Dear Seeker,
With Christmas fast approaching there is this frantic energy that always seems to rear its head - a rushing//fear of not getting what I need in time - for me. Logically I know why this occurs, when you have been deeply conditioned in childhood - and had it confirmed with all of the messaging we receive about time sensitive offers - to have a poverty consciousness even when you choose to work on it actively and release it, there are situations that will trigger it and also help you to see you still have work to do, and for me, perhaps I always will.
In a season of excess and messaging that encourages you to spend all your money on this//that or the other because it will make you more attractive//richer//happier - insert your own word here - I have been considering how I might quietly protest and try to do the opposite.
For me, this is simply catching myself when I am worrying, when I go to the supermarket and feel myself being pulled to buy something for fear it won’t be there in 2 weeks time. And this has happened a lot recently - one example for you is that I went to our local retail park to pick up a birthday present for my nephew and realised I had 10 minutes to wait before the store opened. So, I popped into the supermarket on site to waste some time, and as I wandered around the aisles I came to the seasonal items - Christmas Puddings//Cake//Mince Pies - and I suddenly started to think how I should buy the Christmas Cake right now, in this very moment because there might not be any left next week when my Christmas Food shop is planned. I even picked one up! Held it, looked at it and wondered what on Earth I was doing!
Out of all the seasonal items left Christmas Cakes are always left-over in abundant number! I have personally bought one or two in January because I love them with a strong slice of Cheddar on top - that might be a Yorkshire thing so don’t worry if you screw your face up at it.
So let’s focus on what I KNOW:
* There is always enough food supplied by the supermarkets for Christmas because they know their numbers.

Dear Seeker,
How are you today? I do hope that your weekend was filled with making memories//activities you love and surrounded by those who uplift and support you.
I went to a 7th Birthday Party with my daughter and it was extremely eye opening because I definitely got a preview into what my daughter will be like as a teenager hanging out with her friends! There were two moments that really allowed me to see who she is becoming:
* A moment when the 4 girls started a choreographed dance they had learnt for school and as I watched my daughter walked around singing her head off to “Dance Monkey” rather than actually dancing and I saw this desire to be able to do her own thing whilst happily surrounded by others who were enjoying themselves in a different way.
* A moment when my daughter opened her party bag and found a Unicorn hair clip and they all stood at the hallway mirror putting them in their hair telling each other how cute they looked as though getting ready to go on a night out together. She was kind and generous with her complements ensuring that everyone felt seen.
As her Mother it is not often I get to see this side to her and so to be able to observe how she is growing and changing in a way I don’t usually get to was a true memory making moment for me.
And whilst this has nothing to do with the content of the Tarot Guidance Reading in this Newsletter, I believe that by providing a small snippet into what mattered to me this weekend you can get a feel for who I am and choose if I am for you. This is how I will open all my Newsletters, sharing a little bit about what stood out for me in the days before posting this and then move onto the Tarot Guidance Reading and the rest of the Newsletter.
FULL BEAVER MOON IN GEMINI
//What is the Full Moon showing us?
For anyone uninitiated in the cycles of the Moon and how she affects our emotions the Full Moon is traditionally associated with completion//fulfilment and a time to celebrate and honour what we have successfully manifested or achieved in our live through the hard work we have put in - a reaping of the harvest so to speak.

