in which I will be handing my UK's National Ms crown after an amazing year of being a queen. Self reflection is so important and I believe this is one of the tools that helped me win, I talk about how I planned my finalist and queen year, as well as the mental and physical prep before and after. We did an episode back in 2021 after placing second runner up so it's nice to come back and revisit!

The first month is always the most exciting month, you have all these plans, you want to make the most of it but then sometimes you also think well I have ages until finals.... nope! It will creep up on you! Using that first month to plan, get everything in order. and start making the impact. The same when you win the crown, the first month is the month people take note.