* Whatever does run out of stock I obviously was not meant to have because I did not need it - and this can be true of life in general I have found.
* I have been conditioned - like many - to have a poverty consciousness and thus hold the belief that there is not enough of anything.
With this knowledge in mind in a few moments I had placed the Christmas Cake back on the shelf it came from and walked out, choosing to stand outside the store I actually came to the retail park for and wait for it to open.
But then, I did it again!
I picked a gift for my nephew and as I was on the phone to my husband I said “I’ll just grab another little thing to go with this, not that this isn’t enough, but you know…”
So I am saying one thing, but behaving in a contradictory way, the gift I bought is enough, I do not need to get anything else but my behaviour was about to show I didn’t believe that! Aren’t we funny things!
In the end, I caught myself again and didn’t buy anything extra on the premise that there is always enough for everyone and I don’t need to add extra “just in case”.
A year ago, I would have given in to the poverty consciousness and the belief that there isn’t enough, I would have bought the Christmas Cake and that little something extra. It is only after 6 years of continuous work and challenging my own beliefs through self-led work that I was able to achieve what I did.
And so, if like me, you are working on yourself all the time but every now and then a specific situation triggers old behaviours that you thought you had released, just know, it is all part of the process and what you choose to follow in that moment simply shows where you are on your journey and there is nothing wrong with that.
//NEW MOON IN SAGITTARIUS
//WHAT IS THIS NEW MOON SHOWING US?
If you are new to the New Moon - no pun intended here I promise! - and the Moon cycles in general, the New Moon is traditionally a time to start new things//set intentions to achieve these new things as it is usually when we become inspired to “do” rather than “be’ and embrace the masculine energy available to us all.
When we add into the mix the astrological sign that the Moon is in there are layers and depths to the potential of what the Moon can show us and support us in, we can take the traditional overall meaning of the Moon’s phase and furnish it with extra guidance.
The New Moon in Sagittarius brings the following opportunities:
//REVIEW
Look at where you are right now in all areas of your life and focus on which area(s) of your life you would like to work on over the next 4 weeks until 27th December and the Full Moon.
For those of you that don’t know I am a qualified Life Coach and I also hold weekly in-person sessions every Wednesday called A Cuppa With Katie. These are free of charge 90 minute, 1:1 in-person coaching sessions I hold in my local area or Google Meet based on where you need to focus your energy in order to move forward in a uniquely authentic direction that gets you to where you want to be.

Before these sessions I ask you to complete the Wheel of Life, it is a commonly used coaching tool and it allows both of us to see where you really believe you need support and guidance - Hint: it is never where you think you do!

//ACTIVATE YOUR POWER
After you review your life and have chosen where you wish to focus your energy you may also feel that this year has not exactly gone the way you wanted it to. This is a wonderful time to explore the lessons this year has brought and release all that held you back this year.
If you take the time to see why certain areas in your life have turned out the way they have this year you can set intentions for next year to be different.
This New Moon fully supports and encourages you to start those new beginnings.
//TAKE COURAGEOUS ACTION
To dream of all you desire and to be honest with yourself about your Heart’s desires, but also to see where you are holding yourself back due to fear or judgement from others.
The energy of this New Moon brings a confidence you didn’t know you had and so if you have been dreaming of doing something but fear has been holding you back then now is a wonderful opportunity to start it//book it//do it!
//TAROT GUIDANCE READING FOR THE NEW MOON IN SAGITTARIUS
//YOUR GUIDANCE
This spread is based on a Daily Tarot Reading spread provided by Benebell Wen in her work for “Holistic Tarot” which I have adapted to suit the next 4 weeks rather than daily guidance:
* The Hermit//Overall Outlook for the next 4 weeks
* Queen of Swords//What will cross your path during the next 4 weeks
* 7 of Wands//Unfinished business you need to address during the next 4 weeks
* 7 of Cups//Where you need to focus your energy in the next 4 weeks
The next 4 weeks are a time for introspection, hence why the Lunar guidance encourages you to review the year you have just had and look at where you wish to make changes and encourage 2024 to be different to 2023. You will likely engage in some soul searching and learning to listen to your own guidance rather than that of those around you. It is a wonderful time to release comparisonitis and focus on what you truly want for your life in 2024.
With the guidance of the Queen of Swords you will probably find that this is best done from a logical and factual mind because whilst dreaming and visioning are key parts of learning to understand what you want for your future and where you want to go we still need to bring some grounded reality in. This ties in well with the fact that immediately after this New Moon we experience Mercury Retrograde, be cautious about what is true and what is fantasy and hold off from making any major life decisions until Mercury Retrograde has passed on the 1st January 2024.
In the next 4 weeks you need to address how you have a habit of holding back on what you want to share for fear of someone judging your ideas//thoughts//beliefs, it takes courage to speak your truth - I really do appreciate this - and you are being guided to give this a go. The fact that this is unfinished business could relate to your need to listen to your own guidance rather than that of others and use what you know to be true to create your 2024.
There are lots of choices coming to you over the next 4 weeks and you may struggle to make a decision - thank you Mercury Retrograde - this is why it is so important for you to take this time to be introspective, so you can tune into your intuition and allow it to guide you to make the choices that are right for you. This is not about making the perfect choice//choosing the perfect path as this can lead to debilitating procrastination. Tune into yourself//remember to go with what you know to be true to support you in making the right choices for you right now.
//YOUR SUPPORT
This section of the Newsletter is dedicated to giving you grounded support through all I have learnt on my own spiritual path and more importantly for this section through my experiences and learnings in Coaching.
You will start with the Journal Prompts that are influenced by the Lunar and Tarot Guidance, choose what resonates and leave the rest, if they all resonate I would suggest breaking them down and doing maybe one question a day until the Full Moon on the 27th December.
DO//JOURNAL PROMPTS
Influenced by the Lunar Guidance:
* If you knew you could not fail at anything, what would you start//do in 2024 that allows you to fulfil your deepest dreams and Heart’s desires?
* What lessons were you given this year and what did you learn from them?
* How have you grown this year?
* How would you like 2024 to be different to this year?
* How are you going to make 2024 different to 2023?
Influenced by the Tarot Guidance:
Think about a situation that is preset for you right now and apply these questions to that, you can come back to these prompts as many times as you need to until the Full Moon on the 27th December.
* How can you ensure that you find some time before the end of the year to reflect on what has been and what you wish to come in 2024?
* What do you know to be true and how can that help you move forward in a uniquely authentic way?
* Imagine speaking your truth in this situation, how would that feel? Can you find a way to do this that supports you?
* How can you take action towards your future? Are you spending too much energy focusing on thinking about what to choose?
DO//WHEEL OF LIFE

This may seem like a strange selection for this New Moon, but with all light there is shadow and the shadow side of this New Moon is to look at how we gave away our power.
Whilst this song could only be seen as someone lamenting how they can’t love again in the way they did because they used all their tears on another before them it could also be how we have allowed ourselves to remain small//stuck//unable to express ourselves fully this year by allowing our emotions from situations//about others to control how we behave.
The beauty in this shadow is seeing where we are dimming our light//holding ourselves back based on past trauma or unfavourable results//perhaps even where we have allowed others to convince us that we cannot change anything.
You will see where you have played a part in not achieving what you wanted to this year as well as where others did too.
If you continue to lament “Another Love” whether that is a person or a situation and blame them or that for not allowing you to move forward you will remain stuck in a cycle of not being able to reach your full potential in 2024. This is saying you have grieved enough//you have allowed it to control you enough, now it is time to let it go so you can move forward.

As someone that has attended Circle with women and facilitated Circle for women I know only too well the healing power that sitting in Circle and sharing with other women brings. I do believe that it saved me in one of the most turbulent times in my life and I am deeply passionate about advocating for them for all women.
This particular article dives into how after decades of suppression these women are finally able to speak out loud what is in their Hearts.

Stepping onto a brand new path is difficult, but not more difficult than remaining in a situation, which is not nurturing to the whole woman.
And so, this is a time for you to reflect on all you have achieved since the last New Moon (you don’t need to follow the Moon Cycles religiously to know this as you can look up when the last New Moon was and see what you have manifested and achieved since) on the 13th November. Now, this will only really resonate with you if you set intentions at the New Moon or at least had an idea on what you wanted to manifest or achieve.
If you are not quite there yet, don’t worry because this is also a wonderful time to complete projects over the next 3 days and potentially bring the last of what you wished to achieve or manifest.
Once you have reflected, it is time to take a pause and celebrate, yes celebrate! Whether you emptied that wardrobe of clothes you no longer wear and listed them to sell or you had an amazing few weeks in your business or at work - whatever it is, celebrate it and more importantly YOU!
As the Full Moon is a time of heightened emotions be aware of what unwanted emotions are surfacing. to be dealt with. It is wise to take this opportunity to sit with them and work through them rather than ignoring them. If you like, you can pull some Tarot Cards//Journal or simply spend some time alone understanding where they are coming from and why.
Finally, it is a time to let go of all that no longer serves you//your goals//your needs, only you will know exactly what that represents.
TAROT GUIDANCE READING FOR THE BEAVER FULL MOON IN GEMINI
This Tarot Guidance Reading covers the energetic theme the Full Moon is currently bringing and will take you right through to the next New Moon on the 12th December. This guidance has the following structure:
* Current Energy//Theme//Influences setting the stage is the 10 of Swords.
* What you need to focus on and the positive influences is the King of Swords.
* Obstacles or difficulties you are facing//what to avoid is the 3 of Wands.
* Outcome//Where things are heading if you follow the guidance until the next New Moon.
//YOUR GUIDANCE
When I first saw this card in the spread and the fact that it lay under the current energy or the theme for the coming weeks until the 12th December I was a little subdued. This is normal when we see a slightly less positive card in a spread and the Swords are full of these! However, I quickly remembered that this is an opportunity for growth and to work through difficult things if we choose.
Traditionally the 10 of Swords represents crisis//being stabbed in the back//loss//painful endings none of which are particularly hopeful and yet represent the realities of life more than I would like to admit and yet we need the shadow to find the light.
However, when I looked at the other cards in the spread I could see something else that this energy might be speaking to and that is that this is a wonderful opportunity for you to rise above your past and thrive - to see yourself as someone that is capable of enduring great loss//betrayal and actually become stronger as a result of the experience. To see the magic in life again.
This is where you are, the loss and betrayal the 10 of Swords speaks to has happened some time ago - think months, even years ago - and since then you have been doing the work to heal and walking towards your brighter future.
As the Full Moon guides you to let go of all that no longer serves you, in this spread the guidance is clear - let go of the loss and the betrayal, this is your final step to reach the outcome you desire.
You also have the King of Swords in the position of what to focus on and as the positive influence energetically in this period until the 12th December. Which is serendipitous as the King of Swords asks you to focus and to focus on logic and facts.
He wants you to choose the simple solution over the more complex one in any situation you are facing that may feel challenging.
In this instance, based on the 10 of Swords being the theme of the energy which is to let go of the betrayal and loss and heal even further so you can rise and thrive. In order to do this a degree of logic is needed. Guidance to try not to let your emotions rule you by working with what you know to be true - the facts of the situation.
Leading into the challenge that this energy is bringing for you to overcome is impatience//frustration and lacking clarity on the direction you are meant to be taking. Let’s start with the impatience and frustration, which is understandable as you really have been doing the work to overcome your past trauma and you have been waiting for what seems like forever for things to start going your way. Do not worry, you do not have long to wait - keep going, don’t give up - you are halfway there.
Moving on to the lack of clarity on the direction you are meant to be taking - again understandable as even though the 10 of Swords may represent something from your past it has had a great influence on you. There was a time you knew exactly who you were//what you wanted and then it was as though the rug was pulled from under you and there was nothing but confusion and pain and darkness - Dark Night of the Soul - after the loss or betrayal. The life you knew disappeared overnight and you were left wondering what to do//which way to go.
You know you are in a better position than you were//you feel in your bones that something big is on the horizon and it is making you itchy. This is also because a part of you knows that clarity is on the horizon, but you want it now. You are being guided not to force or push things to happen. Close your eyes and allow yourself a moment of peace as you envision what could be coming to support you in gaining clarity.
If you remain patient and keep doing what is required - because the 3 of Wands also says a little bit more work is needed from you - to reach your desired outcome magic and miracles can begin to occur. Free yourself from the desire to know the outcome of everything, for when you push and force things you do not leave room for serendipitous moments and experiences that could bring you closer to your desired outcome.
Are you perhaps feeling this impatience because you don’t really believe that magic is real - not for you anyway - have you become a little cynical? You are being guided to let that go, because what you believe to be true for yourself is just that - true. What if you chose to accept that magic can be real for you?

* Can you take a moment to celebrate how far you have come? How can you celebrate yourself?
* Where has there been evidence of magic and miracles occurring in your life since the 13th November?
* What do you believe to be true for you? Do you believe in yourself?
* What can you do from now until the New Moon on the 12th December to show you are committed to your desired outcome?
And finally CELEBRATE YOURSELF! The Full Moon energy is perfect for this!
